介绍了聚氯乙烯膜碘离子选择电极(PVC-I-ISE)的制备方法,电极对碘离子的能斯特响应斜率为59 mV/pI,响应的线性范围为4.0×10-5~1.0×10-2mol.L-1,检出限为1.6×10-5mol.L-1,低于用银ISE的检出限,电极的使用寿命为一个月以上。将制备的碘离子选择电极作为指示电极用于对溴、碘混合离子体系进行连续分别电位滴定,并与以银电极为指示电极的电位滴定方法进行了比较。结果表明用PVC-I--ISE作指示电极,可在I--Br-共存的混合溶液中进行两离子的连续电位滴定,而用银-ISE时则不能。  相似文献

In the photovoltaic industry the etching of silicon in HF/HNO3 solutions is a decisive process for cleaning wafer surfaces or to produce certain surface morphologies like polishing or texturization. With regard to cost efficiency, a maximal utilisation of etch baths in combination with highest quality and accuracy is strived. To provide an etch bath control realised by a replenishment with concentrated acids the main constituents of these HF/HNO3 etch solutions including the reaction product H2SiF6 have to be analysed. Two new methods for the determination of the total fluoride content in an acidic etch solution based on the precipitation titration with La(NO3)3 are presented within this paper. The first method bases on the proper choice of the reaction conditions, since free fluoride ions have to be liberated from HF and H2SiF6 at the same time to be detected by a fluoride ion-selective electrode (F-ISE). Therefore, the sample is adjusted to a pH of 8 for total cleavage of the SiF62− anion and titrated in absence of buffers. In a second method, the titration with La(NO3)3 is followed by a change of the pH-value using a HF resistant glass-electrode. Both methods provide consistent values, whereas the analysis is fast and accurate, and thus, applicable for industrial process control.  相似文献

在环己酮肟水解反应制备硫酸羟胺过程中,环己酮肟与产物硫酸羟胺在酸性条件下难以分离,硫酸羟胺的含量测定受到环己酮肟的干扰。 本文采用高效液相色谱法和氧化还原滴定法建立了一种简便、有效的新方法同时测定硫酸羟胺与环己酮肟的含量。 结果表明,在H+浓度大于2.4 mol/L,Fe3+/环己酮肟摩尔比大于5:1的条件下,环己酮肟和硫酸羟胺测定的标准滴定曲线的线性相关系数分别为0.99998和0.99996,相对标准偏差分别为0.39%和0.50%,水解反应样品的加标回收率为97.1%~100.6%。  相似文献

An automatic titration method is reported to resolve ternary mixtures of transition metals (Pb2+, Cd2+ and Cu2+) employing electronic tongue detection and a reduced number of pre‐defined additions of EDTA titrant. Sensors used were PVC membrane selective electrodes with generic response to heavy‐metals, plus an artificial neural network response model. Detection limits obtained were ca. 1 mg L?1 for the three target ions and reproducibilities 3.0 % for Pb2+, 4.1 % for Cd2+ and 5.2 % for Cu2+. The system was applied to contaminated soil samples and high accuracy was obtained for the determination of Pb2+. In the determination Cd2+ and Cu2+, sample matrix showed a significant effect.  相似文献

通过表面张力和等温滴定量热方法,研究了非离子表面活性剂Tween-20与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用. 结果表明,BSA与Tween-20的相互作用较弱,当Tween-20浓度增大时,能将吸附于表面上的BSA分子取代. BSA/Tween-20混合体系的性质随温度的变化趋势与单一非离子型表面活性剂相似. BSA浓度在3.7×10-5~11.1×10-5 kg•L-1范围内,Tween-20的cmc不随BSA浓度的变化而变化. 当Tween-20的含量一定时,Tween-20与BSA相互作用过程的热效应也与BSA 的浓度无关. BSA/Tween-20混合体系的热力学参数表明, BSA的存在使Tween-20的cmc减小,体系的熵变增大.  相似文献

将青霉素G钠盐在pH4.6条件下水解成青霉氨基酸;以银电极为阳极,电解产生滴定剂Ag^+,以Ag^+滴定青霉氨基酸,采用电位法确定库仑滴定终点,由电解定律计算青霉素G钠盐含量。此法取代了汞量法,消除了汞污染,相对误差为0.184%,RSD(n=11)为0.030%。  相似文献

