Scientific interest in atomically controlled layer-by-layer fabrication of transition metal oxide thin films and heterostructures has increased intensely in recent decades for basic physics reasons as well as for technological applications. This trend has to do, in part, with the coming post-Moore era, and functional oxide electronics could be regarded as a viable alternative for the current semiconductor electronics. Furthermore, the interface of transition metal oxides is exposing many new emergent phenomena and is increasingly becoming a playground for testing new ideas in condensed matter physics. To achieve high quality epitaxial thin films and heterostructures of transition metal oxides with atomically controlled interfaces, one critical requirement is the use of atomically flat single terminated oxide substrates since the atomic arrangements and the reaction chemistry of the topmost surface layer of substrates determine the growth and consequent properties of the overlying films. Achieving the atomically flat and chemically single terminated surface state of commercially available substrates, however, requires judicious efforts because the surface of as-received substrates is of chemically mixed nature and also often polar. In this review, we summarize the surface treatment procedures to accomplish atomically flat surfaces with single terminating layer for various metal oxide substrates. We particularly focus on the substrates with lattice constant ranging from 4.00 Å to 3.70 Å, as the lattice constant of most perovskite materials falls into this range. For materials outside the range, one can utilize the substrates to induce compressive or tensile strain on the films and explore new states not available in bulk. The substrates covered in this review, which have been chosen with commercial availability and, most importantly, experimental practicality as a criterion, are KTaO3, REScO3 (RE = Rare-earth elements), SrTiO3, La0.18Sr0.82Al0.59Ta0.41O3 (LSAT), NdGaO3, LaAlO3, SrLaAlO4, and YAlO3. Analyzing all the established procedures, we conclude that atomically flat surfaces with selective A- or B-site single termination would be obtained for most commercially available oxide substrates. We further note that this topmost surface layer selectivity would provide an additional degree of freedom in searching for unforeseen emergent phenomena and functional applications in epitaxial oxide thin films and heterostructures with atomically controlled interfaces.  相似文献

Surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) has attracted a great deal of interest during the past four decades and emerged as an ultrasensitive optical technique for chemical and biomedical analysis. It is widely accepted that the facile fabrication of SERS substrates with high activity and good reproducibility is of crucial importance for their applications. Herein, we report on a fast and robust method for the synthesis and immobilization of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) into poly(oligo(ethylene glycol) methacrylate) (POEGMA) brushes under mild conditions without using any reducing agents. POEGMA brushes of different chain lengths were synthesized directly on silicon wafers by surface‐initiated atom transfer radical polymerization with various reaction time. X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and field emission scanning electron microscope measurements indicated that the AgNPs were firmly and homogeneously embedded into POEGMA brushes. The resulting POEGMA–AgNP hybrid films were employed as SERS substrates for the detection of 4‐aminothiophenol, giving rise to an enhancement factor of up to 1.9 × 106. 建立了超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱法(UPLC-Q-TOF MS)快速筛查农药制剂中35种非法添加化学杀菌剂的方法.农药制剂样品经甲醇超声溶解提取后,采用Zorbax C18色谱柱(100 mm×1.8 mm,2.1μm)进行分离,以0.1%甲酸-乙睛作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用正离子全扫描模式进行分析.在所建立的条件下,35种杀菌剂在0.2,0.4和2.0 mg/kg水平下的添加回收率为81.0%~101.3%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~4.4%.在100份样品有6份样品中筛查出添加了化学杀菌剂,并进行了含量分析.本方法分析效率高,结果准确可靠,适用于农药制剂中非法添加化学杀菌剂的定性筛查.  相似文献

建立了全自动在线固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-线性离子阱串联质谱法直接测定水中10种藻类毒素的方法.利用程序实现多次进样,通过在线固相萃取对藻类毒素进行富集,然后切换六通阀,将富集的目标物冲洗至分析柱进行分离后,进入线性离子阱质谱检测.10种藻类毒素在相应的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,检出限在0.0015~0.0050μg/L之间,3个浓度水平(0.02、0.10和1.00μg/L)的加标回收率为83.7%~98.5%.结果表明,在线固相萃取极大简化了前处理过程,线性离子阱串联质谱法提高了痕量藻类毒素测定的灵敏度,增强子离子扫描(EPI)谱库的建立为藻类毒素的确证提供保障.本方法适用于水体中多种藻类毒素的快速确证和定量测定.  相似文献

本文探究了铰柔性对机器人动力学响应和动力学控制的影响. 首先, 建立由$n$个柔性铰和$n$个柔性杆组成的空间机器人模型, 运用递推拉格朗日动力学方法, 得到柔性机器人系统的刚柔耦合动力学方程. 在动力学建模过程中, 除了考虑杆件的拉伸变形、弯曲变形、扭转变形以及非线性耦合变形对机器人系统动力学行为的影响, 还考虑了铰的柔性对机器人动力学响应和控制的影响. 其中, 柔性铰模型是基于Spong的柔性关节简化模型, 将柔性铰看成线性扭转弹簧, 不仅考虑了铰阻尼的存在, 还考虑了柔性铰的质量效应. 其次, 编写了空间柔性铰柔性杆机器人仿真程序, 研究铰的刚度系数和阻尼系数对系统动力学响应的影响. 研究表明: 随着柔性铰刚度系数的增大, 柔性机器人的动态响应幅值减小, 振动频率变大. 随着柔性铰阻尼系数的增大, 柔性机器人的动态响应幅值减小, 振动幅值的衰减速度变快. 可通过调节柔性铰的刚度和阻尼来减小柔性铰柔性杆机器人的振动, 因此铰阻尼的研究具有重要工程意义. 最后, 研究了铰柔性在机器人系统动力学控制中的影响. 在刚性铰机械臂和柔性铰机械臂完成相同圆周运动时, 通过逆动力学方法求解得到两种情况下的关节驱动力矩. 研究表明: 引入柔性铰会使控制所需的驱动力矩变小, 对机器人控制的影响显著.  相似文献

