希土胺羧酸配合物的研究——Ⅲ.吡啶-2,6-二甲酸钕配合物{[Nd(HDPA)(DPA)(H2O)2]·4H2O}n合成及其晶体结构

关于吡啶-2,6-二甲酸希土配合物晶体结构有Na₃[Ln(DPA)₃]·yNaClO₄·xH₂O类型的报道^[1]。本文合成了{[Nd(HDPA)(DPA)(H₂O)₂]·4H₂O}_n。配合物单晶并测定了其结构。

合成了系列Ｄａｗｓｏｎ结构钨钒磷杂多化合物（Ｃｐｙｒ）７＋ｎＰ２Ｗ１８－ｎＶｎＯ６２（ｎ＝１～３），并用ＩＲ，ＮＭＲ等手段对其结构进行了表征．考察了这类杂多化合物对苯酚过氧化氢的羟化活性，探讨了反应机理．

Calculation of Spectroscopic Constants for the Ground Electronic States of KRb and RbCs Molecules

The vibrational, rotational, and centrifugal constants have been calculated for the ground electronic states of KRb and RbCs molecules. The calculation is performed using the semiempirical potential curves constructed in a wide range of internuclear distances. The estimated spectroscopic constants are compared with experimental data.     

Development of an efficient method for preparation of 1,3,5-trihydroxyisocyanuric acid (THICA) and its use as aerobic oxidation catalyst

1,3,5-Trihydroxyisocyanuric acid (THICA), which serves as an efficient radical-producing catalyst from hydrocarbons, was successfully prepared by two methods. The reaction of O-benzylhydroxyamine with phenyl chloroformate gave formbenzyloxycarbamic acid phenyl ester of which subsequent treatment with dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) produced 1,3,5-tribenzyloxyisocyanurate leading to THICA by hydrogenation with H₂ on Pd/C. The other method involved the direct synthesis of 1,3,5-tribenzyloxyisocyanurate from O-benzylhydroxyamine and diphenyl carbonate. The aerobic oxidation of p-methylanisole catalyzed using THICA as a key catalyst afforded p-anisic acid in almost quantitative yield (>99%).     

Characterization of Saccharomyces Sp. through determination of amino acid profiles by capillary gas chromatography

The Saccharomyces strains uvarum, montuliensis, bayanus, capensis and florentinus were grown in liquid media prepared from a 1% aqueous glucose solution to which 0.05% of ammonium sulfate or urea were added as the only nitrogen supply. The amino acids exuded during incubation were isolated by cation exchange and derivatized as the corresponding N,O-heptafluorobutyryl isopropyl esters. Separation was achieved on a highly deactivated glass capillary column coated with OV-101. A characteristic amino acid profile was obtained for each of the species studied, allowing the construction of a chemotaxonomic tree, on the basis of present or absent acids.

In vivo microdialysis determination of collagen-induced serotonin release in rat blood

We developed a sensitive microbore HPLC method coupled with an on-line microdialysis system to simultaneously measure endogenous 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin; 5-HT) and its major metabolite 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) in the rat blood in vivo. A dialysis tube was placed in the right jugular vein. The validity of the procedure is demonstrated because analysis of the aggregating agents, collagen (I mg/kg) plus epinephrine (0.3 mg/kg) after intravenous injection, showed that they induced an increase in 5-HT and 5-HIAA levels in the jugular vein of the rat.     

Prediction of Complexation Properties of Crown Ethers Using Computational Neural Networks

A computational neural network method was used for the prediction of stability constants of simple crown ether complexes. The essence of the method lies in the ability of a computer neural network to recognize the structure-property relationships in these host-guest systems. Testing of the computational method has demonstrated that stability constants of alkali metal cation (Na+, K+, Cs+)-crown ether complexes in methanol at 25 °C can be predicted with an average error of ±0.3 log K units based on the chemical structure of the crown ethers alone. The computer model was then used for the preliminary analysis of trends in the stabilities of the above complexes.     

中药血清药理学研究金银花的抑菌活性

采用最低抑菌浓度(MIC)测定方法和抑菌活性试验,考察不同产地的金银花以及含药血清的抑菌效果。试验结果为:含药血清对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC分别为0.5μg绿原酸/mL和0.25μg绿原酸/mL;含药血清抑菌活性为高敏。
