羟基铝溶液及铝交联蒙脱土的研究

本文用(27)~Al NMR法和8-羟基喹啉萃取法分别研究了羟基铝溶液中十三聚铝含量的变化规律,还用X-射线衍射法研究了铝交联蒙脱土d_(001)的变化。研究结果表明,铝离子的聚合情况主要由羟铝比决定,而浓度影响不大。随着羟铝比的增加,溶液中单核铝离子含量减少,十三聚铝离子相对含量增加,所得铝交联蒙脱土的d_(001)也随之增大。参照这些变化规律、控制羟基铝溶液的组成,可以制备各种层柱状铝交联蒙脱土复合物。     

Addition of diazocyclopropane generatedin situ to vinyl bromide and chemical transformations of the resulting 5-bromospiro(1-pyrazoline-3,1′-cyclopropane)

The reaction of diazocyclopropane generatedin situ with vinyl bromide occurs as regioselective 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition to give 5-bromospiro(1-pyrazoline-3,1′-cyclopropane) in ∼60% yield. Reactions of the latter with nucleophilic reagents, which can occur both with retention and opening of the cyclopropane ring, were studied. Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Rotational isomerism involving an acetylenic carbon. Part 5: Restricted rotation about acetylenic axis in sterically crowded bis(1-phenyl-9-anthryl)ethynes

The title sterically crowded di-9-anthrylethyne derivative with 3,5-ⁱPr₂-phenyl groups at 1-position showed a barrier to rotation about the acetylenic axis of 18.0 kcal mol⁻¹ based on a dynamic NMR study, which is an extremely high value for acyclic diarylethynes. The mechanism of the dynamic stereochemistry and the substituent effect on the rotational barrier are discussed.     

Importance of the isopropylidene terminal of geranylgeranyl group for the formation of tetraether lipid in methanogenic archaea

Labeling experiments using several deuterated lipids were pursued to study the biosynthesis of macrocyclic isoprenoidal lipids of thermophilic methanogenic archaea, Methanothermobacter thermautotrophicus. The isopropylidene terminal of geranylgeranyl group of monomeric precursor appeared to be important for the CC bond formation at the hydrophobic end in the macrocyclic lipids. A mechanism involving a radical trigger at the allylic methyl group is proposed for this CC bond formation.     

DMF-甲醇体系粘度与核磁共振化学位移的同时关联

提出了一个基于局部组成概念上的核磁共振模型. 利用该模型和以前别人提出的局部组成型粘度方程, 成功地同时关联属于传递性质的粘度数据和属于波谱性质的核磁共振化学位移数据，关联所得到化学位移的平均绝对偏差小于0.0072，粘度的平均绝对偏差小于0.0006 mPa•s，结果表明提出的局部组成模型是合理的.     

N(nPr)4[B5O6(OH)4][B(OH)3]2 and N(nBu)4[B5O6(OH)4][B(OH)3]2: Clathrates with a diamondoid arrangement of hydrogen-bonded pentaborate anions

Single-crystal X-ray structure analyses of N(nPr)₄[B₅O₆(OH)₄][B(OH)₃]₂,1, and N(nBu)₄ [B₅O₆(OH)₄][B(OH)₃]₂,2, reveal that these materials are novel clathrates, the isotypic host structures of which are three-dimensional assemblies of hydrogen-bonded [B₅O₆(OH)₄]^– ionsand B(OH)₃ molecules. The assembly of only the pentaborate anions is a distorted (i.e., along [102] elongated) fourconnected diamond-related network. The N(nPr) ₄ ⁺ and N(nBu) ₄ ⁺ ions are trapped within the complex three-dimensional channel systems of the host frameworks. Both1 and2 crystallize monoclinically with space groupP2₁/c andZ=4. The cell constants are:1:a=13.592(5),b=12.082(2),c=17.355(6) Å, =106.60(2)° (298K);2:a=13.874(3),b=12.585(1),c=17.588(4) Å, =107.04(1)° (238 K). The results obtained by both¹¹B and¹³C MAS NMR spectroscopy are discussed. Thermogravimetric studies under a flowing inert-gas atmosphere suggest that water, stemming from polycondensation of the hydrous borate species, is released from the clathrates at ca. 443 K (1) and 398 K (2) before the decomposition of the organic cations starts at ca. 603 K (1) and 603 K (2).Author for correspondence. Perfluoropoly-ether/peroxide compounds: spectroscopic studies and quantum chemical calculations

Perfluoropolyethers (PFPEs) are a class of high performance materials used in a wide range of applications (refrigeration, lubrication, semiconductor industry, etc.). PFPEs containing peroxidic units are intermediate materials for the preparation of commercial end products. In this work we study the spectroscopic properties of ether and peroxides linkages in this class of compounds; nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra are discussed, FT-Raman data presented. Quantum chemical calculations on model molecules were used as a tool for the interpretation of the Raman experimental data and physical-chemical properties.     

51VNMR研究磷钼钒系杂多酸的热稳定性

用NMR及IR、TG-DTA等手段研究具有Keggin结构的磷钼钒系杂多酸在空气中的热稳定性。实验结果表明:合成的杂多酸在各个Keggin单元中具有不同的钒含量。样品的热稳定性与其钒含量有关.随着钒含量的增加,keggin结构的热稳定性逐渐降低,但H_4PMo_(11)V_1O_(40)具有比H_3PMo_(12)O_(40)还要高的热稳定性。由于钒的取代,钼钒磷酸的热分解过程不同于钼磷酸。失去结构水使Keggin结构遭到破坏,但在室温下与水重新作用可使钼钒磷酸的Keggin结构恢复。     

羟基蒽醌衍生物中羟基质子的核磁共振研究

通过对23个羟基蒽醌衍生物的质子核磁共振研究, 观察了不同取代类型羟基的化学位移范围;讨论了酚羟基乙酰化对芳环质子的化学位移影响, 为羟基取代位置的确定及芳环质子谱线归属提供了某种判据.此外, 还用HMO 法探讨了各类取代羟基的氢键强度及羰基迫位仅有一个羟基的内氢键强度与给予原子电荷密度的关系.本文报道一系列新型冠醚N,N'-双取代-1,7-二氧杂-12-冠-4(1~6), N,N' -双取代-1, 7-二氮杂-15冠-5(7~10) 及N,N'-双取代-1,10-二氮杂-18-冠-6(11~14)的质谱. 借助联动扫描和去焦技术对它们的开裂机理作了详细探讨.     

番红花化学成分研究 III. 番红花花粉中的番红花新苷甲和乙的结构

从番红花(crocus sativus L.)花粉中分到两个新苷, 命名为番红花新苷甲(1)和乙(2)。经理化性质和对它们的IR、UV、^1HNMR和MS数据的分析, 鉴定1为异鼠李素-4'-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃(1→2)β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷, 2为β-对羟基苯基-乙醇-α-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖(1→2)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷。
