双电层相互重叠时蒙脱胶体表面阴离子的负吸附   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
本文用Ag-AgCl电极判断平衡,测定双电层处于不同重叠程度下肢体表面阴离子的负吸附量Γ.结果表明,胶体表面双电层相互重叠程度可由两胶体表面间的中点电位φd与外Helmhotz面处的电位φd之比表征;阴离子负吸附随双电层重叠程度和电解质浓度的增加而显著减小.  相似文献

Circular high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) has been used to differentiate a series of twelve tricyclic neuroleptics, using both normal phase and reverse phase procedures. The use of normal phase systems also allows the resolution of geometric isomers of chlorprothixene, clopenthixol and flupenthixol. Thirteen sulphonamides and Trirnethoprim may also be distinguished using HPTLC.  相似文献

This paper describes the theory of liquid adsorption chromatography (LSC) with mixed mobile phase, involving formation of multilayer surface phases. An equation describing the dependence of the capacity ratio upon the mobile phase composition is derived and theoretical curves illustrating the same dependence are calculated accordingly by assuming different thicknesses of the surface phase.  相似文献

The substantiation and the area of applicability of the Dubinin—Radushkevich equation for determination of the micropore volume in microporous systems from experimental data on adsorption isotherms were examined. It was shown that the micropore volumes found using the standard procedure are overestimated. The solubility of risperidone (Risp) in aqueous buffered cyclodextrin (CD) solution was investigated for α-, β-, γ- and HP-β-CD. The effects of pH, ionic strength and temperature on complex stability were also explored. Neutral Risp tends to form higher order complexes (1:2) with both β- and HP-β-CD, but only 1:1 type complexes with α-, and γ-CD. The tendency of Risp to complex with cyclodextrins is in the order β-CD > HP-β-CD > γ-CD > α-CD. The 1:1 complex formation constant of Risp/HP-β-CD increases with increasing ionic strength in an opposite trend to the inherent solubility (S 0) of Risp, thus indicating significant hydrophobic effect. The hydrophobic effect contributes to the extent of 72% towards neutral Risp/HP-β-CD complex stability, while specific interactions contribute only 4.7 kJ/mol. Thermodynamic studies showed that 1:1 Risp/HP-β-CD complex formation is driven by a favorable enthalpy change (ΔH 0=−31.2 kJ/mol, ΔS 0=−7 J/mol.K) while the 1:2 complex is largely driven by entropy changes (ΔH 0=−5.0 kJ/mol, ΔS 0=42 J/mol.K). Complex stability was found to vary with pH, with a higher formation constant for neutral Risp. Molecular mechanical computations using MM (atomic charges and bond dipole algorithms) and Amber force fields, which were carried out to explore possible sites of interactions between Risp and CDs and to rationalize complex stoichiometry, produced similar results concerning optimal inclusion complex geometries and stoichiometries.  相似文献

The conformational change of the 39-43 residues of the amyloid beta-peptide (Abeta) toward a beta-sheet enriched state promotes self-aggregation of the peptide molecules and constitutes the major peptide component of the amyloid plaques in Alzheimer patients. The crucial question behind the self-aggregation of Abeta is related to the different pathways the peptide may take after cleavage from the amyloid precursor proteins at cellular membranes. This work is aiming at determining the conformation of the Abeta (1-40) adsorbed on hydrophobic Teflon and hydrophilic silica particles, as model sorbent surfaces mimicking the apolar transmembrane environment and the polar, charged membrane surface, respectively. The mechanism by which the Abeta interacts with solid surfaces strongly depends on the hydrophobic/hydrophilic character of the particles. Hydrophobic and electrostatic interactions contribute differently in each case, causing a completely different conformational change of the adsorbed molecules on the two surfaces. When hydrophobic interactions between the peptide and the sorbent prevail, the adsorbed Abeta (1-40) mainly adopts an alpha-helix conformation due to H-bonding in the apolar part of the peptide that is oriented towards the surface. On the other hand, when the peptide adsorbs by electrostatic interactions beta-sheet formation is promoted due to intermolecular association between the apolar parts of the adsorbed peptide. Irrespective of the characteristics of the solid sorbent, crowding the surface results in intermolecular association between adsorbed molecules leading to a strong aggregation tendency of the Abeta (1-40). A new analytical procedure for the simultaneous determination of aluminum(III) and iron(II) in two kinds of dialysis fluids (peritoneal and hemodialysis fluids) by differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry (DPAdSV) is described. The voltammetric measurements were performed using, as working electrode, a stationary mercury electrode, and a platinum electrode and a Ag|AgCl|KCl(sat.) electrode as auxiliary and reference electrodes, respectively, employing acetate buffer solutions at different pH as supporting electrolyte. As complexing agents, Solochrome Violet RS, Palatine Chrome Black 6BN, Chromazurol S and Eriochrome Black T were employed. For both elements, the accuracy, expressed as relative recovery R%, was very satisfactory being in the range 94–105%, the precision as repeatability, expressed as relative standard deviation sr%, was lower than 6%, while the limits of detection were of the order of a few units of μg/L. The analytical voltammetric procedure has been validated by comparison with spectroscopic (graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy, GFAAS) measurements.  相似文献

The Influence of Temperature and Impurities Addition on the Properties and the Constitution of Sodium Water Glass Solutions Sodium water glass (NaWG-)solutions of constant composition (SiO2/Na2O = 3,3; CSiO2 = 6,2 M) and different concentration of impurities (Fe, Al, Ti, Cu, chloride, sulfate) were investigated in dependence on temperature by means of the dye absorption method, 1H- and 23Na-NMR spectroscopy. It is shown, that the differences in the dye absorption spectra of normalized technical NaWG-solutions, mainly depend on the Fe-concentration in the solutions and their thermal history. From the results follow a crosslinking of polymeric silicate species by Fe? O? Si bonds and/or hydrogen bridges and a fully or partially degradation of these bonds at higher temperatures (150°C).  相似文献

Summary On the basis of calorimetric research of selenium dioxide, zirconium dioxide and zirconium diselenite dissolution reactions in the hydrofluoric acid solution under 298 K a standard enthalpy of Zr(SeO3)2 formation reaction from ZrO2 and SeO2 and a standard enthalpy of zirconium diselenite formation have been obtained. The value of enthalpy has been equal to -58.1±3.43 kJ mol-1 in ZrO2(solid)+2SeO2(solid) Zr(SeO3)2(solid) reaction. The standard enthalpy of zirconium diselenite formation is equal to Hf,2980Zr(SeO3)2(solid)= -1603.2±3.8 kJ mol-1. The Hf,2980 Zr(SeO3)2(solid) value has been determined for the first time.  相似文献
