柠檬酸在D354树脂上的离子交换研究   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:5  
研究了大孔型弱碱性阴离子交换树脂D354分离水中柠檬酸的相平衡和动力学。Langmuir方程能够良好地关联等温线。建立了离子交换过程的孔扩散模型,并以正交配置法与Gear法结合进行数据拟合。结果表明,液膜阻力对交换过程具有重大影响,简单线性推动力模型能够很好地描述液膜传质过程。  相似文献

以原位穆斯堡尔谱研究了活性炭担载的费-托合成铁-钼双金属催化剂的还原和碳化行为。在H_2中不同温度下还原催化剂,其中的Fe~(3+)还原为Fe~(2+),进而还原为Fe~0。但在400—450℃间发生了还原铁物类的再氧化现象,可归因于磷钼酸根Keggin结构的热分解。在500℃H_2中,铁和钼都还原为金属并形成合金,其穆斯堡尔谱为一单峰,同质异能移为-0.16mm/s。再在300℃合成气(2H_2/CO)中碳化,可生成Fe-Mo碳化物(Fe_(1-y)Mo_y)_xC,穆斯堡尔谱为δ~0.17mm/s,△~0.64mm/s的双峰。  相似文献

Densities and specific heat capacities of ternary aqueous systems containing dipeptides (glycyl-glycine or L--alanyl-L--alanine) and nucleic acid bases (cytosine or thymine) or their alkyl derivatives (1,3-diethylthymine or caffeine) were determined at 25°C by flow calorimetry and flow densimetry. The partial molar volumes and heat capacities of transfer at infinite dilution of the different nucleic acid bases from water to water+dipeptide solutions were obtained therefrom. Except for the case of the transfer of cytosine to aqueous glycyl-glycine solutions where a small positive dependence of the transfer quantities was observed with the dipeptide concentration, the values of the heat capacities of transfer were in general low, positive or negative, depending on the compensation of hydrophobic-hydrophilic interactions between the dipeptide and the base. The volumes of transfer of most of the bases are very small, within the limit of the experimental error.  相似文献

Summary The aminoacid glutamine in aqueous solution and in conditions of high temperature and long term storage is partly transformed into pyroglutamic acid which exhibits potential neurotoxic effects.Commercially available aminoacid mixtures supplemented with glutamine are heat-sterilized and some losses of glutamine and formation of pyroglutamic acid may occur.The aim of the work was to set up an easy and reliable HPLC method which allows the determination of pyroglutamic acid as a degradation product of glutamine. The column was a 5 m Hypersil ODS (100×4.6 mm) and the mobile phase 100% 0.007 M phosphate buffer pH 3.5.Stability studies in different conditions of temperature and time of storage were performed on aminoacid mixture available in the commerce.  相似文献

Reaktion von Acrylnitril mit2 und3 ergab die 2,2-disubstituierten Michael-Addukte14,15, wohingegen mit1 2,2,5-Tri(2-cyanethyl)-cyclopentanon11 erhalten wurde.

The purpose of the study was to examine the formation of inclusion compounds in the freeze-dried products obtained from aqueous solutions of nicotinic acid and -cyclodextrin (-CD), or heptakis (2,6-0-dimethyl)--cyclodextrin (DIMEB). The molar ratios used were 1:1 and 2:1. In addition two freezing temperatures (–40 and –196°C) and different secondary drying temperatures (+50 and +80°C) were used. Freeze-dried products with -CD obtained after low temperature freezing are of the same crystallographic structure as seen in a pure inclusion compound prepared by coprecipitation. Amorphous products were formed after fast freezing. The molar ratios of included nicotinic acid in the freeze-dried products vary — dependent on the preparation conditions — between 0.75:1 and 1:1. A factorial design proves that the included drug amount can be increased by enhancement of the amount of nicotinic acid used, by faster freezing, and by the combination of these two factors. The proof of inclusion formation was given by a combination of X-ray diffractography, differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetry and thermofractography.The freeze-dried preparations obtained with DIMEB were amorphous mixtures of the two components. No proof for inclusion of the nicotinic acid in the cyclodextrin cavity could be given. Higher (–40°C) or lower (–196°C) freezing temperatures and the running of the secondary drying process could not influence these results. The very low stability constant of the complex and steric reasons are responsible for this behavior.  相似文献

IR lattice vibration spectra were used to monitor the changes in the structure of zeolite Na-Y upon its dealumination with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) or with HCl. The terminal Si-O(H,Na) bonds thus formed (which are detectable by characteristic absorbance at v 900–950 cm–1) are energetically less uniform when EDTA has been used as the dealuminating agent. This inhomogeneity is connected with the local deformations of zeolite structure which result in lowering the symmetry of silicon-oxygen tetrahedra. As a consequence, two novel bands appear at v 1090 cm–1 and 1200 cm–1 in addition to the fundamental absorption bands, vas (TO4) (T = Si, Al), at 1030 cm–1 and 1145 cm–1. A mechanism of dealumination is proposed, which takes into account the topochemical peculiarities involved in the chelation of the framework aluminum ions with EDTA.Translated fromIzyestiya Akademii Nauk.
