Zr(OPri)4·PriOH reacts with N-phenylsalicylideneimine in anhydrous benzene in 1 : 2 molar ratio to afford [Zr{O(C6H4)CH=NPh}2{OPri}2] (1). Further reactions of 1 with various glycols yield heteroleptic complexes of the type [Zr{O(C6H4)CH=NPh}2{O–G–O}] [where–G–= (CH2)2 (2), (CH2CHCH3) (3), (CH3CHCHCH3) (4), (CH2CHC2H5) (5), (CH2)3 (6), (CH2CH2CHCH3) (7), and (CH2)6 (8)]. All new derivatives have been characterized by elemental analyses, FTIR and NMR (1H and 13C{1H}) studies. FAB mass spectra of 1 and 7 revealed the monomeric nature of these complexes. Complete hydrolyses and low temperature transformations of 1 and 7 using Sol-Gel technique formed tetragonal phase of ZrO2 at 700°C, whereas transformation of tetragonal to monoclinic phase occurred at 900°C. SEM observations of these samples indicate formation of agglomerates of nanocrystalline zirconia (Scherer analysis).  相似文献

Gas-borne nanoparticles undergoing coagulation and sintering form irregular or fractal-like structures affecting their transport, light scattering, effective surface area, and density. Here, zirconia (ZrO2) nanoparticles are generated by scalable spray combustion, and their mobility diameter and mass are obtained nearly in situ by differential mobility analyzer (DMA) and aerosol particle mass (APM) measurements. Using these data, the density of ZrO2 and a power law between mobility and primary particle diameters, the structure of fractal-like particles is determined (mass-mobility exponent, prefactor and average number, and surface area mean diameter of primary particles, dva). The dva determined by DMA-APM measurements and this power law is in good agreement with the dva obtained by ex situ nitrogen adsorption and microscopic analysis. Using this combination of measurements and above power law, the effect of flame spray process parameters (e.g., precursor solution and oxygen flow rate as well as zirconium concentration) on fractal-like particle structure characteristics is investigated in detail. This reveals that predominantly agglomerates (physically-bonded particles) and aggregates (chemically- or sinter-bonded particles) of nanoparticles are formed at low and high particle concentrations, respectively.  相似文献

采用浸渍法制备了分别以活性炭(AC)和全硅MCM-41介孔分子筛负载的ZrO2催化剂,并对其进行了XRD、氮气吸附-脱附、X射线光电子能谱、差热-热重分析和吡啶吸附原位红外光谱等表征,考察了其在以异丙醇为氢源还原苯乙酮为α-苯乙醇的Meerwein-Ponndorf-Verley(MPV)反应中的催化活性,并与水合ZrO2进行对比.研究了载体对催化剂活性的影响.结果表明,ZrO2经MCM-41负载后,与载体发生强相互作用,可能形成Si—O—Zr键,ZrO2在载体表面呈高分散的无定形态,Zr—OH数目显著增加,L酸性增强,并形成B酸中心,使催化剂活性显著高于水合ZrO2;ZrO2负载在AC上后,与载体未发生强相互作用,ZrO2在载体表面未呈高分散状态,增加的Zr—OH数目相对较少,L酸性较弱,未形成B酸中心,催化活性未明显增加,但在较高焙烧温度(400~600℃)下,其仍能保持稳定的催化活性,这可归因于ZrO2/AC中AC孔道疏通及AC石墨层对苯乙酮上苯环的吸附作用,使活性位附近的反应底物浓度显著增大.  相似文献

利用溶胶-凝胶技术制备了无机杂化材料锆铝复合氧化物,对其物理化学性能进行了研究。平均孔径5-8nm,并且孔径分布较窄;表面呈现酸碱两性;氧化铝的掺杂可以提高填料的经表面积。同时以酸性、碱性和中性化合物为溶质,对锆铝填料的正相色谱性能和烷基膦酸改性的锆铝填料的反相色谱性能进行了系统评价,研究结果表明,锆铝填料适合于碱性化合物分离,并且其分离选择性在一定程度上随流动相性质而变;烷基膦酸改性的锆铝填料则呈现出反相色谱特征。  相似文献

