Enthalpies of dilution of the N-acetyl amides of glycine, L-alanine, L-valine, L-leucine, and L-phenylalanine, dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as a solvent have been measured at 25°C. The results obtained have been analyzed to give the enthalpic interaction (or virial) coefficients of the solutes and these are compared with information previously obtained in aqueous systems. There are marked differences in the interaction properties in the two solvents and, while the additivity approach of Savage and Wood is applicable to the solutes in water it is not suitable for representing the interactions in DMF. A correlation is presented between the enthalpic second virial coefficients in DMF and the propensity of side-chains to be in proximity in globular proteins. 相似文献

本文研究了用NAK-12吸附树脂脱除蚕蛹复合氨基酸异味及褐变色素的条件,初步分析了蚕蛹复合氨基酸异味产生的原因,实验结果表明:当流速为3BV/h时,1ml NAK-12吸附树脂能吸附1.75g蚕蛹复合氨基酸中的异味物质;能吸附1.45g蚕蛹复合氨基酸中的褐变物质。甲醇是异味物质和褐变物质的良好洗脱剂,用pH1.0的甲醇以1BV/h流速洗脱,仅用3.5BV的洗脱剂即可完全洗脱异味物质和褐变物质,蚕蛹复合氨基酸异味产生的可能机理是:加热蚕蛹复合氨基酸液时,其苯丙氨酸,蛋氨酸,蛋氨酸,异亮氨酸,亮氨酸,苏氨酸被氧化脱氨,生成挥发性醛,而其褐变则是赖氨酸,精氨酸与还原糖发生Maillard反应生成褐变物质引起的。 相似文献

在氨气氛中对聚丙烯薄膜表面进行等离子处理, 获得了不同浓度的表面氨基. 表面氨基的数量经1,6-己二异氰酸酯键合三(2-氨乙基)胺可成倍增加. 用还原胺化法将磷酰胆碱醛共价接枝到表面氨基上获得了磷酰胆碱改性的聚丙烯薄膜. X射线光电子能谱(XPS)测定结果表明, 接枝磷酰胆碱基团的表面覆盖率可达20%~40%. 衰减全反射傅立叶变换红外(ATR-FTIR)和动态接触角测定结果也都说明磷酸胆碱基团被成功地接枝于聚丙烯表面. 还原胺化法结合等离子处理及表面氨基放大技术, 有望成为获取新型生物材料的一种有效途径. 相似文献

Summary Tokaj wines (Szamorodni and Aszu wines) of Hungarian origin were investigated on the basis of free amino acids and biogenic
amines. The separation and determination of these compounds was performed by an amino acid analyser equipped with an ion-exchange
resin column. The total amount of free amino acids and biogenic amines was higher in Aszu wines than in Szamorodni wines.
The main amino acids were proline and arginine, while the major biogenic amines were tyramine and putrescine. The free amino
acid and biogenic amine content of Aszu wines depended on the vineyards the wines originated from.

Electrolysis of the system Ti(IV)–NH2OH–C6H6 in an 11 M H2SO4 solution shows that using an organic solvent (acetic acid, acetonitrile) during cathodically initiated amination of aromatic substrates permits the production of aromatic amines with the overall yield by hydroxylamine reaching 91%. Due to a chain mechanism of radical substitution, the benzene amination in electrolytes containing 5 M CH3COOH and 5.5 M CH3CN terminates largely upon consuming 70–75 and 50–55% of the charge required theoretically for a one-electron process. The maximum efficiency of electrochemical amination is observed at low hydroxylamine conversions and the overall current efficiency for mono- and disubstituted products of the benzene amination may exceed in these conditions 750%. 相似文献

The hydrolytic and transglycosylation capabilities of 35 fungal β-N-acetylhexosaminidases with p-nitrophenyl 2-amino-2-deoxy-β-d-glucopyranoside and its four N-acyl derivatives (CHO, COCH2OH, COCH2CH3, COCF3) as substrates were tested.