Two constitutional isomers of dibenzo-18-crown-6 derivatives (6 and 7) were synthesised and their binding behaviours towards trivalent lanthanoid cations (La3 + , Ce3 + , Pr3 + , Nd3 + , Sm3 + , Eu3 + , Gd3 +  and Tb3 + ) were investigated. Both isomers expressed better binding affinities towards Sm3 +  and Tb3 +  than a group of other lanthanoids, as measured by the ligand-to-metal charge-transfer (LMCT) band intensity at ca. 425 nm using UV–vis spectroscopic method. Additionally, the trans isomer 7 was shown to have a higher binding ability than the cis isomer 6 towards Tb3 + .

New adamantane-dipyrromethanes (AdD 1-4) were synthesized and their anion binding properties investigated. AdD 1-3 form 2:1 complexes with F (AdD:F = 2:1) characterized by high association constants, and 1:1 complexes with Cl, Br, and . The binding of Cl, Br, and by AdD 1-3 is 2-3 times stronger than for the reference compound, meso-phenyldipyrromethane (5). However, AdD 4 forms complexes with F characterized by 1:1 and 1:2 stoichiometry (AdD:F = 1:2).  相似文献

A barium-containing crown ether bridged chiral heterotrinuclear salen Zn(II) complex BaZn2L(ClO4)2, where L is a folded dinuclear chiral (R,R)-salen ligand, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, UV-vis, IR, circular dichroism (CD) spectra, and mass spectra. As a folded dinuclear chiral host, its recognition with achiral guests (imidazole derivatives), rigid bidentate guest (1,4-diazobicyclo[2,2,2]octane, DABCO) and chiral guests (amino acid methyl esters) was investigated by means of UV-vis spectrophotometric titration, CD spectra. The association constants of D-amino acid methyl esters are found to be higher than those of their L-enantiomer. The sandwich-type binding of BaZn2L(ClO4)2-DABCO supramolecular assembly was specially studied via 1H NMR titration and 1H ROESY. To understand the recognition on molecular level, density functional theory (DFT) calculations on B3LYP/LanL2DZ were performed on the minimal energy conformations of host, guests, and host-guest complexes. The minimal energy conformations were obtained by molecular mechanics (MM) optimization and molecular dynamics (MD) simulation. The results of single point energy, HOMO energy, and charges transfer were analyzed. The results of theoretical calculations are in good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

Changes in binding affinity to catalytic antibody 6D9 of chloramphenicol phosphonate derivatives (CPDs) containing H or F were investigated by performing free energy calculations based on molecular dynamics simulations. We calculated the binding free energy, enthalpy, and entropy changes (DeltaDeltaG, DeltaDeltaH, and -TDeltaDeltaS) attributable to H-->F substitution by comparing results for CPDs containing a trifluoroacetylamino group (CPD-F) or an acetylamino group (CPD-H). The calculated DeltaDeltaG, DeltaDeltaH, and -TDeltaDeltaS values were -2.9, -6.3, and 3.5 kcal mol(-1) and close to experimental values observed for a series of similar ligands, chloramphenicol phosphonates with F and H (-1.4, -3.5, and 2.1 kcal mol(-1)). Therefore, CPD-F binds more strongly to 6D9 than does CPD-H. To clarify the origin of the large difference in DeltaDeltaG, we apportioned the calculated values of DeltaDeltaG and DeltaG for the associated and dissociated states into contributions from various atomic interactions. We found that the H-->F substitution increased the binding affinity mainly by decreasing the hydration free energy and not by increasing favorable interactions with the antibody. The decreased hydration free energy of the ligand was mainly due to unfavorable coulombic interactions between the trifluoroacetylamino group and solvent waters, which increased the free energy of the dissociated state (by about 3.7 kcal mol(-1)). Also, the trifluoroacetylamino group slightly increased the free energy level of the associated state (about 0.8 kcal mol(-1)) because favorable van der Waals interactions compensated for unfavorable coulombic interactions with antibody atoms. In addition, the enthalpy and entropy changes, DeltaDeltaH and -TDeltaDeltaS (computationally -6.3 and 3.5 kcal mol(-1)), originated mainly from a decrease in hydration free energy in the dissociated state. The CPD-F and CPD-H ligands had substantially different structures in the dissociated and complexed states.  相似文献
