Reaction of η5-cyclopentadienylbis(triphenylphosphine)cobalt(I) with alkadiynes. Preparation and reactions of bicyclic cobalt metallocycles and a stable trimethylsilyl-substituted mono-complexed alkadiyne. Comments on the mechanism of cobalt-catalyzed alkyne cooligomerization

Reactions of η⁵-cyclopentadienylbis(triphenylphosphine)cobalt(I) (5) with several 2,n-alkadiynes (2) were investigated. Each of these reactions leads initially to a material in which one of the acetylene functional groups is π-coordinated to cobalt; this complex then undergoes conversion to a metallocycle. In cases where the two acetylene functions are connected by three- and four-carbon bridges (2b, 2c), metallocycles formed by intramolecular reaction of two acetylene functions in the same molecule may be isolated. In cases where the acetylene functions are joined by larger or smaller bridges, the reactions are more complex, and both inter- and intramolecular metallocycles are formed. Reactions of 5 with 1,8-bis(trimethylsilyl)-1,7-octadiyne (16) gives an isolable crystalline mono-acetylene complex (17), this material is stable in the solid state but undergoes conversion to metallocycle (18) in benzene solution. The relationship of these results to the mechanism of the CpCo(CO)₂-catalyzed benzocycloalkene synthesis is discussed; it is suggested that intramolecular metallocycles are intermediates in reactions leading to benzocyclopentanes and -cyclohexenes, but intermolecular metallocycles are probably involved in reactions leading to benzocyclobutenes.     

A comparison of phototautomerism in different sites of free-base porphin (H2P) in n-alkane crystals

Selective laser-induced phototautomerism of free-base porphin in different n-alkanes (n-hexane, n-heptane, n-octane, nnonane, n-decane, n-undecane and n-dodecane) has been used to identify tautomer splittings in a number of sites in polycrystalline samples at 2 K. Pairs or lines arising from the two molecular orientations in each site can be reversibly transformed into each other. In the odd n-alkanes the occupation of different sites was not dependent on the rate at which the samples were frozen, but in the even n-alkanes metastable sites were only occupied following rapid quenching.     

The computation of the representation matrices of the generators of the unitary group

A method is presented for the efficient computation of the representation matrices of the unitary group, U(n) in the Gelfand—Tsetlin basis (corresponding to the usual spin-symmetry adapted basis for an N electron CI). The present scheme is conceptually and computationally attractive in that it is formulated directly in terms of Weyl tableaux and also that it permits simultaneous basis vector generation and matrix element evaluation. In addition the basis vectors are ordered so that subsequent restriction to the three dimensional rotation group is facilitated. An illustrative example is also presented.Taken in part from a thesis submitted to the University of London in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of PhD.     

声波团聚净化尿素造粒塔尾气实验研究*

尿素造粒塔大多采用水洗工艺处理尾气粉尘,存在较为严重的细颗粒粉尘溢出和水汽拖尾问题,因此深入探究声波团聚技术在造粒塔尾气处理方面的应用。通过实验研究了声波与喷雾对除尘效率的影响,发现声波单独作用时在3500 Hz达到最佳除尘效率,为74.49%,协同喷雾时2600 Hz即可实现相近的除尘效率,为73.83%。进一步探究其中机理,采用以粒径测试为依据的团聚效率作为评价指标,结果显示,2600 Hz声波与喷雾单独作用时团聚效率分别为30.37%和28.82%,协同作用时团聚效率大幅提升至57.95%。该研究可为后续造粒塔工程改造提供理论与数据支持。     

On the character of local electric fields in amorphous semiconductors

On the basis of the agreement of calculated and measured parameters of some amorphous semiconductors, an argument is stated in favour of the central-symmetric type of random local electric fields. A possible mechanism of the transport of electrons is discussed.     

Secure Direct Communication Using Ensembles with the Same Compressed Density Matrix

In this paper, a quantum secure direct communication protocol using ensembles with the same density matrix is proposed. The two communication parties can realize the message transmission using this method through a quantum channel, each bit of information can be transmitted using an ensemble and read out through global measurement.The eavesdropping behavior can be detected through the channel diagnoses.     

