A simple high-performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the simultaneous determination of the therapeutic levels of acyclovir and ganciclovir in human plasma. After precipitation of plasma proteins with 6% perchloric acid, acyclovir and ganciclovir were simultaneously determined by reversed-phase chromatography with spectophotometric detection at 254 nm. The peak heights for acyclovir and ganciclovir were linearly related to their concentrations ranging from 0.063 to 2.080 micro g/mL. The recovery was 100.48-102.84% for acyclovir and 99.26-103.07% for ganciclovir. The intra- and inter-day relative standard deviation values were in the range 0.186-8.703% for acyclovir and 0.137-6.424% for ganciclovir. The detection limits for both compounds were 0.01 micro g/mL determined as the signal-to-noise ratio of 3. The present method is applicable to therapeutic monitoring during antiviral medication.  相似文献

2‐Acetyl thiophenethiocynate (ATT) was synthesized and its characterization study was carried out using elemental analysis, IR and NMR techniques. The new reagent was proposed as an extractant for the development of the extractive spectrophotometric method for determination of Pt(IV) metal. The reagent complexes with the metal to produce a yellow colored complex which was then extracted into ethyl acetate at pH 11.2–11.6 having an absorption maxima at 400 nm. The thermal study showed that the extraction reactions are exothermic in nature with the reagent, and the stoichiometric ratio of Pt(IV) to 2‐acetyl thiophenethiocynate in the organic phase was 1:2. The method permits separation and determination of platinum from real and binary mixtures. The separation of Pt(IV) from bivalent metal ions has been also studied.  相似文献

Resveratrol (3,5,4′-trihydroxystilbene) is a phytoalexin that belongs to the group of stilbenes, known to occur in grapes and consequently in grape products. Its presence in wine is an important qualitative parameter because of the several beneficial effects on human health. The aim of this work is the development of a high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for the determination of trans resveratrol in wines, and comparisons between the results obtained by different detection techniques: UV-vis spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Resveratrol is analysed on a C-18 column using gradient elution. The method permits direct injection of sample, revealing to be time-saving, overcoming the need of sample pre-treatment steps. Detection limits were 154.8 ng mL−1 by HPLC-UV, 118.0 ng mL−1 by HPLC-FL and 48.0 ng mL−1 by HPLC-MS. Trans resveratrol has been then quantified in a group of 52 wines derived from different Italian regions, cultivars and winemaking technologies by HPLC-UV.  相似文献

本文研究了苯乙烯-异戊二烯两嵌段共聚物在CHCl_3中的折光指数浓度增量(dn/dc)和紫外吸收光谱。嵌段共聚物dn/dc具有很好的加和性,可以测定嵌段共聚物的组成。紫外吸收光谱的结果表明,除低苯乙烯含量的样品外,其它嵌段共聚物都显示明显的紫外增色性(UV hyperchromism)。因此UV和UV-RI双检测GPC不会得到可靠的嵌段共聚物组成数据。这种增色现象与其特征的紫外吸收谱图紧密关联  相似文献

The crosslinking Diels-Alder reaction between styrene-furfuryl methacrylate copolymer samples (poly(ST-co-FM)) and bismaleimide (BM) at 25 °C in chloroform was studied by following the decay in UV absorbance of the maleimide (MI) group at 320 nm. Reaction conditions were changed by using copolymers with different mole fraction of FM, FFM, and by employing different initial molar ratios of reactants (furan group within FM and MI group within BM). Second order kinetics were obeyed. 13C NMR spectra showed that, even when all reactants had been converted to an insoluble crosslinked network, unreacted MI groups remained, presumably in the form of singly reacted pendant BM molecules. The fractions of MI groups remaining unreacted were found to be 0.49, 0.34 and 0.22 for FM:MI mole ratios in the initial mixture of 2, 1 and 0.5 respectively, when using a copolymer of FFM=0.1354. An attempt was also made to follow the kinetics of network formation by 13C NMR spectroscopy, using the peak areas for reacted and unreacted MI and FM groups, but many of the findings were subject to some uncertainty for reasons, which are discussed. However, because the peak areas were considered reliable for unreacted MI groups, the rate constant, k, was evaluated, thereby. Overall using UV and NMR the values of k lay within the interval (0.8-3.6) × 10−5 dm3 mol−1 s−1.  相似文献

Alkanolamines such as diethanolamine (DEA) and N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) are used in desulfurization processes in crude oil refineries. These compounds may be found in process waters following an accidental contamination. The analysis of alkanolamines in refinery process waters is very difficult due to the high ammonium concentration of the samples. This paper describes a method for the determination of DEA in high ammonium concentration refinery process waters by using capillary electrophoresis (CE) with indirect UV detection. The same method can be used for the determination of MDEA. Best results were achieved with a background electrolyte (BGE) comprising 10 mM histidine adjusted to pH 5.0 with acetic acid. The development of this electrolyte and the analytical performances are discussed. The quantification was performed by using internal standardization, by which triethanolamine (TEA) was used as internal standard. A matrix effect due to the high ammonium content has been highlighted and standard addition was therefore used. The developed method was characterized in terms of repeatability of migration times and corrected peak areas, linearity, and accuracy. Limits of detection (LODs) and quantification (LOQs) obtained were 0.2 and 0.7 ppm, respectively. The CE method was applied to the determination of DEA or MDEA in refinery process waters spiked with known amounts of analytes and it gave excellent results, since uncertainties obtained were 8 and 5%, respectively.  相似文献

对白芍、党参、白术、茵陈、天冬、枸杞子、当归、菟丝子、金银花、桔梗中微量元素铁的含量进行了测定,为进一步研究其药理作用提供基础。中草药消化后配制成溶液,用邻二氮菲作显色剂,使用UV-1200型紫外分光光度计在510 nm处测定各样品的吸光度(A),求出样品中微量元素铁的含量。结果显示,当归和金银花中铁的含量较丰富,分别为(135.367 8±0.111 1)μg/g和(125.936 4±0.159 9)μg/g;桔梗含铁量最少,为(3.510 9±0.159 9)μg/g,10种中草药中铁含量有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结果为使用中草药治疗系统疾病提供了可靠数据,10种中草药在用量范围内Fe含量适合人体每天正常摄入量。  相似文献

分别用量子化学MNDO和DV-X_α方法计算了二聚铝酸离子[Al_2O(OH)_6]~(2-)和Al(OH)_4~-。结果表明前者旋转势垒很低, 只有10.08 kJ·mol~(-1), 最稳定平衡构型为C_s。用X_α过渡态理论计算获得这两个离子紫外吸收峰的理论值分别为266.6 nm和234.4 nm, 与实验值270.0 nm和230.0 nm相当接近。因此可以认为, 紫外吸收峰270.0 nm和230.0 nm分别为[Al_2O(OH)_6]~(2-)和Al(OH)_4~-离子的最高占有轨道电子向最低空轨道跃迁时产生的吸收峰。计算结果支持铝酸钠溶液中存在二聚铝酸离子的观点。  相似文献

研究了桥联双(甲巯咪唑)化合物(Ⅰ_a—Ⅳ_a、Ⅰ_b)的合成和配位性能。UV谱显示Ⅰ_a—Ⅳ_a与UO_2~(2+)离子(硬酸)配位,溶液中形成3:1的配合物。Ⅰ_b与Hg~(2+)、Au~(3+)离子(软酸)配位形成2:1的配合物,用CNDO/2方法计算了各配体分子中原子净电荷密度和HOMO、LUMO能量。  相似文献
