在pH8.2的三乙醇胺缓冲溶液中,有OP存在下,铀(Ⅵ)与2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)生成红色络合物,其最大吸收波长为535nm,表观摩尔吸光系数1.0×105L·mol-1·cm-1,在含铀0-7μg/25mL浓度范围符合比耳定律.方法灵敏度高,快速简便,用TBP萃淋树脂分离大量干扰离子,测定了煤灰中微量铀,结果令人满意.  相似文献

The effect of Pt on the growth kinetics of the γ′-[Ni(Pt)]3Al ordered intermetallic phase and the γ-Ni(Pt, Al) solid solution diffusion rates of the species, hardness and elastic modulus was examined by employing the diffusion couple experimental technique. Experiments were conducted by using the β-Ni(Pt)Al phase and Ni(Pt) alloy couples, each of which had a fixed amount of Pt (5, 10 and 15 at. %) in both the end members so that the Pt content is more or less constant throughout the interdiffusion zone. The results suggest that the growth kinetics of both phases and the average effective interdiffusion coefficients of Ni and Al increase with the increase in Pt content. Nanoindentation studies across the compositional gradients show that the mechanical properties of the intermetallic phase in the superalloy are relatively insensitive to the presence of Pt but are more sensitive to the Ni/Al ratio. In contrast, the marked variation in the hardness of the γ phase were noted, increasing markedly with Al concentration in a given couple and also increasing with increasing Pt content. Possible causes for the observed variations are discussed.  相似文献

In order to obtain beech wood substrates with new functions as conductive materials and to develop their utilities in industrial fields, the technique of electroless nickel coating on the beech wood substrate was employed. The influence of complexing agent concentration [Na2EDTA·2H2O] on the nickel surface resistivity was studied. The process conditions were Ni(CH3COO)2·4H2O 0.103?mol/L, CH3CHOCOOH 18.18?mL/L, N2H5OH 54.54?mL/L, NaOH 0.193?mol/L, pH value of 9.5, temperature of 75?°C, and the complexing agent concentration varied between 0.012 and 0.061?mol/L. By means of XRD, EDXRF, and SEM, the chemical composition and morphology of the prepared films were investigated. The results showed that when the complexing agent concentration increased from 0.012 to 0.061?mol/L in the electroless nickel coating baths, the gained nickel mass on the beech wood substrate decreased from 17.04 to 9.03?mg/cm2, the nickel crystallite sizes reduced from 16.1 to 1.41?nm and the electric measurements demonstrated that the nickel surface resistivity rose from 0.004 to 192.16?kΩ/cm2.  相似文献

Nickel single crystals with different crystallographic orientations were deformed by high-pressure torsion. Special attention is devoted to examining the evolution of the micro-texture and microstructure. The initial crystal orientation was found to have a significant effect on the mechanical hardening and evolution of micro-texture at low and medium equivalent strains, whereas at very high strains no effect of the initial orientation was observed and the behaviour was very similar to a polycrystal. The evolution of micro-texture is in good qualitative agreement with the full constrained Taylor model. At very high equivalent strains the initial crystal orientation has no influence on micro-texture. At such strains, the hardening, the refinement of the structure and the texture reaches a saturation. The final micro-texture is explained by the change from one preferred crystallographic orientation to another.  相似文献

Two Macusanite pebbles (MB1 and MB2) were dated with the fission-track method. Six irradiations were carried out in different nuclear reactors: Pavia (Italy), IPEN-CNEN (Brazil) and IPEN-Lima (Peru). Measurements of the thorium and uranium induced-fission per target nucleus using natural thorium thin films and natural U-doped glasses calibrated against natural uranium thin films, together with a λF of 8.46×10−17 a−1 were used to determine the ages. The apparent ages were corrected using the plateau and size correction methods. Track measurements were performed by different analysts, using different counting criteria. In addition, tracks were measured on samples which had been submitted to thermal treatment as well as on samples which had not been heated. Thermal treatments were carried out to erase the fossil tracks before neutron irradiation. No significant differences have been found in individual results, using the two Macusanite pebbles and the different nuclear reactors, age correction techniques, analysts, track-counting criteria, and thermal treatments before neutron irradiation. The great majority of the results (14/17) is compatible with the Ar–Ar ages of 5.12±0.11 and 5.10±0.11 Ma, Macusanite MB1 and MB2, respectively. However, the fission-track ages are systematically less (8%) than the Ar–Ar ages of the two Macusanite samples studied.  相似文献

Multiferroic NiFe2O4 (NFO)-BaTiO3 (BTO) bilayered thin films are epitaxially grown on (001) Nb-doped SrTiO3 (STO) substrates by pulsed-laser deposition (PLD). Different growth sequences of NFO and BTO on the substrate yield two kinds of epitaxial heterostructures with (001)-orientation, i.e. (001)-NFO/(001)-BTO/substrate and (001)- BTO/(001)-NFO/substrate. Microstructure studies from x-ray diffraction (XRD) and electron microscopies show differences between these two heterostructures, which result in different multiferroic behaviours. The heterostructured composite films exhibit good coexistence of both ferroelectric and ferromagnetic properties, in particular, obvious magnetoelectric (ME) effect on coupling response.  相似文献

The present investigation is related to the deposition of single-phase nano-sheets spinel nickel ferrite (NiFe2O4) thin films onto glass substrates using a chemical method. Nano-sheets nickel ferrite films were deposited from an alkaline bath containing Ni2+ and Fe2+ ions. The films were characterized for their structural, surface morphological and electrical properties by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and two-point probe electrical resistivity techniques. The X-ray diffraction pattern showed that NiFe2O4 nano-sheets are oriented along (3 1 1) plane. The FT-IR spectra of NiFe2O4 films showed strong absorption peaks around 600 and 400 cm−1 which are typical for cubic spinel crystal structure. Microstructural study of NiFe2O4 film revealed nano-sheet like morphology with average sheet thickness of 30 nm. The room temperature electrical resistivity of the NiFe2O4 nano-sheets was 107 Ω cm.  相似文献
