Summary A reversed-phase ion-pair chromatographic (RPIPC) method withN,N,N′, N′-ethylenediaminetetrakis(methylenephosphonic acid) (EDTMP) as coordinating agent has been developed for simultaneous separation and detection of Cu(II), Fe(III), and Pb(II) ions. Response is linearly dependent on amount of sample over the range 9.52–50.8 μg mL−1 for Cu(II), 8.31–41.8 μg mL−1 for Fe(III), and 37.3–51.8 μg mL−1 for Pb(II). The method has been applied successfully to an artificial mixed-ore sample.  相似文献

Capillary gas chromatography was applied to study the sorption of aliphatic ketones (C6—C11), including metamers, from aqueous solutions by corn starch cryotextures. The amount of ketones sorbed by cryotextures depends linearly on their concentrations in the initial sol. Equations describing the concentration dependence of sorption were proposed. The shape of sorption isotherms reflects the strength of sorption. The binding constants and the number of binding sites were determined for weakly sorbed ketones. The length of alkyl substituent and the position of the functional group are the crucial factors governing the sorption of ketones under conditions of excess binding sites. It was found that the degree of sorption increases with an increase in the carbon chain length from 6 to 9 carbon atoms. The presence of cooperation of binding sites for ketone sorption by cryotextures was demonstrated. The major part of ketones is sorbed irreversibly. This fact points to the formation of supramolecular complexes. Ketones with lower molecular masses are better sorbed by cryotextures than by native starch grains.  相似文献

Highly crystalline I-rich type Cladophora cellulose, which had been kept in never-dried condition, was treated in 60wt% sulfuric acid at 100°C, for 1–48h. The cellulose microcrystals thus obtained were analysed by X-ray diffractometry, FT-IR, and transmission electron microscopy. The I component was found to be more degraded than the I component. The cellulose I/I ratios of the samples acid-treated for 0, 24, and 48 h were about 8:2, 6:4, and 4:6, respectively. After the acid treatment, the microcrystals became narrower in width, and very sharp at their ends. These results indicate that the I phase is mostly located at the surface of the microcrystals, which is morphologically more susceptible to the acid treatment.  相似文献

Fibers and films prepared from blends of poly(vinyl alcohol) and poly(acrylic acid) were found to be suitable matrices for the solid-state photoreduction of silver ions in the presence of air. Fast generation of nanometer-sized silver crystallites was observed when fibers of polymer blends crosslinked with dimethyl sulfoxide were irradiated with 350nm light. Optical determinations of the formation kinetics were carried out using thin films of noncrosslinked as well as lightly and heavily crosslinked polymer blends. Small Ag clusters were detected initially, which were stable in the dark but transformed into larger metal particles upon further illumination. Both formation processes occurred only under high light intensity illumination and the kinetic data were inconsistent with monophotonic mechanisms.  相似文献

The complex of [Tb2(o-MBA)6(PHEN)2] (o-MBA: o-methylbenzoate and PHEN:1,10-phenanthroline) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. The thermal behavior of [Tb2(o-MBA)6(PHEN)2] in dynamic nitrogen atmosphere was investigated by TG-DTG techniques. The thermal decomposition process of the [Tb2(o-MBA)6(PHEN)2] occurred in three consecutive stages at Tp 294, 427 and 512°C. The kinetic parameters and mechanisms of first decomposition stage from analysis of the TG-DTG curves were obtained by the Malek method. Reduction of 7-tridecanone and 1-phenyl-1-hexanone by 2-propanol at 573-673 K in the presence of MgO has been studied. Acidic as well as strong and weak basic sites of MgO surface have been blocked in the reaction of the oxide with triethylamine, phenol or benzoic acid (1000 mol/g of catalyst), respectively. Retention of activity of MgO treated with triethylamine or phenol in ketones reduction by 2-propanol has been observed. Only residual activity of MgO poisoned by benzoic acid has been noted. The exclusive participation of moderate basic centers of MgO in catalytic reduction of ketones by 2-propanol has been ascertained.  相似文献

The conversion of sodium lactate to lactic acid with water-splitting electrodialysis was investigated. One way of reducing the power consumption is to add a conductive layer to the acid compartment. Doing this reduced the power consumption by almost 50% in a two-compartment cell, whereas the electric current efficiency was not affected at all. Three different solutions were treated in the electrodialysis unit: a model solution with 70 g/L of sodium lactate and a fermentation broth that had been prefiltered two different ways. The fermentation broth was either filtered in an open ultrafiltration membrane (cut-off of 100,000 Dalton) in order to remove the microorganisms or first filtered in the open ultrafiltration membrane and then in an ultrafiltration membrane with a cut-off of 2000 Dalton to remove most of the proteins. The concentration of sodium lactate in the fermentation broth was 70 g/L, as well. Organic molecules present in the broth (peptides and similar organic material) fouled the membranes and, therefore, increased power consumption. Power consumption increased more when permeate from the more open ultrafiltration membrane was treated in the electrodialysis unit than when permeate from the membrane with the lower cut-off was treated, since there was a higher amount of foulants in the former permeate. However, the electrodialysis membranes could be cleaned efficiently with a 0.1 M sodium hydroxide solution.  相似文献

以5W/%稀HCl溶液对各类城市生活垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)及其组分进行处理,考察在不同温度下快速热解生成半焦的动力学参数变化,并对半焦的比表面积和孔体积的变化和分形维数进行分析研究,试验结果发现酸洗后RDF热解速率提高,活化能降低,酸洗后半焦的比表面积和孔体积均有所减少,并随热解温度先升高而后下降,在450度附近出现极大值,对半焦的分形维数分析表明,酸洗后表面变得光滑,形成欧氏平面。  相似文献

 用离子排斥色谱法实现了对果汁中 11种有机酸 (草酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、抗坏血酸、乳酸、琥珀酸、甲酸、乙酸、戊二酸、富马酸 )的分离测定。以 17mmol/L硫酸为淋洗液 ,样品在ICE ION 30 0离子排斥柱上分离后 ,用紫外检测器在 2 10nm处测定其中的有机酸。各组分质量浓度测定的相对标准偏差在 1.5 %~ 9.8% (n =10 )。  相似文献

 应用甲酯衍生化试剂对卷烟烟气粒相物中有机酸进行甲酯衍生化 ,经固相微萃取 (SPME)后通过气 质联用仪分离鉴定。分析了 4个品牌的卷烟烟气 ,共鉴定了 60多种挥发及半挥发性有机酸。对丁酸、己酸、糠酸、辛酸、壬酸、苯甲酸、苯乙酸、十四酸、十六酸进行了定量分析。该方法用于烟气中有机酸的定性、定量分析 ,灵敏度较高 ,快速简便。  相似文献
