建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱(SPE-HPLC-MS/MS)同时检测表层水中5类40种抗生素的分析方法。水样经过滤、固相萃取柱富集净化后,以乙腈-0.2%(v/v)甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾电离源,在多反应监测、正离子模式进行定性定量分析。结果显示,40种抗生素在1~200 μg/L水平下线性关系良好,平均加标回收率为41.3%~112.6%。采用该方法对长江南京段表层水体进行检测,共检出13种抗生素,含量为13.4~780.5 ng/L,其中喹诺酮类抗生素恩诺沙星检出率达100%,大环内酯类抗生素克林霉素最高检出水平达739.4 ng/L。该法高效、灵敏、可靠,可用于实际水样中多种抗生素的分析。  相似文献

Enargite, a copper arsenic sulfide with the formula Cu3AsS4 is of environmental concern due to its potential to release toxic arsenic species. The oxidation and dissolution of enargite are governed by the composition and chemical state of the outermost surface layer. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the enargite surface can be initially obtained on the basis of X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) binding energy and intensity data. However, a more precise determination of the chemical state of the principal elements of enargite (copper, arsenic and sulfur) in the altered surface layer and in the bulk of the mineral requires a combined analysis based on XPS photoelectron lines and the corresponding X‐ray excited Auger lines. On the basis of results obtained on natural and synthetic enargite samples and on standards of sulfides and oxides, the Auger parameter α′ of different compounds was calculated and the Wagner chemical state plots were drawn for arsenic, copper and sulfur. Arsenic in enargite is found to be in a chemical environment similar to that of arsenides or elemental arsenic, whereas copper in enargite is in a chemical state that corresponds to copper sulfide, Cu2S, for all samples irrespective of surface treatment (natural or freshly cleaved). Only sulfur changed from a chemical state similar to that of copper or iron sulfide in freshly cleaved samples to another state in natural enargite in the as‐received state. Thus, it is the sulfur atom at the surface of enargite that is most susceptible to changes in the enargite surface state and composition. A more detailed interpretation of this behavior, based on differences in the initial and final state effects, is proposed here. The concept of Auger parameter and chemical state plot, used here for the first time for investigating enargite, has proved to be a method to unambiguously assign the chemical state of the principal elements copper, arsenic and sulfur in these minerals. Surface electrode reactions involving lateral uniform interactions between adsorbed species is studied by means of square‐wave voltammetry (SWV). Interactions are represented by the interaction product , were a is the Frumkin interaction parameter (a is positive for attraction and negative for repulsion forces) and Θ is the surface coverage. The properties of the SW voltammetric response enable detection of interactions and recognition of the type of interaction forces by a simple procedure. The influence of the interactions on the apparent electrochemical reversibility of the surface electrode reaction is studied in detail. Utilizing “quasireversible maximum” the simple methodology for estimation of the standard redox rate constant without knowing the exact value of the interaction product is developed. Theoretical predictions are illustrated and confirmed by experiments with Mo(VI) in the presence of phenantroline and an excess of fulvic acids.  相似文献

The vapor‐phase reaction of citronellal (CTN) at 220 °C and atmospheric pressure has been studied using mesoporous molecular sieves and zeolites in a fixed‐bed reactor. The primary products included isopulegol (IPG), menthone, and pulegol with subsequent reactions to form cyclic hydrocarbons. The CTN conversion and the product selectivity depend on the acidity and the textural property of catalysts. Lewis and/or Brönsted acid sites are essential for catalyzing this reaction. An increase of SiO2/Al2O3 mol ratio diminishes the acid amount of all catalysts and enhances both the surface area and the structural order of MCM‐41. The catalytic activity follows the order of MCM‐41 > HZSM‐5 > Hβ > USY, in accordance with the relative total acid amount except that of MCM‐41. Despite its low acidity, Si‐MCM‐41 exhibits the best catalytic performance due to its uniform mesopores, large surface area and good stability; the CTN conversion and the IPG yield attain 91.9% and 58.6%, respectively, after at least 25 h time‐on‐stream.  相似文献

