采用沉积沉淀法制备了一系列商业SnO2负载的纳米Au催化剂, 通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱、X射线粉末衍射、透射电镜和X射线光电子能谱等方法研究了溶液酸碱性、沉淀剂种类、Au负载量和焙烧温度等对催化剂性质的影响.结果表明, Au的负载量以及催化剂的焙烧温度对Au颗粒状态有较大影响.其中, 于573 K焙烧的3%Au/SnO2催化剂在1,4-丁二醇氧化制备γ-丁内酯反应中的催化活性最好, TOF值是Au/TiO2催化剂的15倍.这主要是由于SnO2载体独特的性质对所负载的Au颗粒的影响.  相似文献

Regioselectivity and yields of Yamaguchi cyclization of (15S,16S)‐15,16‐dihydroxy‐otadecyl‐(6Z,9Z,12Z)‐trienoic acid and its saturated homologue have been compared at different temperatures and concentrations. For the unsaturated species the regioselectivity of cyclization depends on temperature to such an extent that the preferred regioisomer changes as the temperature changes, whereas for the saturated homologue the even‐membered ring turns out to be always the preferred one. Molecular mechanics is used to interpret these findings. For both dihydroxyacids, there is experimental evidence that the yields of the two monocyclic regioisomers are thermodynamically controlled, unlike those of the analogue monohydroxy lactones. The higher cyclization yield of the unsaturated monohydroxyacid is interpreted in terms of conformational pre‐organization. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Full details of the total synthesis of the proposed structure of iriomoteolide-1a (1) are described. The key steps include (i) a Sakurai reaction between allylsilane 11 and aldehyde 10 that bears both a tertiary chiral center and vinyl iodide moiety (ii) an anti-aldol reaction to construct the C18/C19 chiral centers (iii) a B-alkyl Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction to assemble the C7-C23 fragment, and (iv) a macrocyclic ring-closing metathesis to complete the construction of the target molecule. Two different approaches to access penultimate precursor 2 are delineated. The NMR spectra of the synthetic iriomoteolide-1a (1) were found not to match those reported for the natural product bringing into question its true structural identity.  相似文献

A new polyketide metabolite, the twelve‐membered macrolide 1 , isolated from the endophytic fungal strain Cladosporium tenuissimum LR 463 of Maytenus hookeri, whose structure had been determined as (6R,12S)‐6‐hydroxy‐12‐methyl‐1‐oxacyclododecane‐2,5‐dione, was synthesized for the first time by a convergent strategy via Yamaguchi esterification of 2 with 3 and ring‐closing metathesis (RCM) to afford the cyclic ester 1 that was eventually transformed to the target molecule. We study the multifield inflationary models where the cosmological perturbation is sourced by light scalar fields other than the inflaton. The corresponding perturbations are both scale invariant and special conformally invariant. We exploit the operator product expansion technique of conformal field theories to study the inflationary correlators enjoying the symmetries present during the de Sitter epoch. The operator product expansion is particularly powerful in characterizing inflationary correlation functions in two observationally interesting limits, the squeezed limit of the three-point correlator and the collapsed limit of the four-point correlator. Despite the fact that the shape of the four-point correlators is not fixed by the symmetries of de Sitter, its exact shape can be found in the collapsed limit making use of the operator product expansion. By employing the fact that conformal invariance imposes the two-point cross-correlations of the light fields to vanish unless the fields have the same conformal weights, we are able to show that the Suyama–Yamaguchi inequality relating the coefficients fNLfNL of the bispectrum in the squeezed limit and τNLτNL of the trispectrum in the collapsed limit also holds when the light fields are intrinsically non-Gaussian. In fact, we show that the inequality is valid irrespectively of the conformal symmetry, being just a consequence of fundamental physical principles, such as the short-distance expansion of operator products. The observation of a strong violation of the inequality will then have profound implications for inflationary models as it will imply either that multifield inflation cannot be responsible for generating the observed fluctuations independently of the details of the model or that some new non-trivial degrees of freedom play a role during inflation.  相似文献

Reaction of the laterally lithiated (S)-4-isopropyl-2-(2-methoxy-6-methylphenyl)oxazoline with p-tolualdehyde gave an inseparable mixture of the addition products in low diastereoselectivity. However, the (S,S)-product cyclized to the corresponding 3,4-dihydroisocoumarin faster than the (S,R)-product on silica gel, which allowed to be produced both enantiomers of 8-methoxy-3-(p-tolyl)-3,4-dihydroisocoumarin in moderate to good optical purity [S-enantiomer: 75% ee; R-enantiomer: 96% ee]. This procedure was applied to the short-step synthesis of optically active 3,4-dihydroisocoumarin natural products such as (R)-8-hydroxy-3-(1-tridecyl)-3,4-dihydroisocoumarin and (R)-phyllodulcin.  相似文献

An efficient and practical one-pot synthesis of 3-substituted isoindolin-1-ones and isobenzofuran-1(3H)-ones has been developed under solvent free-conditions using non-toxic and cheap phenylboronic acid as excellent catalyst. This strategy involves the sequential two-step Mannich/lactamization cascade reaction of inexpensive 2-formylbenzoic acid with primary amines and a wide variety of ketones, and an aldol/lactonization cascade reaction of 2-formylbenzoic acid with a broad range of ketones.  相似文献
