采用弱碱性阴离子交换树脂HJ-30对发酵液中1,6-二磷酸果糖的分离进行了研究。详细地研究了树脂的吸附和脱附性能。实验结果表明,HJ-30树脂对FDP的吸附量达0.28gFDP/g湿树脂,以0.05mol/LNaCl洗脱光机磷和1mol/LNaCl洗脱1,6-二磷酸果糖,产品的收率和纯度分别为92%和99.4%。 相似文献

The preconcentration and separation of palladium and iridium from base metals is studied with cellulose (Cellex T) and styrene-divinylbenzene (Varion AT 400) anion exchangers. In spite of lower capacity of Cellex T to chloride complexes of Pd and Ir, it allowed to get a higher preconcentration factor. Yields of 92–99% are achieved for Pd and 96–97% for Ir from the solutions containing great excess of base and heavy metals. Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is used for the final measurements. The procedure has been applied to the determination of palladium in natural samples. 相似文献

Structures of Charge-Perturbed or Sterically Overcrowded Molecules. 16. Tetracyanoethylene Sodium Dimethoxyethane The Single crystal structure of [(NC)2C? C(CN)2?·Na⊕(H3CO? CH2CH2? OCH3)]∞ reveals two formula units within the triclinic (P1 ) unit cell. The tetracyanoethylene radical anions are arranged along parallel double layers, which are shifted relative to each other, and in between which are interspersed the sodium counter cations and their dimethoxyethane ligands. The distances within the double layers amount to 300 pm and the ones between them to 385 pm. The six-fold coordinated Na⊕ centers are surrounded by four radical anions with contact distances Na…?N between 250 and 254 pm as well as by a twofold solvent ligand with Na…?O of 238 and 241 pm. Due to the electron transfer to the acceptor molecule, its (NC)2C-halves twist by 8° and the bond lengths of the N?C? C subunits, bent by each 3°, are shortened up to 2 pm. The structural parameters are compared to those of the analogous potassium salt [TCNE?K⊕DME], of the dianion , of the sodium salts [(NC)3C?Na⊕]∞ as well as [(NC)2C? C(CHCH)2? Acylphosphonates, which are easily available from carboxylic acids, are potent acyl anion precursors and undergo cyanide ion promoted phosphonate-phosphate rearrangement to provide the corresponding acyl anion equivalents as reactive intermediates. The reaction of spirobisilafluorene (1) with lithium in dimethoxyethane produces lithium 1-methyl-spirobisilafluorenide (2), a stable pentacoordinate silicon compound with five carbon ligands, and lithium 2-methoxyethoxide, which was identified by trapping with Ph3SiCl to give Ph3Si-OCH2CH2OCH3 (4). The X-ray crystal structure of 2 shows that the geometry at silicon is an idealized trigonal bipyramid, slightly distorted toward a square pyramid.
