采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油,气相色谱-质谱联用法结合计算机检索对浙产山胡椒根挥发油的化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用气相色谱面积归一法计算各组分的相对百分含量。从山胡椒根的挥发油中,分析并鉴定出17种化合物。主要含1,2,3,3a,4,5,6,7-八氢-1,4-二甲基-7-(1-甲基乙烯基)-奥艹、4,6,6-三甲基-2-(3-甲基-1,3-丁二烯基)-3-氧杂环-辛烷、愈创木醇、1,2,3,5,6,7,8,8a-八氢-1,4-二甲基-7-(1-甲基乙烯基)-奥艹,它们占挥发油总量的84.75%。  相似文献

The sensitivity and precision of headspace solid-phase micro extraction (HS-SPME) at an analyte solution temperature (T as) of +35 °C and a fiber temperature (T fiber) of +5 °C were compared with those for HS-SPME at T as and T fiber of −20 °C for analysis of the volatile organic compounds benzene, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, trichloroethylene, toluene, o-xylene, ethylbenzene, m/p-xylene, and tetrachloroethylene in water samples. The effect of simultaneous fiber cooling and analyte solution freezing during extraction was studied. The compounds are of different hydrophobicity, with octanol/water partition coefficients (Kow) ranging from 126 and 2511. During a first set of experiments the polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) SPME fiber was cooled to +5 °C with simultaneous heating of the aqueous analyte solution to +35 °C. During a second set of experiments, both SPME fiber holder and samples were placed in a deep freezer maintained at −20 °C for a total extraction time of 30 min. After approximately 2 min the analyte solution in the vial began to freeze from the side inwards and from the bottom upwards. After approximately 30 min the solution was completely frozen. Analysis of VOC was performed by coupling HS-SPME to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). In general, i.e. except for tetrachloroethylene, the sensitivity of HS-SPME increased with increasing compound hydrophobicity at both analyte solution and fiber temperatures. At T as of +35 °C and T fiber of +5 °C detection limits of HS-SPME were 0.5 μg L−1 for benzene, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, trichloroethylene, and tetrachloroethylene, 0.125 μg L−1 for toluene, and 0.025 μg L−1 for ethylbenzene, m/p-xylene, and o-xylene. In the experiments with T as and T fiber of −20 °C, detection limits were reduced for compounds of low hydrophobicity (Kow<501), for example benzene, toluene, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, and trichloroethylene. In the concentration range 0.5–62.5 μg L−1, the sensitivity of HS-SPME was enhanced by a factor of approximately two for all compounds by performing the extraction at −20 °C. A possible explanation is that freezing of the water sample results in higher concentration of the target compounds in the residual liquid phase and gas phase (freezing-out), combined with enhanced adsorption of the compounds by the cooled fiber. The precision of HS-SPME, expressed as the relative standard deviation and the linearity of the regression lines, is increased for more hydrophobic compounds (Kow>501) by simultaneous direct fiber cooling and freezing of analyte solution. Background contamination during analysis is reduced significantly by avoiding the use of organic solvents.  相似文献

This paper demonstrates headspace liquid-phase microextraction (HS-LPME) as used for the determination of volatile residual solvents in pharmaceutical products. This method is based on headspace liquid-phase microextraction capillary column gas chromatography. Under optimum conditions, the linerary of the method ranged from 1 to 1,000 mg l−1. The limits of detection are 0.2–2.0 mg l−1 and relative standard deviations (RSD) for most of the volatile solvents were below 10%. This novel method is applied to the analysis of volatile residual solvents in pharmaceutical products with satisfactory results.  相似文献

分别通过自组装法(AS)和浸渍法(WI)制备得到纳米催化剂Pt/γ-Al2O3-AS和Pt/γ-Al2O3-WI, 并用于评价甲苯、异丙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯等易挥发性有机物(VOCs)的氧化性能. 通过各种表征手段探究了催化剂形态、结构及表面性质与催化剂氧化活性的关系. 结果表明, Pt/γ-Al2O3-AS在低温下即可实现VOCs的完全氧化. 在气体浓度(体积分数)为1000×10-6, 空速为18000 mL·g-1·h-1的条件下, 甲苯、异丙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯被Pt/γ-Al2O3-AS催化剂完全氧化的温度分别为130、135、145、215℃, 展现出了优异的氧化性能, 且具有很好的稳定性. 该催化剂较高的比表面积、较小的Pt纳米粒径、较好的Pt纳米颗粒分散度、更好的低温还原效果及丰富的表面羟基是具有较高催化活性的重要因素.  相似文献

