Two new phenylpropanoids, integrifoliolin ( 1 ) and integrifoliodiol ( 2 ), together with 23 known compounds, have been isolated from the root wood of Zanthoxylum integrifoliolum. The structures of these compounds were determined by means of spectral analyses. The reported anti‐HIV constituents of decarine and γ‐fagarine were also isolated from the root wood of this plant.  相似文献

Bioassay-guided fractionation of the EtOAc extract of the roots of Thai Ziziphus oenoplia var. brunoniana resulted in the isolation of four new 13-membered cyclopeptide alkaloids of the 5(13) type, ziziphine N-Q. The structures of the new metabolites were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses and the stereochemical assignments were established by comparison with other related compounds of known stereochemistry. Ziziphine N and Q exhibited significant antiplasmodial activity against the parasite Plasmodium falciparum with the inhibitory concentration (IC50) values of 3.92 and 3.5 μg/mL, respectively. Ziziphine N and Q also demonstrated weak antimycobacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis with the same MIC value of 200 μg/mL.  相似文献

A novel phenylpropanoid glycosides 1, named parispolyside F, and a novel derivation of phenolic glycoside 2, named parispolyside G, as well as two known flavonoid glycosides were isolated from the rhizome of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis. cis‐Fagaramide ( 1 ), a new amide, together with fifty known compounds, have been isolated from the leaves of Zanthoxylum schinifolium. These known compounds include twenty‐one coumarins, eleven alkaloids, one furan, four benzenoids, three chlorophylls, four triterpenoids, one diterpenoid, one sesquiterpenoid, and four steroids. Abstract

Bacterial canker of Actinidia, caused by the bacterium Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae (Psa), is the most serious disease of these plants worldwide. Leaves of three species of Actinidia, namely A. chinensis var. chinensis, A. chinensis var. deliciosa and A. arguta, having different degrees of tolerance to Psa, were analyzed by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy. Aqueous extracts of leaves were studied and several metabolites, classified as organic acids, amino acids, carbohydrates, phenols and other metabolites, were identified by 1D and 2D NMR experiments and quantified. The metabolic profiles of these species were compared through univariate statistical analysis ANOVA and multivariate PCA. Levels of metabolites with known antibacterial activity, such as caffeic and chlorogenic acids, were observed to be higher in the A. arguta samples. Moreover, these metabolites have different Pearson correlation patterns among the three Actinidia species, suggesting a difference at the phenylpropanoid biosynthetic pathway.  相似文献
