The flexible stretchable sensors have great potential for implementation in various applications, such as intelligent soft robots, health monitoring, and motion detection. However, most of the flexible stretchable sensors with microstructures and high sensitivities are fabricated by expensive templates and complex processes. In consideration of large-scale fabrication, a low cost and efficient way is in great demand. Herein, electroless plating on Nafion films with decent swelling ratios are proposed to fabricate stretchable sensors with wrinkle-structured electrodes. By adding isopropanol (IPA) to the electroless plating process, the H2O-IPA sensor with larger swelling ratio shows deeper surface wrinkles, higher surface roughness, and better sensitivity to strain. At the same time, the H2O-IPA sensor exhibit good durability (500 cycles). By mounting the sensor on the joint of human finger, the motion of the finger bending and even the bending degree can be accurately detected, indicating the potential use in the field of wearable devices and soft electronic skins. 相似文献

Pharmacokinetic studies were conducted on rats for protopine, corynoline, 7′‐(3′,4′‐dihydroxyphenyl)‐N‐[(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐ethyl]propenamide, acetylcorynoline, and 8‐oxocorynoline, five main active components from Corydalis bungeana Turcz (C. bungeana Turcz). An ultra high performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of the pharmacokinetic characteristics of these components in rat plasma. Chromatographic separation was achieved on an Agilent SB‐C18 column (1.8 μm, 150 × 2.1 mm) using a gradient elution program with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and water containing 0.1% acetic acid at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. The analytes were detected in the multiple reaction monitoring mode with positive electrospray ionization. Lower limits of quantification were >0.680 ng/mL and matrix effects ranged from 91.26 to 100.38%. The mean extraction recoveries of quality control samples were less than 79.32%, and the precision and accuracy were within the acceptable limits. All analytes were proven to be stable during sample storage and analysis procedures. The validated method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of five alkaloid components after oral administration of C. bungeana Turcz extract to rats. The obtained results may be helpful to reveal the mechanism of action and to guide the clinical application of C. bungeana Turcz. 相似文献

During the process of metabolomics profiling by using ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled with time‐of flight mass spectrometry, blood sample pretreatment is a crucial step for biomarker discovery. Herein, in order to prevent the potential loss of metabolites and ion suppression phenomena caused by the proteins and phospholipids contained in blood fluids, a delipidation‐based solid‐phase extraction pretreatment technique for plasma broad‐coverage metabolomic profiling was performed. This technique can be summarized as a single extraction, a single elution of solid‐phase extraction plate, followed by four times measuring with electrospray ionization in positive and negative ion mode, respectively. This approach significantly increased the number of features detected in plasma, and 1572 features in positive mode and 1352 features in negative mode were detected, respectively. Besides, the stability and repeatability of the approach were greatly improved. For these advantages, the approach was employed to elucidate the potential pathogenesis of yeast‐induced fever in rats. The biomarkers associated with the pathogenesis of fever were shown to be related to amino acids metabolism and lipid metabolism. The delipidation‐based solid‐phase extraction pretreatment approach can provide a useful tool to reveal the pathological mechanisms of such systemic pathological process. 相似文献

Composites based on biocompatible thermoplastic elastomer styrene‐ethylene/butylene‐styrene (SEBS) as matrix and multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) as nanofillers show excellent mechanical and piezoresistive properties from low to large deformations. The MWCNT/SEBS composites have been prepared following a green solvent approach, to extend their range of applicability to biomedical applications. The obtained composites with 2, 4, and 5 wt % MWCNT content provide suitable piezoresistive response up to 80% deformation with a piezoresistive sensibility near 2.7, depending on the applied strain and MWCNT content. Composite sensors were also developed by spray and screen printing and integrated with an electronic data acquisition system with RF communication. The possibility to accurately control the composites properties and performance by varying MWCNT content, viscosity, and mechanical properties of the polymer matrix, shows the large potential of the system for the development of large deformation printable piezoresistive sensors. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A novel ultra high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection method, based on the dispersive solid‐phase extraction by using polymer weak anion exchange as the sorbent, was established for the simultaneous determination of fluorescent whitening agents 85, 28, 351, and 71 in facial mask. The amounts of polymer weak anion exchange, adsorption time, and volume of elution solvent in the dispersive solid‐phase extraction technology were optimized, and the developed method was validated in terms of the method limit of detection, method limit of quantitation, linear range, recovery, accuracy, and precision. Results indicated that the standard curves were linear over the selected concentration ranges of 0.05–100 mg/L for four target analytes, with determination coefficients greater than 0.999. The method limits of quantitation of the target analytes were in the range of 0.6–2.8 mg/kg. Recoveries were calculated at the concentrations of 1.0–30 mg/kg spiked in negative samples and the values were between 89.3 and 102% with an RSD of 2.5–5.1% for intraday precision and 3.8–5.0% for interday precision. The method was successfully applied to analyze 20 facial mask samples and fluorescent whitening agent 85 was detected in one sample with the concentration of 4.7 mg/kg. 相似文献

