[α-(2-氧代烷基)-α-(取代苯胺基)甲基苯基]-β-D-吡喃阿洛糖苷的合成及镇静活性研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
以豆腐果苷为原料, 通过Mannich反应与取代苯胺和脂肪酮共合成了七个豆腐果苷衍生物, 均未见文献报道. 其结构经1H NMR, IR, MS和HRMS确认, 并进行了药理活性筛选. 结果表明, 部分化合物均具有良好的镇静活性. 其中, 化合物2a (200 mg/kg), 2b (200 or 100 mg/kg)和2e (200 mg/kg)与豆腐果苷相比较, 具有更强的疗效. 相似文献

In this review paper, the NBS scale and its limitations are briefly discussed. The magnitude of liquid junction potentials and some calculated values are presented. The use of a molality scale for hydrogen electrode concentration cells at high temperatures is described, and results from measurements on ionization equilibria are summarized. Use of this scale is also recommended for certain circumstances with cells without liquid junction. As an alternative activity scale, use of the Pitzer ion-interaction treatment for ions is recommended for special cases. Finally, reference data are presented for ±HCl in HCl(aq) to 350°C and (HCl+NaCl)(aq) to 200°C that were derived by use of the Pitzer ion-interaction treatment.Presented at the Second International Symposium on Chemistry in High Temperature Water, Provo, UT, August 1991. 相似文献

The phase diagram of the ternary system Cr-Mo-O in air was established from the results of thermal analysis of mixtures with
different initial CrO3 to MoO3 ratios. It was found that MoO3 did not take any chromium oxide into solid solution. The presence
of Cr2O3 destabilized MoO3 causing it to decompose to MoO2 in the temperature range 723-958 K depending on the initial Cr/Mo
ratio. The decomposition of pure MoO3 MoO2 did not occur in air at any temperature. However, this decomposition took place
through the formation of the compound Cr2O3·3MoO3(ss) and its decomposition to Cr2O3·3MoO2(ss). The latter compound has never
been reported before and the X-ray data for this compound are given. The previously reported catalytic activity of Cr2O3·3MoO3(ss),
at high temperatures, is presumably due to its reduction to Cr2O3·3MoO2(ss).

The interaction of native and derivatized transferrin with lecithin, cholesterol and their mixtures was studied using monomolecular layers of phospholipids. The system H2O-B2O3-Na2O has been studied experimentally at 277 and 317°C. The activities of water and boric acid have been determined at mole ratios Na/B from 0 to 1.5, and total dissolved solids 3 to 80 weight percent. The activity of boric acid has been fitted to within experimental error using a speciation model with eight complex species. This model is consistent with the model previously published by Mesmer et al. The electrolyte properties of the liquid are modeled using the Pitzer-Simonson model of very concentrated electrolyte solutions. The calculated values of water activity agree with experiment, and the activity of NaOH and pOH have also been calculated. The potassium borate system also was briefly studied at 317°C, and is adequately described by a model with five complex species. The potassium borate liquid is more alkaline at K/B= 1 than a sodium borate liquid at the same mole ratio, but pOH in the two systems is the same at lower mole ratios. 相似文献

Nitrogen-doped TiO2 powders were successfully prepared by a wet method, i.e., a micro-emulsion-hydrothermal method, in different acid environments.

reflectance spectra, were combined to determine the crystal phase, concentration and chemical states of the nitrogen doped
in TiO2. The high photocatalytic activity of the nitrogen-doped TiO2 was evaluated through the decomposition of rhodanmine B under visible light irradiation. It was suggested that the doped
nitrogen formed oxynitride (NO) and produced impurity states at higher above the valence band of TiO2. Therefore, the nitrogen doping could enhance the response of photocatalyst to the visible light and improve the photocatalytic

Anatase nanocrystals were precipitated mainly at the surface of the silica-titania gel films with hot water treatment, whereas the addition of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) in the films led to the dispersion of anatase nanocrystals in the whole of the films after the treatment. Both films with and without PEG showed high photocatalytic activities for acetaldehyde, NO
x
and stearic acid in the gas-solid system, and for methylene blue and potassium iodide in the liquid-solid system. The addition of PEG improved the photocatalytic activities of the resultant films due to the smaller anatase crystallites and the porous film structure. The residual silica under-layer of the superficially anatase-precipitated films is expected to act as a protective one for an organic polymer substrate against the photocatalytic degradation. 相似文献