Cu-Cr and Cu-Cr-Zr catalysts for the low temperature methanol synthesis slurry phase, with the surface area of 77.9 and 113.2 m2/g respectively, were prepared by the co precipitation approach. The activity and selectivity of these catalysts were evaluated in a stainless steel autoclave at 5.5 MPa and at different temperatures of 383 and 423 K separately. It was found that the activity of Cu-Cr-Zr catalyst was obviously higher than that of Cu-Cr catalyst, whereas the methanol selectivity of Cu-Cr-Zr catalyst was a little lower. The concentration of sodium compounds in the solution after reaction was also measured. The results showed that the concentration of sodium formate after reaction is much lower than that before reaction, which is quite different from the observations from the Cu-Cr catalyst previously. This implies that the conversion of sodium methoxide to sodium formate has been completely suppressed in the presence of zirconia in Cu-Cr-Zr catalyst. This finding is more beneficial to improve the performance of Cu-Cr catalyst and to increase the life of catalyst system as well.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备无孔脲醛树脂-二氧化锆复合微球,在碳酸盐缓冲溶液中,利用微球表面的酰胺键与三嗪染料-活性艳蓝X-BR分子中三嗪环上的活泼氯反应,将染料键合到微球表面,以牛血清白蛋白(BSA)为样品,考察了不同条件下,该萃取剂对BSA的萃取能力。结果表明,该萃取剂对BSA的饱和萃取量达到30.3 mg.g-1,同时萃取的蛋白易于洗脱,1.0 mol.L-1氰化钾的洗脱率达到93.5%。  相似文献

Zirconia nanoparticles have been synthesized from zirconium hydroxide precipitates followed by a supercritical CO2 extraction. The microstructure evolution of these zirconia nanoparticles during the calcination at the moderate temperature has been investigated. Assisted by the analyses of TEM and XRD, small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) study offers possibilities to a comprehensive and quantitative characterization of the structural evolution on the nanometer scales. The as-synthesized zirconia sample exhibits a mass fractal structure constructed by the surface fractal particles. Such a structure can be preserved up to 300 °C. After calcination at 400 °C, considerable structural rearrangement occurs. In the interior of nanoparticles zirconia nanocrystallites emerge. It is the scattering from such zirconia nanoparticles that give rise to the broadened crossover in the ln[J(q)] vs. ln q plot and the scattering peak in the ln[q3J(q)] vs. q2 plot. With a further increase in the calcination temperature, the power-law region at large-q in ln J(q) vs. ln q plot expands, and the peak in ln[q3J(q)] vs. q2 plot shifts towards lower q values, indicating size increases in both the nanocrystallites and nanoparticles. Besides, the mass fractal structure constructed by zirconia nanoparticles can be largely preserved during the moderate temperature calcination.  相似文献

The role of tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide (TMAH) in determining the rheological properties of aqueous zirconia suspensions containing polyacrylate (PANH4) was investigated. At acidic pH, the addition of TMAH after PANH4 could result in a much higher stability in zirconia slurries than that with only polymer as dispersant. While in alkaline media, it was more easily realized to lower yield stress of suspensions by adding TMAH before PANH4. Moreover, the both TMAH and PANH4 contained systems were found to need the less polyacrylate for obtaining complete dispersion than those stabilized with PANH4 alone.  相似文献

SiO2-ZrO2 pillared montmorillonite (SZM) was prepared by the reaction of Na-montmorillonite with colloidal silica-zirconia particles which were prepared by depositing zirconium hydroxy cations on silica particles. By pillaring with the colloidal particles, the basal spacing of montmorillonite was expanded to ca. 45 Å and the calcined SZM samples showed large specific surface areas up to 320 m2/g at 400 °C. In spite of large interlayer separation, adsorption results indicated the presence of micropores generated between the colloidal particles. The microporous structure was maintained at least up to 600 °C and exhibited specific shape selectivity for the adsorption of large organic molecules, especially between toluene and mesitylene. According to the temperature-programmed-desorption (TPD) spectra of ammonia, the calcined SZM showed weakly acidic sites.  相似文献

通过研究不同干燥条件下制得的二氧化锆的织构和结构,发现在超临界干燥过程中附加一定的惰性气体压力能够防止或大大减小凝胶在干燥过程中的收缩,从而可提高BET表面积,和普通空气中干燥得到的二氧化锆相比,超临界干燥得到的二氧化锆的孔结构大为改善。同时BET表面积地增大。  相似文献