This is one of the applications of Part (I), in which the angular stiffness, and the corresponding stress distributions of U-shaped bellows were discussed. The bellows was divided into protruding sections, concave sections and ring plates for the calculation that the general solution (I) with its reduced form to ring plates were used respectively, but the continuity of the surface stresses and the meridian rotations at each joint of the sections were entirely satisfied. The resent results were compared with those of the slender ring shell solution proposed earlier by the authors, the standards of the Expansion Joint Manufacturers Association (EJMA), the experiment and the finite element method. The condensation of benzene 1,3,5-tricarbonylchloride with cystine-di-Me [H2N-CH(COOMe)-CH2-S-S-CH2-CH(COOMe)-NH2] yielded triply bridged (1,3,5) cyclophane 1, which was shown by detailed spectral studies and molecular orbital calculations to have a D3 symmetry with conformationally identical linkers and a spherical topology. In sharp contrast, the (1,3,5) cyclophane 2 from the rarely studied lanthionine di-Me [H2N-CH(COOMe)-CH2-S-CH2-CH(COOMe)-NH2], showed only a equatorial twofold symmetry. This work highlights the special properties of the -S-S- bridge in cystine, which makes it an exceptional synthon in nature and organic synthesis.  相似文献

The paper presents a new tool for the determination of inorganic speciation forms of aluminium: AlFn(3 n)+, and Al3+ by means of the HPIC-FAAS. The proposed method has been successfully used for speciation analysis (qualitative and quantitative) of inorganic aluminium forms AlFn(3 n)+ in soil samples. In order to isolate the most environmentally available fraction, 5 g of the sample was collected and extracted in deionised water (water soluble fraction) for 1 h using a magnetic stirrer. The determinations in a hyphenated technique system were performed for a number of prepared water extracts. Concentration determinations of particular aluminium forms were performed based on model studies and real samples. The separation of Al species with nominal charge of + 1, + 2, and + 3 required a run time of less than 4 min during a single analysis. Based on the analysis of water extracts of soil, it was obtained that aluminium forms elute in the following order: 1PA (first signal) — AlF2+ and/or AlF4; 2PA (second signal) — AlF2+ and/or AlF30; 3PA (third signal) — Al3+. In order to confirm the occurrence of these forms a simulation using the Mineql program was conducted. The details of speciation analysis of aluminium fluoride forms by means of an HPIC-FAAS instrument equipped are presented. Interpretation of the speciation analysis of the water soluble fraction of soil samples is proposed, based on the separation during chromatographic run and calculated data by Mineql.  相似文献

An ultra‐performance LC in combination with MS/MS method was established to evaluate the quality of Wu‐yao (the dried root of Lindera aggregata (Sims) Kosterm. (Lauraceae)) through simultaneous quantitation of five sesquiterpene lactones, linderagalactone D ( 1 ), linderagalactone C ( 2 ), hydroylindestenolide ( 3 ), neolinderalactone ( 4 ) and linderane ( 5 ). All compounds were separated on a Waters Acquity ultra‐performance LC HSS T3 column (2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.8 μm particle size) with linear gradient elution of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid. An ESI interface in the positive mode was employed prior to MS detection. All the compounds showed good linearity (R2≥0.9992). The recoveries, measured at three concentration levels, varied from 97.3 to 103.4% with RSDs <4.8%. The simple, rapid and reliable method was successfully applied to quantify the five components in 13 samples of Wu‐yao from different areas.  相似文献

A speedy and selective ultra‐HPLC‐MS/MS method for simultaneous determination of deoxynivalenol (DON), 3‐acetyldeoxynivalenol (3‐ADON), 15‐ADON, nivalenol and fusarenon X in traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) was developed. The method was based on one‐step sample cleanup using reliable homemade cleanup cartridges. A linear gradient mobile‐phase system, consisting of water containing 0.2% aqueous ammonia and acetonitrile/methanol (90:10, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min, and an Acquity UPLC HSS T3 column (100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.8 μm) were employed to obtain the best resolution of the target analytes. [13C15]–DON was used as the internal standard to accomplish as accurate as possible quantitation. The established method was further validated by determining the linearity (R2≥0.9990), sensitivity (LOQ, 0.29–0.99 μg/kg), recovery (88.5–119.5%) and precision (RSD≤15.8%). It was shown to be a suitable method for simultaneous determination of DON, 3‐ADON, 15‐ADON, nivalenol and fusarenon X in various TCM matrices. The utility and practical impact of the method was demonstrated using different TCM samples.  相似文献
