Pauli-Fierz Hamiltonians defined as quadratic forms

We study Pauli-Fierz Hamiltonians-self-adjoint operators describing a small quantum system interacting with a bosonic field. Using quadratic form techniques, we extend the results of Dereziński-Gérard and Gérard about the self-adjointness, the location of the essential spectrum and the existence of a ground state to a large class of Pauli-Fierz Hamiltonians.     

Fat-water selective excitation in balanced steady-state free precession using short spatial-spectral RF pulses

Fat suppression is important but challenging in balanced steady-state free precession (bSSFP) acquisitions, for a number of clinical applications. In the present work, the practicality of performing fat-water selective excitations using spatial-spectral (SPSP) RF pulses in bSSFP sequence is examined. With careful pulse design, the overall duration of these SPSP pulses was kept short to minimize detrimental effects on TR, scan time and banding artifact content. Fat-water selective excitation using SPSP pulses was demonstrated in both phantom and human bSSFP imaging at 3T, and compared to results obtained using a two-point Dixon method. The sequence with SPSP pulses performed better than the two-point Dixon method, in terms of scan time and suppression performance. Overall, it is concluded here that SPSP RF pulses do represent a viable option for fat-suppressed bSSFP imaging.     

The Marple algorithm for the autoregressive spectral estimates of the SMMW fourier transform spectroscopy data

The Marple algorthm for the autoregressive spectral estimates has been applied to the SMMW Fourier transform spectrum analysis. The experimental results have shown that this method yields AR spectra with three times higher resolution than the FFT method does. The improvements obtained from the Marple algorithm over the maximum entropy algorithm include higher resolution, less bias in the spectral peak frequency estimation and absence of observed spectral line splitting. The effects of the structure of the spectral lines and the noise on the resolution are discussed.Projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China     

导引场下电磁泵浦自由电子激光的非线性理论

本文以Vlasov-Maxwell方程组为基础,用非线性动力学理论研究了存在导引场情况下电磁波泵浦的自由电子激光器的作用机制,导出了线性及非线性色散关系式,求出了非线性不稳定性增长率和自由电子激光的能量转换效率.结果表明,只要合理地选择参量条件,附加导引场可以大大提高自由电子激光的增长率和能量转换效率.     

Relaxation in cooperative systems: Use of mixture virial coefficients

The coefficients in power series in the variable time that describe relaxation in a cooperative system can be calculated using a combinatorial approach where one considers how many ways one can introduce a given number of properly defined events in a system. The coefficients obtained in this manner can be related to the equilibrium virial coefficients for a mixture. If one assumes rapid internal equilibration, the relaxation process can be expressed completely in terms of the viral coefficients for a mixture with at most one solute particle, or, in some cases, just the virial coefficients for a single-component system. Thus, equilibrium virial coefficients can give useful information about the time evolution of processes in cooperative systems.     

Influence of the UV radiation wavelength on the curing of oligourethaneacrylate compositions for protective coatings of optical fibers

The curing kinetics of films produced from compositions based on UV-curable oligourethaneacrylates is investigated using, as a source of radiation, an individual spectral line separated by a monochromator from the radiation of a DRT-400 mercury tubular lamp. It has been established that in the region of spectral sensitivity of the composition, the curing time of the film is inversely proportional to the intensity of volumetric absorption of the radiation-source photons by the initiator at the lower surface of the film under study. Individual contributions of some of the lines to the process of composition curing by using the integral spectrum of the radiation source have been evaluated. 面向下一代航电系统的数据块填装性能

结合光分组交换(OPS)网络和光纤通道(FC)技术的优势, 提出一种下一代航电系统组网方案——基于光分组交换网络的光纤通道技术(FC over OPS)。建立了数学仿真模型, 研究了一种数据块填装算法与网络实时性之间的关系, 分析不同的参数如发送带宽、最低效率门限、发送定时的选取对网络实时性的影响。进一步完成硬件原型设计和仿真, 比较了软件仿真与硬件仿真的结果, 并分析该数据块填装算法的性能。     

数据链组网与数据传输仿真技术

研究数据链系统中的组网与数据传输技术,对于构建自主的数据链系统以及数据链系统的测试、评估极为关键。同时,进一步验证所设计的数据链系统的有效性、理解数据链的主要功能与性能参数,为进一步研究与设计测控数据链技术奠定基础。对数据链系统及数据链组网与数据传输技术进行了分析,并简要介绍不同数据链系统的组网与数据传输技术的差别,在此基础上提出一种数据链组网与数据传输仿真系统方案,对系统的功能和工作过程进行了分析,为数据链的构建、测试及评估提供支持。最后,对数据链及其测试评估系统构建及发展趋势进行了展望。该研究在数据链测试仿真评估系统中的验证效果良好,从而为数据链系统的设计提供了参考和依据。     

Spectral-Collocation Method for Volterra Delay Integro-Differential Equations with Weakly Singular Kernels

A spectral Jacobi-collocation approximation is proposed for Volterra delay integro-differential equations with weakly singular kernels. In this paper, we consider the special case that the underlying solutions of equations are sufficiently smooth. We provide a rigorous error analysis for the proposed method, which shows that both the errors of approximate solutions and the errors of approximate derivatives decay exponentially in $L^∞$ norm and weighted $L^2$ norm. Finally, two numerical examples are presented to demonstrate our error analysis.
