The determination of zinc ion (1-60 ng ml−1) by anodic square-wave stripping voltammetry on an anion-exchange perfluorinated polymer Tosflex mercury film electrodes (TMFE) was evaluated. The detection limit was 0.1 ng ml−1 Zn(II). The effect of various organic compounds (gelatin, albumin, starch, camphor, humic acid, Triton X-100, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB)) is explored. The results indicate that due to the size-exclusion and ion-exchange properties of Tosflex film, the TMFE is considerably more resistant to organic interference than the bare mercury film electrode. 相似文献

Sodium-dicyclohexyl- 18-crown-6 complex cation was used as carrier for the uphill transport of zinc as Zn(SCN)42? complex anion. By using L-cysteine as a metal ion acceptor in the receiving phase at the optimized pH of 7.6, the amount of zinc transport through the liquid membrane after 90 min was 97.2 ± 1.0%. The selectivity and efficiency of zinc transport from aqueous solutions containing equimolar mixtures of Ag+, Cd2+ Co2+, Cu2+, Fe2+, Ni2+, Pb2+, Pd2+, Sr2+, Bi3+, Cr3+ and Fe3+ ions was investigated. 合成了一种稀土高氯酸盐-谷氨酸配合物. 经TG/DTG、化学和元素分析、FTIR及与相关文献对比, 确定其组成为[Pr2(L-α-Glu)2(ClO4)(H2O)7](ClO4)3•4H2O, 纯度为99.0%以上. 利用显微熔点仪分析发现其没有熔点. 在78~370 K温区, 用精密绝热量热仪测量其低温热容, 在285~306 K温区发现一明显吸热峰, 归结为固-固相变过程. 通过相变温区三次重复热容测量, 得到相变温度Ttr、相变焓ΔtrHm和相变熵ΔtrSm分别为(297.158±0.280) K, (12.338±0.016) kJ•mol-1和(41.520±0.156) J•K-1•mol-1. 用最小二乘法将非相变温区的热容对温度进行拟合, 得到了热容随温度变化的两个多项式方程. 用此方程进行数值积分, 得到每隔5 K的舒平热容值和相对于273.15 K的热力学函数值. 根据TG/DTG结果, 推测了该配合物的热分解机理. 依据Hess定律, 选择1 mol•dm-3盐酸为量热溶剂, 利用等温环境溶解-反应量热计, 测定了该配合物的标准摩尔生成焓为: ΔfHm0=-(7223.1±2.4) kJ•mol-1. 相似文献

Nanocrystalline zinc coatings were produced by pulse electrodeposition in acid sulfate bath containing thiourea and benzalacetone
additives and characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy techniques. The influence of benzalacetone
concentration and pulse peak current density on the grain size and crystallographic orientation of zinc deposits was investigated.
Zinc electrodeposited from additive-free solutions or with one of the two additives is not composed of nanosized crystals.
The mixture additives of thiourea and benzalacetone give rise to the formation of particle-like nanocrystalline zinc with
a (10ī1) random orientation. A change in peak current density from 2 to 1 A/cm2 only increases the grain size from 60 to 62 nm. 相似文献

Two series of nano-sized N-containing MOx–ZnO (M: Fe, W) composite powders were synthesized by spray pyrolysis. The nitrogen content was controlled from 500 to 2100 ppm by changing the powder ingredients and spray pyrolysis temperature. Ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectra indicated that the N-containing MOx–ZnO powders absorbed not only ultraviolet light (λ<387 nm) like pure ZnO powder, but also part of visible light (λ<650 nm). Acetaldehyde decomposition was used as a probe reaction to evaluate the photocatalysis of these composite powders. The photocatalytic activity of the N-containing ZnO powder was pronouncedly enhanced by the WO3 addition under both UV and visible-light irradiation. However, that of the N-containing ZnO powder was suppressed by the Fe2O3 addition. A model of the semiconductor energy-band structure is proposed to explain the enhancement and suppression of photocatalytic activity. 相似文献

Manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), and zinc (Zn) concentrations were determined in the brain regions of normal 1-, 3-, 5-, 7-, 14-, 21-, 42-, 77-, and 147-day-old Wistar rats using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and their maps were illustrated in color to visually compare the distribution of the elements at various stages of the growth process. Sagittal slices (1-mm thickness) sectioned at the level of the substantia nigra were divided into 18 regions, and the small slice samples were digested in microwave-assisted closed vessels for ICP-MS measurement. Mn, Fe, Cu, and Zn concentrations increased region-specifically with age, and their distributional maps showed some characteristics. These findings are discussed in terms of needs for these trace elements in the normal brain. Among new findings about their brain distribution, it is especially noteworthy that higher concentrations of Mn, Fe, and Zn were observed in the substantia nigra compared with those in neighboring regions. The mapping method in this work is expected to open up possibilities for screening of the in vivo element–element interrelationships among these essential elements. 相似文献

Reductive homocoupling of aryl halides in the presence of commercial zinc dust and ammonium formate in methanol produces biaryls in good to excellent yields. Aryl halides having either electron-donating or electron-withdrawing groups underwent smooth coupling to afford the corresponding symmetrical biaryls. Addition of 1 equiv of sodium hydroxide enhanced the coupling reaction rate. The corrosion and passivation of Zn powder particles dispersed in a paste electrode immersed in 0.5 M Na2SO4 and 5×10–3 M Na2HPO4 solutions were studied mainly by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The role played by diffusion in the mechanism of
anodic oxidation of zinc powder particles has been shown. It was demonstrated that the anodic reactionof Zn powder in neutral
or near neutral media involves at least two adsorbed intermediates. By simulating the porous structure of the electrode, some

A direct catalytic asymmetric Mannich-type reaction of isomerizable aliphatic imines is described. A Et2Zn/(S,S)-linked-BINOL complex was suitable for chemoselective enolate formation from a hydroxyketone in the presence of isomerizable aliphatic N-diphenylphosphinoyl imines. The reaction proceeds smoothly and β-alkyl-β-amino-α-hydroxyketones were obtained in good yield and high enantioselectivity (up to 99% ee), albeit in modest to low diastereoselectivity. 相似文献
