锌的平面三配位[Bu_4N][Zn(SC_6H_2Pr_3~i-2,4,6)_3]·Pr~iOH配合物的合成与晶体结构

在许多重要的金属蛋白中,都存在ⅡB金属与半胱氨酸残基配位的活性中心M(Cys-S)_n.锌、镉、汞与含硫配体的配位化学作为M(Cys-S)_n中心的化学基础,三配位的[M(SR)_3]被认为是金属蛋白中ⅡB金属的一种配位形式.而近年来,Koch报道了平面三配位的锌、镉、汞的硫酚配合物[(n-Pr)_4N][Zn(SC_6HMe_4-2,3,5,6)_3]和[PPh_4][Cd(SC_6H_2Pr_3~i-2,3,6)_3]及[(n-Pr)_4N][Hg(SC_6H_2Pr_3~i-2,4,6)_3]的晶体结构.他们在实验中由于晶体迅速失去溶剂而未能测定以2,4,6-三异丙基硫酚为配体的锌配合物的晶体结构.最近我们合成了这个配合物,并测定了其晶体结构.     

Complexing properties of methyl and phenyl glycine derivatives in their compounds with H+, Ni(II), Cu(II), and Zn(II)

The influence of the solvent and the substituents on the complexing properties of methyl and phenyl glycine derivatives is discussed. On the basis of a computer analysis of potentiometric titration results, the composition and the stability constants of the complexes ofN-methylglycine,N,N-dimethylglycine,N-phenylglycine and phenylglycine with H⁺ and with Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) were determined. The ligand-metal coordination mode as well as the zwitterion level in percent in ligand/proton systems were determined by spectral analyses and equilibria studies.

Komplexbildung der Methyl- und Phenylglycin-Derivate in ihren Verbindungen mit dem Proton und Ni(II), Cu(II) und Zn(II)

Zusammenfassung Der Einfluß des Lösungsmittels und der Substituenten auf die komplexbildenden Eigenschaften der Methyl- und Phenylglycin-Derivate wird diskutiert. Anhand einer Computer-Analyse von potentiometrischen Daten wurden die Zusammensetzung und die Beständigkeitskonstanten der Komplexe vonN-Methylglycin,N,N-Dimethylglycin,N-Phenylglycin und Phenylglycin mit H⁺, Ni(II), Cu(II) und Zn(II) festgestellt. Mittels spektroskopischer Methoden und Gleichgewichtstudien wurde der Koordinationstyp des Liganden mit dem Metall festgestellt sowie der Prozentanteil des Zwitterions im Ligand/Proton-System.

警惕锌剂治疗的毒性和副作用

临床实践证明某些疾病补锌治疗有效，但也发现1％左右的人出现副作用，人类对锌过量虽具有耐受性，但据报道不管是急性中毒量，治疗量，还是常用的自选补充量，均可出现中毒症状。原因是锌与其它元素间有相互作用，特别是与铜的拮抗作用，所以用锌剂一定要严格掌握适应症、剂量、疗程，以免引起不良反应，影响儿童健康。     

A novel layered bimetallic phosphite intercalating with organic amines: Synthesis and characterization of Co(H2O)4Zn4(HPO3)6·C2N2H10

A new layered cobalt-zinc phosphite, Co(H₂O)₄Zn₄(HPO₃)₆·C₂N₂H₁₀ has been synthesized in the presence of ethylenediamine as the structure-directing agent. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group Cc (No. 9), a=18.2090(8), b=9.9264(7), c=15.4080(7) Å, β=114.098(4)°, V=2542.3(2) Å³, Z=4, R=0.0323, wR=0.0846. The structure consists of ZnO₄ tetrahedra, CoO₆ octahedra and HPO₃ pseudopyramids through their vertices forming bimetallic phosphite layers parallel to the ab plane. Organic cations, which reside between the inorganic layers, are mobile and can be exchanged by NH₄⁺ cations without the collapse of the framework.     

ZnGA-MMT catalyzed the copolymerization of carbon dioxide with propylene oxide

Zinc glutarate (ZnGA) synthesized from zinc oxide and glutarate acid was dispersed on the surface of acid-treated montmorillonite (MMT) in quinoline to prepare ZnGA-MMT catalyst. The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) measurements indicated that the ZnGA on the surface of acid-treated MMT had the same crystalline structure as pure ZnGA. Copolymerization between CO₂ and propylene oxide (PO) was carried out under optimized reaction conditions using ZnGA-MMT catalyst, consequently giving poly(propylene carbonate) (PPC) with high molecular weight in a very high yield (115.2 g polymer per gram of ZnGA). The obtained PPCs were investigated using ¹³C NMR and FTIR spectra, showing a completely alternating structure. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) examinations showed the PPCs with a high transition temperature of 38 °C and a very high decomposition temperature (>250 °C) due to the presence of MMT residual in polymer.     

