离子液体两相不对称氢甲酰化催化反应的研究

从(R)-BINAP出发制备水溶性磺酸钠盐配体(R)-BINAPS,采用离子液体BF4和PF6为介质,实现其Rh配合物对乙酸乙烯酯的两相不对称氢甲酰化反应.实验结果表明,在以BF4为介质的乙酸乙烯酯不对称氢甲酰化反应中,该催化剂在温和条件下显示出高于相应均相体系的产物ee值和异构醛选择性,并在6次循环使用中,反应产物的ee值、选择性和转化率均无明显改变;在离子液体体系中添加适当的甲苯时,油溶性配体(R)-BINAP与Rh组成的配合物催化剂亦可形成类似的两相反应体系,但其活性和选择性在重复使用中呈明显下降趋势.本文还考察了溶剂体系、膦铑比、温度、压力、时间等的影响,并尝试苯乙烯的两相不对称氢甲酰化反应.     

Total synthesis of 1-(Z)-atractylodinol

The total synthesis of 1-(Z)-atractylodinol, a natural polyacetylenic alcohol with several biological activities, has been achieved using a newly developed telluride synthon and a novel use for the Negishi type coupling reaction employing vinyl tellurides.

KINETIC MODELING OF ESTERIFICATION OF EPOXY RESIN IN THE PRESENCE OF TRIPHENYLPHOSPHINE FOR PRODUCING VINYL ESTER RESIN: MECHANISTIC RATE EQUATION

Due to its mechanical properties and ease of use, vinyl ester resin is enjoying increasing consideration. This resin normally is produced by reaction between epoxy resin and unsaturated carboxylic acid. In the present study, bis-phenol A based epoxy resin and methacrylic acid was used to produce vinyl ester resin. The reaction was conducted under both stoichiometric and non-stoichiometric conditions in the presence of triphenylphosphine as catalyst. The stoichiometric and non-stoichiometric experiments were conducted at 95, 100, 105 and 110℃and at 90 and 95℃, respectively. The first order rate equation and mechanism based rate equation were examined. Parameters are evaluated by least square method. A comparison of mechanism based rate equation and experimental data show an excellent agreement. Finally, Arrhenius equation and activation energy were presented.     

醋酸乙烯酯在硅橡胶上的辐射接枝研究

研究了不同溶剂中的醋酸乙烯酯在硅橡胶上的辐射接技状况及接枝后硅橡胶表面结构情况．结果表明：（１）在硅橡胶－乙酸乙酯－醋酸乙烯酯体系中，接枝有自加速效应；（２）适量加入对苯二酚，接枝诱导期延长，接枝速率下降，凝胶效应消失，辐射接技经验关联式为ＲＰ＝０．２７×［Ｄ］（－０．５６０）×［Ｉ］（０．４９０）×［Ｃ］（０．９２０），接核反应为扩散控制反应；（３）不同的溶剂对硅橡胶接枝有不同的影响，如甲醇发生敏化作用，提高接枝速率，而苯发生惰化作用，降低接枝速率；（４）在合适的甲醇和苯配比时，接枝反应几乎恒速进行，用扫描电镜（ＳＥＭ）观察断面，接枝区比较均一，出现微相分离．     

Fragmentation of carbohydrate anomeric alkoxyl radicals. Synthesis of highly functionalized chiral vinyl sulfones

The reaction of derivatives of 3-acetyl-d-glucal, 3-acetyl-l-rhamnal, 3-acetyl-d-galactal, and 3-acetyl-d-lactal with sodium benzenesulfinate in acid medium catalyzed by HgSO₄ afforded diastereoisomeric mixtures of the corresponding 2,3-dideoxy-3-(phenylsulfonyl)-hexopyranoses through a Ferrier rearrangement. The anomeric alkoxyl radical fragmentation of these γ-hydroxy sulfones using the system (diacetoxyiodo)benzene and iodine gave vinyl sulfones with structures of 1,2-dideoxy-4-O-formyl-2-(phenylsulfonyl)-pent-1-enitol and configurations d-erythro, l-erythro, and d-threo at the two stereogenic centers.     

Radiation grafting from binary monomer mixtures. I. Vinyl ether of monoethanolamine and vinyl ether of ethyleneglycol

Gamma-radiation grafting of vinyl ether of monoethanolamine and vinyl ether of ethyleneglycol (VEEG) on polyethylene films has been studied from binary monomer mixtures. The effect of co-monomer composition and total exposure radiation dose on the grafting process is investigated. A combination of potentiometric and gravimetric techniques is applied to determine the grafting degree of each monomer in the final graft copolymer. The presence of more active monomer VEEG in the mixture was found to enhance the grafting of both monomers because the increasing of copolymerization rate which in turn increases the total grafting degree. The modification of the hydrophilic properties of the graft copolymer is studied by examining the grafted films for water- and copper (II) ions uptake.     

Intramolecular Diels-Alder Reactions of Thio-Substituted Dienes with Enones

Thio-substituted dienes bearing an enone moiety were readily prepared from 3-sulfolenes, and their intramolecular Diels-Alder (IMDA) reactions were studied. Octahydronaphthalenones were produced in good yield with high stereoselectivity. Hexahydroindenones were also obtained, but the stereoselectivity was lower.     

Transformation of thioacetals to cyclopropanes

Cyclopropanes were obtained by the titanocene(II)-promoted reaction of thioacetals with vinyl pivalate. It was also found that vinycyclopropanes were produced by a similar treatment of thioacetals with the titanocene(II) species in the presence of 1,3-dienes.
