Acquiring knowledge about users’ opinion and what they say regarding specific features within an app, constitutes a solid steppingstone for understanding their needs and concerns. App review utilization helps project management teams to identify threads and opportunities for app software maintenance, optimization and strategic marketing purposes. Nevertheless, app user review classification for identifying valuable gems of information for app software improvement, is a complex and multidimensional issue. It requires foresight and multiple combinations of sophisticated text pre-processing, feature extraction and machine learning methods to efficiently classify app reviews into specific topics. Against this backdrop, we propose a novel feature engineering classification schema that is capable to identify more efficiently and earlier terms-words within reviews that could be classified into specific topics. For this reason, we present a novel feature extraction method, the DEVMAX.DF combined with different machine learning algorithms to propose a solution in app review classification problems. One step further, a simulation of a real case scenario takes place to validate the effectiveness of the proposed classification schema into different apps. After multiple experiments, results indicate that the proposed schema outperforms other term extraction methods such as TF.IDF and χ2 to classify app reviews into topics. To this end, the paper contributes to the knowledge expansion of research and practitioners with the purpose to reinforce their decision-making process within the realm of app reviews utilization. 相似文献

Vibrational spectroscopy is a non-destructive analytical method that can be used to analyse a wide range of materials. A vibrational spectrum contains information on the chemical structure of the sample being analysed, which can be recorded rapidly. With hand held mobile device technology being considered as a relatively mature market, there is an excellent opportunity to combine vibrational spectroscopy with mobile devices for in situ analysis of samples. There are still instances where analytical instruments require being linked to desktop PC's/laptops for instrument control and data manipulation. However, mobile devices are becoming increasingly more powerful thus, enabling data manipulation on devices via cloud based technology. With desktop PC's and laptops often having a larger environment footprint than the instrumental spectrometer itself, this therefore highlights the potential for mobile spectroscopy devices. This paper reports the first development of an app (SpectralAnalyser) to enable the use of mobile devices to access and manipulate spectra and describes the different approaches and implementation issues considered during the development of apps to display spectra on Android and iOS platforms. 相似文献

针对当前移动应用安全问题突出与政府部门缺乏有效监管的现实情境,本研究以演化博弈模型为主要理论工具,开发了不完全信息下政府部门与应用平台的动态演化博弈系统。通过雅克比矩阵求解和数值仿真模拟揭示了初始条件改变以及决策参数取值不同对演化稳定结果的影响。研究表明:当公众参与度与惩罚力度两个因子的取值位于不同的阈值区间时,系统分别呈现出三种演化稳定结果以及一种周期性的随机状态;利用公众参与同政府部门监管的互补关系,保持公众参与度处于一定阈值之上、同时加大对应用平台违规行为的惩罚力度有助于引导系统向理想状态演化。研究结论为政府部门政策制定及实施提供理论参考。 相似文献

Moreover, online pre-lab testing system and data submitting-grading system have been developed, a WeChat public platform has been built named after "Chemistry Experiment Teaching Center of ZJU". 该研究设计并合成了一种基于吡喃腈类(DCI)荧光衍生物的近红外探针1a用于特异性检测ONOO-。该探针本身具有橙色荧光,经ONOO- 刺激后,探针的苯硼酸频哪醇酯结构脱落,母体分子的内电荷转移(ICT)效应恢复,使得荧光发射增强,荧光颜色由橙色变为红色。此外,探针1a具有良好的选择性和抗干扰能力,检出限低至97 nmol/L。同时,通过自主开发的微信小程序“色度采集(Colorimetric acquisition)”配合探针1a评估色度与ONOO- 浓度的相关性,搭建了可对外源性ONOO- 检测效果进行智能评估的简易检测平台,该检测平台有望成为便携智能检测环境中有害物质的简易分析工具。该文利用近红外染料开发的探针1a可用于ONOO- 的检测,为智能化检测有害物质提供了新的参考。 相似文献