亚临床肝性脑病患者的血清锌,铜含量的测定及临床意义

检测了３０例慢性活动性肝炎患者、３０例肝硬化患者、３０例亚临床肝性脑病患者血清中的铜、锌含量，并与正常对照组进行比较分析，探讨了微量元素铜、锌的血清含量改变及其影响因素，分析其临床意义。结果表明体内的铜锌含量与肝脏功能有密切的关系。在慢性活动性肝炎时，虽然肝脏功能有一定的损害，但由于肝脏的代偿能力强，铜，锌含量仍可保持在正常水平，而在肝硬化、亚临床肝性脑病时，铜锌明显降低，而铜锌含量的降低又导致机     

内蒙古牧区蒙、汉族人发铜、锌、铁、锶及钙的X-射线荧光光谱法测定

用X-射线荧光光谱法，测定了387例内蒙古牧区蒙古族、汉族成人和儿童的发中铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、锶(St)及钙(Ca)的含量，对同一地区蒙、汉族成人间，成人及儿童间发中五种元素含量进行了比较分析。结果表明：蒙汉族成人发中Cu，Zn、Fe含量不受种族及饮食习惯的影响，其含量无显著性差异；蒙汉族成人发中Sr和Ca含量存在着相平行的显著差异；牧区儿童发Zn含量与牧区成人发Zn含量差异无显著性意义，提示牧区儿童不缺Zn，可能与多动物性食物有关；牧区儿童发中Cu、Fe、Sr、Ca均显著低于牧区成人、可能与儿童发育旺盛和Zn摄入量高对Cu、Fe吸收发生抑制有关。     

微量元素缺乏症及其防治

报道了以235名健康小儿的血清锌、铜正常参考值及铜／锌比值作依据，对538名本地区集体儿童进行了调查．对240例不同病种患儿的血清锌、铜含量测定，并进行了分析；对G6PD、GSH-PX、AKP醇活性与微量元素含量的关系进行了相关性比较；对微量元素锌缺乏症的患儿进行了临床治疗观察；对微量元素缺乏症的防治进行了讨论．     

Synthese und Kristallstrukturen der Phosphanimin-Komplexe MCl2(Me3SiNPMe3)2 mit M = Zn und Co,und CoCl2(HNPMe3)2

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of the Phosphaneimine Complexes MCl₂(Me₃SiNPMe₃)₂ with M = Zn and Co, and CoCl₂(HNPMe₃)₂ The molecular complexes MCl₂(Me₃SiNPMe₃)₂ (M = Zn, Co) have been prepared by the reaction of the dichlorides of zinc and cobalt with Me₃SiNPMe₃ in CH₃CN and CH₂Cl₂, respectively, whereas the complex CoCl₂(HNPMe₃)₂ has been prepared by the reaction of CoCl₂ with NaF in boiling acetonitrile in the presence of Me₃SiNPMe₃. All complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy and by crystal structure determinations. The complexes MCl₂(Me₃SiNPMe₃)₂ crystallize isotypically. ZnCl₂(Me₃SiNPMe₃)₂: Space group P2₁2₁2₁, Z = 4, 2677 observed unique reflections, R = 0.024. Lattice dimensions at ?70°C: a = 1243.6; b = 1319.0; c = 1464.7 pm. CoCl₂(Me₃SiNPMe₃)₂: Space group P2₁2₁2₁, Z = 4, 3963 observed unique reflections, R = 0,071. Lattice dimensions at ?80°C: a = 1236.3; b = 1317.4; c = 1457.6 pm. CoCl₂(HNPMe₃)₂ · CH₂Cl₂: Space group Pbca, Z = 8, 1354 observed unique reflections, R = 0.055. Lattice dimensions at ?80°C: a = 1247.3; b = 998.4; c = 2882.4 pm. All complexes have monomeric molecular structures, in which the metal atoms are coordinated in a distorted tetrahedral fashion by the two chlorine atoms and by the nitrogen atoms of the phosphaneimine molecules.