海水悬浮颗粒物对海洋环境中污染物的迁移转化有着重要的影响,在海水悬浮颗粒物上富集的脂溶性藻毒素会严重的毒害海洋滤食性生物。本研究建立了海水悬浮颗粒物中8种典型脂溶性藻毒素同步测定的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱( UPLC-MS/MS)分析方法。海水悬浮颗粒物样品经甲醇超声辅助提取后,以5 mmol/L 乙酸铵水溶液和乙腈为流动相,经1.7微米C18色谱柱分离,采用电喷雾串联质谱( ESI-MS/MS)多反应监测( MRM )模式检测,外标法定量。结果表明,在最佳实验条件下,8种目标物在5 min内分离良好,加标回收率在83.8%~110.4%之间,方法具有良好的精密度(相对标准偏差( RSD)≤14.1%)和灵敏度(检出限介于2.9~103 pg/g之间),在线性范围内,相关系数(R2)均大于0.996,能满足海水悬浮颗粒物中8种典型脂溶性藻毒素同步检测的要求。采用本方法初步分析了青岛沿岸海域海水悬浮颗粒物中的脂溶性藻毒素,其中PTX2被检出,含量最高可达790 pg/g(干重)。 相似文献

Stopped-flow radiationless energy transfer experiments have been carried out to investigate the hydrolysis of some dansyl peptide substrates (S) catalyzed by aminopeptidase (E). RET between enzyme tryptophanyl residues and the dansyl group in the substrate allowed direct observation and quantitation of the enzyme-substrate (ES) complexes. Analysis of the stopped-flow RET traces gives kcat = 1.32 s?1 and KM = 47 μM for Leu-Ala-NH(CH2)2NH-Dns (Leu-Ala-DED) and kcat = 4.80 s?1 and KM = 196 μM for Leu-Gly-NH(CH2)2NH-Dns (Leu-Gly-DED). The activation energies of the enzymatic reactions were determined from the Arrhenius plots to be 57 and 38 kJ mol?1 for Leu-Ala-DED and Leu-Gly-DED, respectively. The kinetic results indicate that the enzyme binds Leu-Ala-DED more tightly than Leu-Gly-DED as revealed by a small value of KM. That this enzyme catalyzes the turnover of Leu-Gly-DED more efficiently than Leu-Ala-DED is reflected in a large value of kcat and a small activation energy. The RET signals during the hydrolysis of Leu-Val-NH(CH2)2NH-Dns were extremely weak probably because of the inefficient energy transfer in the ES complex or the retention of the product in the enzyme after completion of the reaction. Aminopeptidase was inactive towards the dansyl compounds of the single amino acid studied. This fact may be due to an unfavorable conformation of these compounds in the ES complexes (small kcat) or a weak binding of the substrates to the enzyme (large KM) or both. 相似文献

为了揭示聚合物分子链伸展、取向的本征特性,发展了两个新的测量方法和实验装置,用于研究拉伸比高达200的超拉伸聚乙烯凝胶的弹性性能、传热性能和聚合物结构的关系.应用激光脉冲热致超声法给出材料拉伸方向和横向杨氏模量,应用激光脉冲光热辐射法给出拉伸方向,横向和厚度方向的导热系数.随拉伸比λ的增加,轴向杨氏模量急剧的增加,而横向的仅有少许减小.导热系数具有相似的特性.本文发现当λ=200时,这种拉伸取向聚乙烯的轴向模量可达钢的80%,而导热系数甚至可达2倍,直至成为热的良导体,这是由于在高拉伸比时形成了相当数量的伸展分子链构成的针状晶体———晶桥.本文提出晶桥作为短纤维分散相的取向聚合物的结构模型,对于超拉伸聚乙烯的上述特性可以进行统一描述和定量化分析,和实验结果很好符合. 相似文献
