Enantioselective iridium‐catalyzed allylic substitutions were used to prepare N‐allyl hydroxamic acid derivatives that were suitable for ring‐closing metathesis, giving N‐methoxylactams. Reactions of these derivatives with Grignard or organolithium compounds gave hemiaminals, which could be reduced diastereoselectively via acyliminium intermediates to give cis‐piperidines or cis‐pyrrolidines with substituents in the 2,6‐ or 2,5‐positions, respectively. In addition, compounds with a quaternary carbon center could be synthesized by corresponding reactions with potassium cyanide/AcOH. The procedures were applied in the syntheses of alkaloids (?)‐209D and (+)‐prosophylline.  相似文献

A photocatalytic E to Z isomerization of alkenes using an iridium photosensitizer under mild reaction conditions is disclosed. This method provides scalable and efficient access to Z‐cinnamyl ether and allylic alcohol derivatives in high yields with excellent stereoselectivity. Importantly, this method also provides a powerful strategy for the selective synthesis of Z‐magnolol and honokiol derivatives possessing potential biological activity.  相似文献

利用3,3,4,4-四氟二苯砜、十氟联苯、6F-双酚A及6,13-双三蝶烯二酚,通过亲核取代共聚及后磺化方法制备了2个系列不同磺化度的磺化双三蝶烯型聚芳醚砜,并通过氢核磁共振波谱(1H NMR)对其化学结构进行了表征.研究发现,所得磺化聚芳醚砜均表现出了优异的热稳定性.此类膜材料具有优良的机械性能、尺寸稳定性、氧化稳定性及高温低湿度条件下高的质子传导率.透射电子显微镜的结果表明,聚合物主链中大量氟原子的引入显著改善了聚合物的相分离结构,并且随着聚合物主链中氟含量的增加,亲水区域明显增大.这也是含氟磺化双三蝶烯型聚芳醚砜质子交换膜材料在高温低湿度条件下具有高质子传导率的主要原因.  相似文献

A benign approach for efficient preparation of poly(ether sulfone)(PES)(η_(inh) = 0.10-0.31 dL×g~(-1)) has been presented by using ionic liquid(IL)/zwitterion(ZI) as reaction medium. It has been found that the interaction between 4,4′-dihydroxydiphenylsulfone(Bisphenol-S) and ZI at elevated temperatures results in efficient reduction of dehydration time, which is confirmed by TGA curves, melting point of the mixture and FTIR spectra. Furthermore, no agglomeration is observed at dehydration stage, which is attributed to the high solubility of Bisphenol-S dipotassium salt in IL/ZI. This also makes the polymerization temperature(150 °C) much lower than a conventional method(220-300 °C). In order to demonstrate the efficiency of IL/ZI as reaction medium, the polymerization was also performed in sulfolane under the same reaction condition as that in IL/ZI.  相似文献

Functionalized poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) was synthesized by successive chloromethylation and azidation, followed by curing reaction with the propargyl end-groups of various molecular weight crosslinking agents in the presence of Cu(Ⅰ) catalyst via the azide-alkyne click reaction. The influences of the chain length of crosslinking agents on the poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) system were studied. FTIR and DSC tests demonstrated certain crosslinking by azide-alkyne reaction with the formation of triazole ring. DSC results showed that curing temperature shifted to lower temperatures considerably in the presence of Cu(Ⅰ) catalyst. TGA showed cured polymers were of much higher thermal stability, including higher thermal decomposition temperatures and higher char-yielding properties. After being cured, the polymers became insoluble in organic solvents and the gel fraction of the cured polymers exceeded 71%. Wide-angle X-ray diffraction results indicated there was a short distance order in the poly(ether sulfone)(PES) main chain except for the azido methyl poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) and 4,4'-bis(2-propynyloxy) biphenyl( AMPPESK-BP) system.  相似文献

The successful application of dihydropyrido[1,2‐a]indolone (DHPI) substrates in Pd‐catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation chemistry facilitates rapid access to multiple alkaloid frameworks in an enantioselective fashion. Strategic bromination at the indole C3 position greatly improved the allylic alkylation chemistry and enabled a highly efficient Negishi cross‐coupling downstream. The first catalytic enantioselective total synthesis of (?)‐goniomitine, along with divergent formal syntheses of (+)‐aspidospermidine and (?)‐quebrachamine, are reported herein.  相似文献

以4,4'-二氟二苯砜和N-溴代丁二酰亚胺为起始原料,经两步有机反应设计并合成了一种新型活性二氟砜单体:3,3'-双(苯氧基苯基)-4,4'-二氟二苯砜,并由该单体与4,4'-二氟二苯砜、4,4'-二羟基二苯甲酮经亲核缩聚合成了侧链型聚芳醚砜聚合物(PAES-xx).通过较温和的后磺化反应,制得了一系列磺化聚芳醚砜质子交换膜(SPAES-xx).对所制侧链型聚芳醚砜质子交换膜的结构和性能分别进行了表征分析.结果表明,该类质子交换膜具有适中的吸水率和较好的尺寸稳定性,80℃时最高质子传导率达0.16 S/cm.此外,该类质子交换膜还具有良好的热稳定性和机械性能,起始分解温度约为250℃;膜的拉伸强度为29.5~42.0MPa,拉伸模量为0.62~1.23 GPa,断裂伸长率在9.0%~31.9%.磺化膜优良的综合性能主要归因于侧链磺化结构的引入和相分离结构的形成.  相似文献

以三种烯丙醇为起始原料 ,经溴代生成烯丙基溴 ,然后与无水苯亚磺酸钠发生亲核取代反应生成烯丙基砜。烯丙基溴与烯丙基砜在相转移催化下的偶联反应也可合成新的烯丙基砜。作者用这两种方法合成了六种烯丙基砜。初步探讨了反应温度 ,催化剂等对反应的影响。产物结构经IR ,1 HNMR等波谱分析确证。  相似文献

A series of new poly(arylene ether sulfone)s has been obtained by solution condensation polymerisation starting from 1,5- and 2,6-bis-(4-fluorosulfonyl)naphthalene with various aromatic dihydroxy compounds. The polymers, obtained in quantitative yields, possessed inherent viscosities in the range 0.28-0.68 dl g−1, had good thermal stability (10% weight loss temperatures were above 405 and 420 °C respectively in nitrogen and air) and high glass transition temperatures (in the range 217-258 °C). They have been characterised by elemental and infrared analyses, GPC and wide-angle X-ray diffraction. The properties of these poly(arylene ether sulfone)s have been compared with those of the corresponding poly(arylene ether ketone)s.  相似文献
