以添加镇静催眠候选新药N6-羟苄腺嘌呤核苷[N6-(4-hydroxybenzyl)adenine riboside,NHBA]的组织匀浆切片作为考察对象,对空气动力辅助离子化质谱成像系统(Air Flow Assisted Ionization Mass Spectrometry Imaging,AFAI-MSI)的关键参数进行考察与优化,以保证最佳条件进行样品检测。在此基础上,对预处理的整体大鼠组织切片进行平行的连续两次质谱成像分析,考察了其内源性代谢物在成像分析过程中是否发生变化。通过对采集数据中关键质谱峰的筛选等处理步骤,并采用可视化的主成分分析(PCA)方法,开展了组织样品内源性代谢物的稳定性分析,最终验证了采用该样品前处理和质谱成像方法,能够保证组织切片样品中内源性代谢物的稳定性,为质谱成像分析结果提供了可靠依据。  相似文献

The primary break‐up of liquid jets in cross flows has been studied experimentally. An open‐circuit wind tunnel was employed in which the airflow was generated by a centrifugal fan. The test section, positioned 3 m downstream of the fan, was made of clear acrylic resin to allow optical access and visualization. The working liquid used in the present experiment was an aero‐engine lubrication oil, which was injected perpendicularly into the air flow, via a nozzle placed in the top wall of the test‐section. The study of the primary break‐up mechanisms of the jet involved three parameters, the oil viscosity, and the jet and air cross flow velocities, which were varied independently. Two different break‐up regimes were observed and identified; arcade break‐up and bag break‐up. These were separated by a transition zone. Transverse and longitudinal (or streamwise) penetrations of the jet before the liquid breakup were also measured. The correlation proposed by Wu et al. to predict the jet transverse penetration before the break‐up of the liquid, as a function of the liquid/airflow momentum‐flux ratio, was found to be applicable only to liquids with low viscosity. An empirical extension to this equation has been produced.  相似文献

Nonequilibrium air–water mass transfer experiments using a laboratoryscale singleair channel setup were conducted to investigate the influence of porous media and air velocity on the fate of nonaqueous phase liquids (NAPLs) under air sparging conditions. Benzene was used as a NAPL while silica sand 30/50 (dp50=0.305mm, uniformity coefficient, UC=1.41) and silica sand 70/100 (dp50=0.168mm, UC=1.64) were used as porous media. Air velocities ranged from 0 to 1.4cm/s. Mass transfer coefficients for the dissolution of NAPLs were estimated by numerical methods using a twodimensional dissolution–diffusion–volatilization model. The study showed that the presence of advective airflow in air channels controlled the spreading of the dissolved phase but the overall removal efficiency was independent of airflow rate. Removal efficiencies and dissolution rates of the NAPL were found to be strongly affected by the mean particle size of the porous media during air sparging. More than 50% reduction in the removal rate of benzene was found when silica sand 70/100 was used instead of silica sand 30/50. Mass transfer coefficients for the dissolution of benzene NAPL were estimated to be 0.0041cm/min for silica sand 70/100 and 0.227cm/min for silica sand 30/50. Increasing the air velocity from 0.6 to 1.4cm/s for silica sand 30/50 did not result in a higher removal rate. Quantitative estimation of the dissolution rates of benzene NAPL indicated that the dissolution rates (between 0.227 and 0.265cm/min) were similar in magnitude for the same porous media but different air flow rates. Based on the visualization study, air sparging may be used to control the spreading of the dissolved phase even when the glob of NAPL is several centimeters away from the air–water interface of the air channels.  相似文献

The aerodynamic characteristics of automobiles are greatly influenced by the unsteady change in the direction of relative airflow. The aim of this paper is to analyse how such a change influences vehicle wake flow patterns. An analysis was conducted on a simplified model capable of reproducing the typical structures encountered under the aerodynamic conditions of an automobile. The results were processed by mapping the steady and unsteady total pressure losses around the model. Seventeen healthy women, 45 to 61 years old, were examined using videofiberstroboscopy during phonation at three loudness levels. Two phoniatricians evaluated glottal closure using category and ratio scales. Transglottal airflow was studied by inverse filtering of the oral airflow signal recorded in a flow mask (Glottal Enterprises System) during the spoken phrase /ba:pa:pa:pa:p/ at three loudness levels. Subglottal pressure was estimated from the intraoral pressure during p occlusion. Running speech and the repeated /pa:/ syllables were perceptually evaluated by three speech pathologists regarding breathiness, hypo-, and hyperfunction, using continuous scales. Incomplete glottal closure was found in 35 of 46 phonations (76%). The degree of glottal closure increased significantly with raised loudness. Half of the women closed the glottis completely during loud phonation. Posterior glottal chink (PGC) was the most common gap configuration and was found in 28 of 46 phonations (61%). One third of the PGCs were in the cartilaginous glottis (PGCc) only. Two thirds extended into the membranous portion (PGCm); most of these occurred during soft phonation. Peak flow, peak-to-peak (AC) flow, and the maximum rate of change for the flow in the closing phase increased significantly with raised loudness. Minimum flow decreased significantly from normal to loud voice. Breathiness decreased with increased loudness. The results suggest that the incomplete closure patterns PGCc and PGCm during soft phonation ought primarily to be regarded as normal for Swedish women in this age group.  相似文献

空调环境的动态化是对传统空调的改进,而送风动态化是实现空调环境动态化的一个途径。气流紊动特性是影响建筑热环境和人体舒适性的重要因素之一。利用FLUENT软件对速度入口呈模拟自然风波动的气流在管道中的流动进行了模拟,选择k-ε模型求解,分析其动态特征的变化。分别为:湍流强度、速度概率分布偏斜度、频谱分布。计算结果表明了几种典型的送风管道管件出口处湍流强度、风速概率分布偏斜度、功率谱密度曲线的变化情况;人体敏感区域(0.01—1Hz)区间双对数功率谱密度曲线的负斜率增大。这种方法为管道入口的送风提供了参考依据。  相似文献

制备了以陶粒为骨料的多孔状地铁吸声材料.研究不同的陶粒粒径及级配,水灰比,水泥掺量以及掺和料对材料吸声性能和流阻的影响.结果显示:提高小陶粒的掺量,减小水灰比,减少水泥用量以及掺入一定的掺和料(膨胀珍珠岩,硅灰)对提高材料的吸声性能是有利的.材料的流阻不是越大越好,获得最佳吸声性能和强度的材料时,有一个最佳流阻值,为1,475 Pa·S/m3.该样品的组成为25;水泥(质量分数,下同),75;大尺寸(2.4~4.8 mm)陶粒,外加4.2 g减水剂,水灰质量比为0.3,外掺膨胀珍珠岩占骨料的5;,硅灰占水泥的12;.  相似文献
