亚细胞器诱导的2,4,6-三硝基甲苯阴离子自由基的ESR研究

本文在无氧条件下利用ESR分别观察了肝脏和晶状体的微粒体及线粒体酶在NADPH存在下还原三硝基甲苯(TNT)的过程,检测到参数为g=2.0048±0.0005,A_对位~N=1.215mT,A~N=0.800±0.010mT,A~H=0.122±0.0206mT的自由基信号,并通过电子计算机对ESR谱的模拟证明该自由基信号为TNT硝基阴离子自由基,根据其超精细分裂常数认为,其不配对电子的电子云密度主要分布在对位硝基上。     

A Pseudo-Random Frequency Modulation Continuous Wave Coherent Lidar Using an Optical Field Correlation Detection Method

We propose a new detection method for a pseudo-random frequency modulation continuous wave (RM-CW) coherent lidar. The feature of this method is modulation of local beam with a time delayed pseudo-random sequence. Heterodyne detection and correlation detection between the received beam and the local beam are simultaneously carried out in an optical field. In the RM-CW coherent lidar using the optical field correlation detection method, the received equipment is greatly simplified. We carried out preliminary experiments and demonstrated that the new method is effective for detection of a CW coherent lidar.     

早期火灾图像监测技术的应用与比较

本文对可提供图像信息的火灾物理现象进行了具体分析，讨论了利用摄像技术进行早期火灾探测的可能性、使用条件以及图像监测技术在火灾探测中的地位和作用，进行了若干种图像监测技术的对比实验，得出了相应的结论。     

显微镜产品质量光电检测的研究

显微镜产品质量光电检测的实施是光、机、光电、计算机技术的综合运用。本文是笔者多年来研究成果总结，包括了已研制出的ＸＪ－１型生物显微镜多功能光电质检仪及其改进；对显微镜离焦性能检测的探索，共可实现显微镜产品质量七个考核项目的检测与等级分拣。这些成果给显微镜行业提供了先进的检测工具；同时为发展我国显微镜产品检测技术、提高检测水平起积极的促进作用。     

Theoretical study of anion carriers based on trifluoroacetophenone

Model calculations on anion carrier ligands related to trifluoroacetophenone were carried out using the semiempirical AM 1 method in order to investigate the factors involved in such anion-ligand complexation. The reaction of halogen derivatives of acetophenone with various nucleophiles such as water, carbonic acid, and bicarbonate anion was studied. By this means, the effect of various structural changes, such as variation of the ring substituents and variation of the degree and type of halogen atom substitution, could be determined. It is shown that in terms of relative stability, fluorine derivatives are preferable to chlorine derivatives for the binding of water and carbonic acid. Monosubstitution of a methoxy group in the ortho position of the trifluoroacetophenone ring also brought about stability in the case of the hydration reaction. An electron-withdrawing ester group in the para position on the trifluoroacetophenone ring brings about stabilization also.     

监测Lévy稳定过程均值变点的平均运行时间估计

平均运行长度(时间)(ARL)是判断一控制图监测变点效果好坏的一个重要工具.本文主要研究Lévy稳定过程的均值变点监测问题.我们给出了三个控制图,即EWMA,GEWMA和GLR的ARL估计,并通过数值模拟比较了4个控制图监测均值变点的效果和差异.     

Infrared detection of a planet next to a bright star

Humans have always dreamt about the possibility of existence of planets in solar systems other than our own. After flying by, dropping probes, and even landing devices on most planets within our own solar system, the search for extra-solar planet is included in every proposal to either build a larger and better earth-, space-, or moon-based telescope, or observatory facility. The preliminary analysis seems to indicate that wavelength band from 25 μm to 30 μm is most promising in solving this problem. A number of IR technological challenges are to be overcome before the actual detection system can even be considered in a detailed design. The significant technical challenges of finding a planet will be described. Then details are given on the feasibility of detecting a planet with an instrument concept designed specifically for this purpose, a space-based, rotating rotationally shearing interferometer.     

A coincidence transmission electron microscope with digital waveform measuring system for analytical microscopy

We have been developing a new analytical transmission electron microscope (TEM), called a coincidence TEM, which in principle enables elemental mapping images to be observed at a high signal‐to‐noise (S/N) ratio under very low dose radiation conditions. In this paper, we report the development of a coincidence TEM with a digital waveform measuring system for obtaining a coincidence elemental mapping image. In this system, analog signals detected by a Si(Li) detector and a multianode, position‐sensitive photomultiplier (PSPM) are continuously converted into 12‐bit digital waveform data at a rate of 100 MHz, and transferred to a PC. From the transferred digital waveform data, information on X‐ray photon energy, electron incident position, and detection times of both X rays and electrons are calculated by digital waveform measurement, which lead to the observation of a successful coincidence elemental mapping image.