This paper introduces the hazards of VOCs and the common catalytic combustion catalysts, noble metal catalysts and non-noble metal catalysts, for the elimination of VOCs. Perovskite catalysts, as one of the non-noble catalysts, play an important role in the field of catalytic combustion in recent years. According to the classification of elements doping in perovskites, the research achievements in the past five years were analyzed and reviewed. Volatile chemical compounds responsible for the aroma of wine are derived from a number of different biochemical and chemical pathways. These chemical compounds are formed during grape berry metabolism, crushing of the berries, fermentation processes (i.e. yeast and malolactic bacteria) and also from the ageing and storage of wine. Not surprisingly, there are a large number of chemical classes of compounds found in wine which are present at varying concentrations (ng L−1 to mg L−1), exhibit differing potencies, and have a broad range of volatilities and boiling points. The aim of this work was to investigate the potential use of near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy combined with chemometrics as a rapid and low-cost technique to measure volatile compounds in Riesling wines. Samples of commercial Riesling wine were analyzed using an NIR instrument and volatile compounds by gas chromatography (GC) coupled with selected ion monitoring mass spectrometry. Correlation between the NIR and GC data were developed using partial least-squares (PLS) regression with full cross validation (leave one out). Coefficients of determination in cross validation (R 2) and the standard error in cross validation (SECV) were 0.74 (SECV: 313.6 μg L−1) for esters, 0.90 (SECV: 20.9 μg L−1) for monoterpenes and 0.80 (SECV: 1658 μg L−1) for short-chain fatty acids. This study has shown that volatile chemical compounds present in wine can be measured by NIR spectroscopy. Further development with larger data sets will be required to test the predictive ability of the NIR calibration models developed.  相似文献

Two ultrasound-assisted liquid–liquid extraction (LLE-I, LLE-II) methods were compared to a solid-phase extraction (SPE) protocol to assess their effectiveness for the analysis of up to 44 volatile compounds in a synthetic and several commercial white, red and “cream” wines produced in the southwest of Spain. Regardless of the extraction protocol used the highest recoveries corresponded to acids and terpene alcohols and the lowest to lactones and alcohols. In any case, it was concluded that one of the liquid–liquid extraction protocols evaluated led to higher recoveries for a greater number of odorants that could be implicated in the aroma of the wines than the solid-phase extraction. However, the SPE method also presented some advantages that should not be overlooked, like higher repeatability and throughput and lower solvent consumption.  相似文献

Described is a system that employs an online membrane introduction (MI) interface coupled with parallel flame ionization and electron capture detectors (FID/ECD). We report the use of a MIFID/ECD system as an online method to detect total volatile organic halides (ΣVOXs) and volatile organic compounds (ΣVOCs) as aggregate parameters in environmental water samples at sub parts-per-billion levels without the need for sample handling or analyte pre-concentration. The instrument provides rapid screening and real-time monitoring capabilities of important classes of water contaminants in a simple system without the vacuum requirements of MS detectors. Furthermore, the MIFID/ECD instrument was successfully employed as a real-time reaction monitor for the photodegradation of toluene by an advanced oxidation process and the formation of volatile disinfection byproducts in the chlorination of natural waters. The results of these experiments compare favorably to those obtained using membrane introduction mass spectrometry (MIMS).  相似文献

Headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) coupled with gas chromatography (GC) and multivariate data analysis were applied to classify different vinegar types (white and red, balsamic, sherry and cider vinegars) on the basis of their volatile composition. The collected chromatographic signals were analysed using the stepwise linear discriminant analysis (SLDA) method, thus simultaneously performing feature selection and classification. Several options, more or less restrictive according to the final number of considered categories, were explored in order to identify the one that afforded highest discrimination ability. The simplicity and effectiveness of the classification methodology proposed in the present study (all the samples were correctly classified and predicted by cross-validation) are promising and encourage the feasibility of using a similar strategy to evaluate the quality and origin of vinegar samples in a reliable, fast, reproducible and cost-efficient way in routine applications. The high quality results obtained were even more remarkable considering the reduced number of discriminant variables finally selected by the stepwise procedure. The use of only 14 peaks enabled differentiation between cider, balsamic, sherry and wine vinegars, whereas only 3 variables were selected to discriminate between red (RW) and white wine (WW) vinegars. The subsequent identification by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) of the volatile compounds associated with the discriminant peaks selected in the classification process served to interpret their chemical significance.  相似文献

A HPLC method using a coulometric electrode array detector (CEAD) to analyse 4-ethylcatechol in wine was established. The procedure does not require any sample preparation or analyte derivatisation and performs chromatographic separation in a short time. The assay method is linear up to 1520 μg L−1 and precise (R.S.D. < 3%), with limits of detection and quantitation of 1.34 μg L−1 and 2.2 μg L−1, respectively. Recoveries in spiked wine samples ranged from 95% to 104% with a median value of 102% and matrix effects were not observed. The method was applied to the evaluation of the concentration of 4-EC in 250 commercial Italian wines. The red wines analysed had median, 75° percentile and maximum values of 37 μg L−1, 89 μg L−1 and 1610 μg L−1, respectively. For Sangiovese-based wines the mean ratios of 4-EP and 4-EG to 4-EC were 3.7:1 and 0.7:1, respectively. The feasibility of a cheaper fluorimetric approach to 4-EC quantification was investigated.  相似文献
