Studies of temperature dependences of ac magnetization were carried out for a superconducting lead-porous glass nanocomposite. Double peaks were found on the imaginary part of ac magnetization which were accompanied with double steps on the real part. The lower-temperature anomalies in ac magnetization differed noticeably when they were obtained upon cooling and warming. The double peaks were treated as two phase transitions in the vortex system: the liquid-solid transition which occurs close to the onset of superconductivity and solid-solid one which is triggered by superconductivity in confined lead islands.  相似文献

Spline wavelet in the resolution of overlapping voltammetric peaks   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
Spline wavelet transform is used to resolve overlapping voltammetric peaks. A suitable resolving factor is chosen to multiply the filters of spline wavelet and make it a peak resoluter. Simulated overlapping voltammetric peaks are processed by the peak resoluter and satisfactory results are obtained. Base-line separation can be achieved, the relative errors of peak position are less than 3.0%, and the relative errors of peak area are less than 5.0%. The effect of different resolving factors and spline wavelet basis are discussed. To test the procedure, two systems, cadmium (Ⅱ)-indium (Ⅲ) and lead (Ⅱ)-thallium (Ⅰ), are used.  相似文献

Summary Brief pressure changes take often place within a liquid chromatography column, e.g., during sample injection. It is shown that pressure jumps may cause local changes in the composition of a mixed effluent and the rise of system peaks in the chromatogram. It is common practice in chromatographic purity analysis of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes to assess the quality of peak integration combined by visual investigation of the chromatogram. This traditional method of visual chromatographic comparison is simple, but is very subjective, laborious and seldom very quantitative. For high-purity drugs it would be particularly difficult to detect the occurrence of an unknown impurity co-eluting with the target compound, which is present in excess compared to any impurity. We hypothesize that this can be achieved through Multivariate Statistical Process Control (MSPC) based on principal component analysis (PCA) modeling. In order to obtain the lowest detection limit, different chromatographic data preprocessing methods such as time alignment, baseline correction and scaling are applied. Historical high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) chromatograms from a biopharmaceutical in-process analysis are used to build a normal operation condition (NOC) PCA model. Chromatograms added simulated 0.1% impurities with varied resolutions are exposed to the NOC model and monitored with MSPC charts. This study demonstrates that MSPC based on PCA applied on chromatographic purity analysis is a powerful tool for monitoring subtle changes in the chromatographic pattern, providing clear diagnostics of subtly deviating chromatograms. The procedure described in this study can be implemented and operated as the HPLC analysis runs according to the process analytical technology (PAT) concept aiming for real-time release.  相似文献

利用脉冲射频空心阴极等离子体源激发含溴甲烷的工作气体产生等离子体,采用HR4000型高分辨力光谱仪测量了等离子体的发射光谱。通过光谱比较,在等离子体发射光谱图中得到了位于635.07,700.52 nm的溴原子的特征峰,并实验研究了工作气压和溴甲烷密度对溴原子特征峰强度的影响。实验结果表明:在相同的溴甲烷密度下,溴原子的特征峰强度随气压的升高而降低;在相同的气压条件下,溴原子的特征峰强度随溴甲烷密度的升高而升高;溴甲烷密度测量的精度高于1 g/m3。  相似文献

利用我国31个省份2001-2010年的面板数据,使用空间滞后模型(SLM)研究了我国区域RD投入、空间溢出效应及吸收能力对经济增长的影响.研究结果表明我国各省份经济增长之间存在着高度的空间相关性,一个省份的RD投入不仅能够促进本地区的经济增长,还会通过技术溢出促进相邻地区的经济增长,同时一个地区吸收能力越强,其对该地区经济增长的影响也越大.  相似文献

We explore the relationship between exclusive and inclusive electromagnetic scattering from the pion, focusing on the transition region at intermediate Q2. Combining Drell-Yan data on the leading twist quark distribution in the pion with a model for the resonance region at large x, we calculate QCD moments of the pion structure function over a range of Q2, and quantify the role of higher twist corrections. Using a parameterization of the pion elastic form factor and phenomenological models for the π↦ρ transition form factor, we further test the extent to which local duality may be valid for the pion.
