Microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography (MEEKC) has been applied to the separation of some UV filters (Eusolex 4360, Eusolex 6300, Eusolex OCR, Eusolex 2292, Eusolex 6007, Eusolex 9020, Eusolex HMS, Eusolex OS, and Eusolex 232) commonly used in sunscreen lotions. Use of a MEEKC buffer with a mixed surfactant system to stabilize the oil droplets and an organic modifier in the aqueous phase allowed separation of most of the selected analytes in a single run in a system fitted with a diode array detector recording three wavelengths (240 nm, 300 nm, and 380 nm) simultaneously. The microemulsion employed consisted of 2.25 g of SDS, 0.75 g of Brij 35, 6.6 g 1‐butanol, 0.8 g n‐octane, 17.5 g 2‐propanol, and 72.1 g of 10 mM borate buffer (pH 9.2). Detection limits from 0.65 to 6.0 μg/mL were obtained and the calibration plots were linear over at least one order of magnitude for all analytes. The developed method could be applied to the determination of UV filters in several sun protection products including lotions, milks, and oils. Comparison of the obtained data with those from an HPLC method described in the literature showed acceptable agreement.  相似文献

With the availability of Fourier transform spectrometers, 23Na-NMR spectroscopy has become an important tool. It affords direct insight into solvation and ion pairing phenomena, both in organic and in bio-inorganic systems. Monitoring the chemical shifts and linewidths of 23Na signals gives access to binding constants, reorientational correlation times and the microdynamics of the sodium coordination shell. The binding of other cations can also be studied by 23Na-NMR spectroscopy, in competition experiments.  相似文献

A new ammonium indium phosphate (NH4)In(OH)PO4 was prepared by hydrothermal reaction in the In2O3-NH4H2PO4-NH3/OH system (T=200°C, autogenous pressure, 7 days). The formula (NH4)In(OH)PO4 was determined on the basis of chemical and thermal analysis (TG/DSC), X-ray powder diffraction and IR-spectroscopy. (NH4)In(OH)PO4 crystallizes in the tetragonal system with space group P43212 (No. 96); a=9.4232(1) Å, c=11.1766(1) Å, V=992.45(2) Å3; Z=8. The crystal structure was refined by the Rietveld method (Rw=6.35%, Rp=5.10%). The second-harmonic generation study confirmed that structure of (NH4)In(OH)PO4 does not have a center of symmetry. The cis-InO4(OH)2 octahedra form helical chains, parallel to the c-axis. The In-O-In bonds are nearly equidistant. The chains are interconnected by phosphate tetrahedra and create tunnels containing the NH4+ ions along the c-axis. (NH4)In(OH)PO4 is isostructural with RbIn(OH)PO4.  相似文献

An important goal in single molecule fluorescence correlation spectroscopy is the theoretical simulation of the fluorescence signal stemming from individual molecules and its autocorrelation function. The simulation approaches developed up to now are based exclusively on continuous-wave (cw) illumination and consequently on cw-excitation. However, this approximation is no longer valid in the case of two-photon excitation, for which pulsed illumination is usually employed. We present a novel theoretical model for the simulation of the fluorescence signal of single molecules and its autocorrelation function with consideration of the time dependence of the excitation flux and thus of all illumination-dependent photoprocesses: two-photon excitation, induced emission and photobleaching. Further important characteristics of our approach are the consideration of the dependence of the photobleaching rate on illumination and the low intersystem-crossing rates of the studied coumarins. Moreover, using our approach, we can predict quantitatively the effect of the laser pulse width on the fluorescence signal of a molecule, that is, the contributions of the photobleaching and saturation effects, and thus we can calculate the optimal laser pulse width. The theoretical autocorrelation functions were fitted to the experimental data, and we could ascertain a good agreement between the resulting and the expected parameters. The most important parameter is the photobleaching constant sigma, the cross section of the transition Sn<--S1, which characterises the photostability of the molecules independent of the experimental conditions. Its value is 1.7 x 10(-23) cm2 for coumarin 153 and 5 x 10(-23) cm2 for coumarin 314.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the pulsating fronts of reaction–advection-diffusion equations with two types of nonlinear term in periodic excitable media. Firstly, for the case with combustion nonlinearity, the unique front is proved to decay exponentially when it approaches the unstable limiting state. Secondly, for the degenerate monostable type nonlinearity, it is shown that the front with critical speed is unique, monotone and decays exponentially at negative end, while the fronts of noncritical speeds decay to zero non-exponentially.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to prove that the Degasperis–Procesi antipeakon–peakon profile is asymptotically stable for all time. We start by proving the asymptotic stability of a single Degasperis–Procesi peakon and antipeakon with respect to perturbations having a momentum density that is first negative and then positive. Then this result is extended towards a well-ordered trains of antipeakons–peakons under such perturbations. In particular, the asymptotic stability of the antipeakon–peakon profile holds.  相似文献

In this paper, minimax principles are explored for elliptic mixed hemivariational–variational inequalities. Under certain conditions, a saddle-point formulation is shown to be equivalent to a mixed hemivariational–variational inequality. While the minimax principle is of independent interest, it is employed in this paper to provide an elementary proof of the solution existence of the mixed hemivariational–variational inequality. Theoretical results are illustrated in the applications of two contact problems.  相似文献

We used a Stark-Optoacoustic cell and hybrid waveguide resonators to perform an Infrared and Far Infrared Stark Spectroscopy study on some transitions of13CD3OH. Different behaviours of the transitions in the presence of a d.c. electric field were observed. The Stark splittings of six FIR laser lines ranging from 34 to 136 MHz/kVcm–1 were determined. The analysis of the behaviour of the IR and FIR transitions in the presence of the external electric fields gives important and exclusive information on the levels involved in the transitions.Work Supported by FAPESP, CNPq, FAEP - Brazil, and CNR - Italy.  相似文献

We examined the time-dependent intensity decays ofN-acetyl-l-tryptophanamide (NATA) when collisionally quenched by acrylamide in propylene glycol over a range of temperatures. The intensity decays of NATA became increasingly heterogeneous in the presence of acrylamide. The NATA intensity decays were not consistent with the Collins-Kimball radiation boundary condition (RBC) model for quenching. The steady-state Stern-Volmer plots show significant upward curvature, and quenching of NATA by acrylamide was observed even in vitrified propylene glycol, where translational diffusion cannot occur during the lifetime of the excited state. These frequencydomain and steady-state data indicate a through-space quenching interaction between NATA and acrylamide, and the results are consistent with a rate constant for quenching that depends exponentially on the fluorophore-quencher separation distance. The exponential distance-dependent rate of quenching also explains the upward curvature of the Stern-Volmer plot, and the steady-state data aid in determining the interaction distance between NATA and acrylamide. These results suggest that the distance-dependent quenching rates need to be considered in the interpretation of acrylamide quenching of proteins.  相似文献
