The ultrasonic velocity of the ternary mixtures ethanol+water+1-propanol at the range 288.15–323.15 K and atmospheric pressure, has been measured over the whole concentration range. The corresponding change of isentropic compressibility was computed from the experimental data. The results were fitted by means of a temperature dependent equation, such parameters being gathered. The obtained experimental values indicate varying extent of interstitial accommodation among unlike molecules as a function of steric hindrance attending to 1-propanol composition as key component and as a function of hydrogen bond and temperature attending to ethanol composition as key component.  相似文献

本研究建立了测定食品中苏丹红I号含量的间接竞争酶联免疫分析法。首先对苏丹红I号分子作了的修饰,再与载体蛋白交联制得免疫原和包被抗原,经动物免疫制得抗苏丹红I号的抗体。在包被抗原为100μg/L,抗体为1:100,000倍稀释,标记二抗为1:15000倍稀释的优化条件下,测得检出限为0.12μg/L,IC50值(标准曲线中吸光度抑制至最大吸光度值的50%时所对应的待测物浓度)为0.74μg/L。苏丹红I号在番茄酱和辣椒面中的回收率分别为106%和110%。样品仅需甲醇萃取再用缓冲液简单稀释就可以直接进行ELISA测定。  相似文献

Mesoderm induction as a result of the interaction between endoderm and ectoderm is one of the most crucial events in vertebrate development. We identified activin as a strong mesoderm-inducing factor in an animal cap assay, an in vitro assay system using amphibian pluripotential cell mass. Activin induces mesodermal tisswes including most dorsal mesodermal tissue, notochord (which has important roles in neural induction, somite segmentation, and endodermal organogenesis), and its effects are concentration-dependent. Animal cap cells treated with high concentrations of activin differentiate into anterior endoderm, which can act as an organizer, or center of body patterning. We have established an in vitro induction system for 22 different organs and tissues using animal cap cells, and have isolated many organ-specific genes. With these useful methods, and analysis of newly isolated tissue- and organ-specific genes, the molecular biological “road map” for organogenesis is being established.  相似文献

Recently, together with Auroux and Donaldson, we have introduced some new invariants of four-dimensional symplectic manifolds. Building on the Moishezon–Teicher braid factorization techniques, we show how to compute fundamental groups of compliments to a ramification curve of generic projection. We also show that these fundamental groups are only homology invariants and outline the computations in some examples.Demonstrating the ubiquity of algebra, we go further and, using Braid factorization, we compute invariants of a derived category of representations of the quiver associated with the Fukaya–Seidel category of the vanishing cycles of a Lefschetz pencil and a structure of a symplectic four-dimensional manifold. This idea is suggested by the homological mirror symmetry conjecture of Kontsevich. We do not use it in our computations, although everything is explicit. We outline a procedure for finding homeomorphic, nonsymplectomorphic, four-dimensional symplectic manifolds with the same Saiberg–Witten invariants. This procedure defines invariants in the smooth category as well.  相似文献

The thermal stability of the food additives Na metabisulphite, Na and K acetates, glutamic and citric acids, respective of the pharmaceuticals nifedipine and acetyl salicylic acid was studied by means of the non-isothermal kinetic (Friedman differential method). The specificity of the thermal decomposition was characterized by identification of the bond to be selective activated due to energy absorption at vibrational level. These bonds were assigned by comparison of calculated wave numbers with the wave number of the IR spectra. 综述了生物传感器的类型、基本原理、目前的研究现状及应用情况。生物传感器是以生物分子作为敏感元件的一类新兴传感器,将化学信号、热信号、光信号转化成电信号或者直接产生电信号予以放大输出,从而得到检测结果。生物传感器广泛应用于食品工业、环境监测、发酵工业、军事领域和临床医学等方面。主要用于一些食品和污染物浓度的测量,微生物呼吸活性的测定,微生物培养方法的选择等,此外,还可以作为水处理设备的终端。可以预料,生物传感器将向着微型化、实用化、多样化和人工智能化的方向发展,并且还将用于对生物功能进行人工模拟,研究人工感官。生物传感器具有快速、准确、方便等优点,具有广阔的应用前景,必将在市场上开辟出一片新的天地。  相似文献

Nowadays, much attention is paid to issues such as ecology and sustainability. Many consumers choose “green cosmetics”, which are environmentally friendly creams, makeup, and beauty products, hoping that they are not harmful to health and reduce pollution. Moreover, the repeated mini-lock downs during the COVID-19 pandemic have fueled the awareness that body beauty is linked to well-being, both external and internal. As a result, consumer preferences for makeup have declined, while those for skincare products have increased. Nutricosmetics, which combines the benefits derived from food supplementation with the advantages of cosmetic treatments to improve the beauty of our body, respond to the new market demands. Food chemistry and cosmetic chemistry come together to promote both inside and outside well-being. A nutricosmetic optimizes the intake of nutritional microelements to meet the needs of the skin and skin appendages, improving their conditions and delaying aging, thus helping to protect the skin from the aging action of environmental factors. Numerous studies in the literature show a significant correlation between the adequate intake of these supplements, improved skin quality (both aesthetic and histological), and the acceleration of wound-healing. This review revised the main foods and bioactive molecules used in nutricosmetic formulations, their cosmetic effects, and the analytical techniques that allow the dosage of the active ingredients in the food.  相似文献

The use of natural compounds with biocidal activity to fight the growth of bacteria responsible for foodborne illness is one of the main research challenges in the food sector. This study reports the preparation and physicochemical characterization of chitosan nanoparticles loaded with Thymus capitatus (Th-CNPs) and Origanum vulgare (Or-CNPs) essential oils. The nanosystems were obtained by ionotropic gelation technique with high encapsulation efficiency (80–83%) and loading capacity (26–27%). Nanoparticles showed a spherical shape, bimodal particle size distribution, and good stability (zeta potential values > 40 mV). The treatment of the nanosuspensions at different temperatures (4 and 40 °C) and storage times (7, 15, 21, and 30 days) did not affect their physicochemical parameters and highlights their reservoir ability for essential oils also under stressful conditions. Both Or-CNPs and Th-CNPs exhibited an enhanced bactericidal activity against foodborne pathogens (S. aureus, E. coli, L. monocytogenes) than pure essential oils. These ecofriendly nanosystems could represent a valid alternative to synthetic preservatives and be of interest for health and food safety.  相似文献

We fabricated polystyrene substrates with lotus leaf surface structure (LLSS) and investigated cell behaviors, including attachment, morphology, proliferation, and differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) on them. Compared to the flat substrate, the LLSS substrate induced higher cell attachment rate, but did not significantly change the cell proliferation rate. In addition, ASCs on the LLSS substrate exhibited relatively narrower spreading morphology and less organized cytoskeleton, there by resulting in smaller sizes of cells than those on the flat substrate. According to histochemical staining and RT-PCR analysis, the LLSS substrate induced higher adipogenic differentiation of ASCs than the flat substrate, while chondrogenic and osteogenic differentiation were decreased.  相似文献