The reaction of M2(O2CBu(t))4 (M = Mo, W) with a dicarboxylic acid in toluene yields compounds of general formula [M2]-O2C-X-CO2-[M2] ([M2] = M2(O2CBu(t))3; X = conjugated spacer). The M2 units are electronically coupled via interactions between the M2 delta and dicarboxylate pi* orbitals, and the magnitude of this coupling is revealed by electronic structure calculations and spectroscopic data. These compounds show intense metal to ligand charge transfer (MLCT) absorptions in the visible region of the electronic spectrum that are temperature and solvent dependent. Evidence of electronic coupling is seen in their cyclic voltammograms, which show two successive one-electron oxidations. The extent of electronic coupling in the mixed valence radical cations [M2]-O2C-X-CO2-[M2]+, generated by oxidation with one equivalent of AgPF6 or FeCp2PF6, is evaluated by EPR and UV-vis-NIR spectroscopic data, and delocalized behavior is observed in compounds with W2 units separated by up to 13.6 angstroms. The simplicity of the frontier M2 orbital interactions with the bridge pi orbitals provides a convenient system with which to study electron transfer in mixed valence systems, as compared to the extensively studied, but more complicated, dinuclear t(2g)6/t(2g)5 mixed valence compounds. Oligomeric and polymeric compounds incorporating M2 units have also been synthesized, having general formula [M2(O2CR)2(O2C-Thio-CO2)]n (Thio = n-hexyl substituted ter- and quinque-thiophenes). They can be deposited as thin films by spin coating, and show photoluminescence and electroluminescence. These metallo-polythiophenes show potential for application in electronic materials. Using the static exchange‐correlation charge density concept, the total integrated exchange‐charge density function is calculated within the nonrelativistic spin‐restricted exchange‐only (i) optimized effective potential model, and (ii) nonvariational local potential derived from the exchange‐only work potential within the quantal density functional theory, for the ground‐state isoelectronic series: Ga+, Zn, Cu?; In+, Cd, Ag?; and Tl+, Hg, Au?. The difference between the exchange charge density function derived from these potentials is employed to evaluate the first‐order correlation‐kinetic contribution to the integrated exchange charge density. This contribution is found to be important for both the intra‐ and inter‐shell regions. Screening effects on the contribution due to the nd10 (n = 3–5) subshells are discussed through comparisons with similar calculations on Ca, Sr, and Ba, wherein nd10 electrons are absent. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The texture of Cr2O3-K2O/Al2O3catalysts containing oxides of rare earth elements (REE) was studied. The catalysts are used for the synthesis of 2-methylthiophene by the reaction of H2S with n-pentane or piperilene. The heterocyclization of n-pentane is a consecutive reaction involving a step of dehydrogenation of initial hydrocarbon. At this step the texture of the catalyst affects the yield of 2-methylthiophene. The yield of 2-methylthiophene obtained from piperilene and I2S is independent of the catalyst texture.  相似文献

Primary systemic amyloidosis (AL) is characterized by the overproduction of immunoglobulin light chain proteins by a monoclonal, terminally differentiated B-lymphocyte or plasma cell clone. The free immunoglobulin light chains are deposited in an abnormal conformation as amyloid in a variety of organs in the body. The mechanism of amyloid formation is not well understood, but appears to be associated with some form of cleavage of the immunoglobulin light chain with subsequent aggregate formation. In an attempt to characterize the structure of amyloid-forming light chain proteins we developed an on-line immunoaffinity purification and subsequent characterization of free kappa and free lambda immunoglobulin light chains by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. The methodology is totally automated and requires 20 micro L of serum. Mass spectral analysis of Bence Jones proteins under non-denaturing conditions was also utilized to examine the tertiary and quaternary structure of light chain proteins and clearly shows covalent dimer formation of lambda type light chain. This type of on-line assay may prove helpful in elucidating distinguishing features capable of discriminating AL from benign monoclonal gammopathies of undetermined significance as well as diagnosing AL.  相似文献

A potentiometric sensor constructed from a mixture of 25% (m/m) spinel‐type manganese oxide (lambda‐MnO2), 50% (m/m) graphite powder and 25% (m/m) mineral oil is used for the determination of lithium ions in a flow injection analysis system. Experimental parameters, such as pH of the carrier solution, flow rate, injection sample volume, and selectivity for Li+ against other alkali and alkaline‐earth ions and the response time of this sensor were investigated. The sensor response to lithium ions was linear in the concentration range 8.6×10?5–1.0×10?2 mol L?1 with a slope 78.9±0.3 mV dec?1 over a wide pH range 7–10 (Tris buffer), without interference of other alkali and alkaline‐earth metals. For a flow rate of 5.0 mL min?1 and a injection sample volume of 408.6 μL, the relative standard deviation for repeated injections of a 5.0×10?4 mol L?1 lithium ions was 0.3%.  相似文献
