The effect of twin spacing and temperature on the deformation behavior of nanotwinned magnesium is investigated using molecular dynamics simulation. The results indicate that there is a pronounced shift in the mechanical behavior of nanotwinned magnesium when twin spacing is smaller than 2.9 nm, and that the yield strength decreases with increasing temperature. The results show that at relatively high temperatures, a strength softening can be observed when twin spacing is larger than 7.8 nm. This study demonstrates that the yield strength is associated with the dislocation storage ability of nanotwinned magnesium and the repulsive force between twin boundaries and dislocations.  相似文献

为了确定添加氦气对微波等离子体化学气相沉积(MPCVD)金刚石膜的影响,采用发射光谱法(OES)在线诊断了CH4-H2-He等离子体的发射光谱特性,研究了He对等离子体内基团空间分布的影响;并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和拉曼(Raman)光谱对不同He体积分数下沉积出的金刚石膜进行了表征。结果表明:随着He体积分数的增加,等离子体内Hα, Hβ, Hγ, CH和C2基团的谱线强度均呈上升趋势,其中Hα基团的谱线强度增加最大。光谱空间诊断发现He的加入导致等离子体中各基团的空间分布均匀性变差,造成沉积出的金刚石膜厚度极不均匀。沉积速率测试表明,He的加入导致碳源基团相对浓度增加,有利于提高薄膜的沉积速率,当He体积分数由0 vol.%增加至4.7 vol.%时,沉积速率提高了24%。SEM测试结果表明,随着He体积分数的增加,金刚石膜表面形貌由(111)晶面取向向晶面取向混杂转变,孪晶生长明显。高He(4.7 vol.%)体积分数下由于C2基团的相对浓度较高,导致二次形核密度增加。此外,由于基片台受到等离子体的刻蚀和溅射作用,导致薄膜沉积过程中引入了金属杂质原子。二次形核和杂质原子的存在使得孪晶大量的产生,薄膜呈现出压应力。  相似文献

支持向量机(support vector machine, SVM)具有良好的学习性能和泛化能力, 因而被广泛应用于恒星光谱分类中。然而实际应用面临的数据规模往往很大, SVM便暴露出计算量大、分类速度慢等问题。为了解决上述问题, Jayadeva等提出双支持向量机(twin support vector machine, TWSVM), 将计算时间减少至SVM的1/4。然后上述方法仅关注数据的全局特征, 对每类数据的局部特征并未关注。鉴于此, 提出基于流形模糊双支持向量机(manifold fuzzy twin support vector machine, MF-TSVM)的恒星光谱分类方法。利用流形判别分析获得数据的全局特征和局部特征, 模糊隶属度函数的引入将各类数据区别对待, 尽可能减少噪声点和奇异点对分类结果的影响。与C-SVM, KNN等传统分类方法在SDSS恒星光谱数据集上的比较实验表明了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

从双螺杆转子螺旋曲面的参数方程出发,利用空间解析几何理论将转子三维螺旋面坐标映象为对应不同压力腔的二维积分区域,在整个积分区域积分可以计算作用在双螺杆压缩机,双螺杆泵螺旋面转子上的力和力矩。本文以一种双螺杆泵的转子为例,利用本方法进行了受力分析,解析出转子受力,力矩随转子转角的变化关系。  相似文献

We present a framework for solving the strategic problem of assigning retailers to facilities in a multi-period single-sourcing product environment under uncertainty in the demand from the retailers and the cost of production, inventory holding, backlogging and distribution of the product. By considering a splitting variable mathematical representation of the Deterministic Equivalent Model, we specialize the so-called Branch-and-Fix Coordination algorithmic framework. It exploits the structure of the model and, specifically, the non-anticipativity constraints for the assignment variables. The algorithm uses the Twin Node Family (TNF) concept. Our procedure is specifically designed for coordinating the selection of the branching TNF and the branching S3 set, such that the non-anticipativity constraints are satisfied. An extension of the classical parabolized stability equations to flows strongly dependent on the two cross-stream spatial directions and weakly dependent on the streamwise one is applied to model the large-scale structures present in twin-jet configurations. The existence of these unsteady flow structures, usually referred to as wavepackets, has been demonstrated in the literature for both subsonic and supersonic round jets, along with their relation to the generation of highly directional noise emitted in the aft direction. The present study considers twin-jet configurations with different separations at high Reynolds number and subsonic conditions. The existing instability modes for the twin-jet mean flow, their dependence on the separation of the two jets, and the interaction between the wavepackets originating from the two jets is investigated here. Arising from the axisymmetric mode for single round jets, two dominant modes are found for twin jets: a varicose one, relatively insensitive to jets' proximity, but likely to be efficient in radiating noise; a sinuous one, whose amplification is strongly dependent on the jets' distance, and which can be expected to produce weaker acoustic signatures.  相似文献

Here we illustrate an even more bizarre example of it: a superposed state of a physical system consisting of both an ‘older’ version and a ‘younger’ version of that system. Co10Cu90Co10Cu90 alloys were prepared by melt spinning in a twin roller device at 5 m/s and 23 m/s tangential wheel velocities. The low temperature (5–300 K) magnetic and electron transport properties were investigated in as cast alloys and in samples annealed for 1 h at 923 K. Magnetoresistance (MR) measurements were performed between 35 K and 295 K, with applied field up to 0.85 T. For each condition, M–H loops and M(T) curves were measured and analyzed to estimate the mean Co particle size and the blocking temperature distribution, respectively. In the as cast condition, particle sizes between 2.3 nm and 5.7 nm and mean blocking temperatures between 31 K and 247 K are found; these alloys, cooled at these relatively low rates, show appreciable room temperature MR values (0.5–1.5% for 0.85 T). A minimum resistance is found at about 30 K in alloys with compositions up to 15 at% Co.  相似文献