孔梯度陶瓷纤维复合膜管的制备及特性

陶瓷过滤管具有孔隙率高、耐腐蚀、耐高温、机械强度高、便于清洗、使用寿命长等优点,是高温烟尘处理用的高效过滤元件.本文研制了一种具有梯度孔结构堇青石陶瓷纤维复合膜过滤元件,该过滤元件是由多孔支撑体、过渡层和分离膜层组成.其中支撑体、过渡层和分离层的气孔率分别为35～40;、50～60;和60～70;.文中主要分析了孔梯度陶瓷纤维复合膜管的材料结构和抗热震性能,同时对复合膜管进行含尘气体过滤的冷态模拟试验.对于烟气中粒径大于或等于0.1μm的颗粒,复合膜管的截留率达到99.8;以上.     

Numerical investigation of the physics of rotating-detonation-engines

Rotating-detonation-engines (RDE’s) represent an alternative to the extensively studied pulse-detonation-engines (PDE’s) for obtaining propulsion from the high efficiency detonation cycle. Since it has received considerably less attention, the general flow-field and effect of parameters such as stagnation conditions and back pressure on performance are less well understood than for PDE’s. In this article we describe results from time-accurate calculations of RDE’s using algorithms that have successfully been used for PDE simulations previously. Results are obtained for stoichiometric hydrogen–air RDE’s operating at a range of stagnation pressures and back pressures. Conditions within the chamber are described as well as inlet and outlet conditions and integrated quantities such as total mass flow, force, and specific impulse. Further computations examine the role of inlet stagnation pressure and back pressure on detonation characteristics and engine performance. The pressure ratio is varied between 2.5 and 20 by varying both stagnation and back pressure to isolate controlling factors for the detonation and performance characteristics. It is found that the detonation wave height and mass flow rate are determined primarily by the stagnation pressure, whereas overall performance is closely tied to pressure ratio. Specific impulses are calculated for all cases and range from 2872 to 5511 s, and are lowest for pressure ratios below 4. The reason for performance loss is shown to be associated with the secondary shock wave structure that sets up in the expansion portion of the RDE, which strongly effects the flow at low pressure ratios. Expansion to supersonic flow behind the detonation front in RDE’s with higher pressure ratios isolate the detonation section of the RDE and thus limit the effect of back pressure on the detonation characteristics.     

Non-Invasive Detection of Anti-Inflammatory Bioactivity and Key Chemical Indicators of the Commercial Lanqin Oral Solution by Near Infrared Spectroscopy

Quality control methods of current traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) preparation is time-consuming and difficult to assess in terms of overall efficiency of the drug. A non-destructive rapid near-infrared spectroscopy detection system for key chemical components and biological activity of Lanqin oral solution (LOS), one of the best-selling TCM formulations, was established for comprehensive quality evaluation. Near infrared spectral scanning was carried out on 101 batches of commercial LOS under the penetrated vial state and traditional state. RAW 264.7 cells were cultured to detect the anti-inflammatory ability of LOS, and the reference concentrations of epigoitrin, geniposide, and baicalin were obtained by HPLC. The quantitative models were optimized by three kinds of variable selection methods. The correlation coefficients of prediction value of the models were greater than 0.94. The system also passed the external validation. The performance of the non-invasive models was similar to the traditional models. The established non-destructive system can be applied to the rapid quality inspection of LOS to avoid unqualified drugs from entering the market and ensure drug effectiveness. The biological activity index of LOS was introduced and predicted by NIRs for the first time, which provides a new idea about the quality control of TCM formulations.     

中国共产党建党百年来的社会政策探索

自1921年成立至今中国共产党已经走过了一百年的辉煌历程。以人民为中心、为人民谋利益、与时俱进地解决中国人民的生存和发展（即民生）问题是中国共产党人的初心使命和矢志不渝的追求。社会政策作为国家解决民生问题的制度化举措自中国共产党成立以来一直受到关注和重视,但在中国革命、建设和改革等不同历史时期党对社会政策角色的运用会根据时代的特点、具体国情的变化、解决民生方针策略的需要做出调整和改变。建党百年来中国共产党解决民生问题按路径划分大致经历了三个阶段,在不同阶段党对社会政策角色的运用会发生相应的变化：党的成立至新中国成立前系党为解决民生问题创造政治前提阶段,社会政策被作为政治动员的重要手段（1921−1949）;新中国成立至1978年系党为解决民生问题创造经济前提（基础）阶段,社会政策依附经济体制,服务于经济发展（1949−1978）;改革开放以来系党在中国特色社会主义市场经济条件下为解决效率与公平的矛盾不断加大保障和改善民生的力度、民生事业不断取得新的进步阶段,社会政策相对独立发展,其地位和作用不断强化（1978年至今）。建党百年来党对社会政策的探索提供了丰富的经验和启示,对其加以科学总结具有重要的理论和现实意义。
