In the present work, a tube-like structure of graphene hybrid as modifier to fabricate electrode for simultaneous detection of ascorbic acid (AA), dopamine (DA), uric acid (UA) and tryptophan (Trp) was reported. The hybrid was synthesized by a simple method based on graphene sheets (GS) and 3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxylic acid (PTCA) via π–π stacking interaction under ultrasonic condition. The combination of GS and PTCA could effectively improve the dispersion of GS, owing to PTCA with the carboxylic-functionalized interface. Comparing with pure GS or PTCA modified electrode, GS–PTCA displayed high catalytic activity and selectivity toward the oxidation of AA, DA, UA, and Trp. Moreover, cyclic voltammetry, different pulse voltammetry and scanning electron microscopy were employed to characterize the sensors. The experiment results showed that the linear response range for simultaneous detection of AA, DA, UA, and Trp were 20–420 μM, 0.40–374 μM, 4–544 μM and 0.40–138 μM, respectively, and the detection limits were 5.60 μM, 0.13 μM, 0.92 μM and 0.06 μM (S/N = 3). Importantly, the proposed method offers promise for simple, rapid, selective and cost-effective analysis of small biomolecules.  相似文献

在含有1.0mmol.L-1硝酸银、5.58×10-2 mol.L-1色氨酸的溶液中,于-0.8~1.8V(vs.Ag/AgCl)电位下,在玻碳电极表面电沉积一层银-色氨酸复合膜,制得银-色氨酸复合膜修饰玻碳电极(Ag-TRY/GCE)。采用扫描电镜对电极表面的性能进行表征,循环伏安法对其电化学性能进行研究。试验发现:在pH 6.0磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,去甲肾上腺素(NE)在修饰电极出现一对明显的氧化还原峰,氧化峰电位为0.306V,还原峰电位为0.368V,提出了用循环伏安法测定NE的方法。在试验条件下,氧化峰电流与去甲肾上腺素浓度在3.4×10-7~8.3×10-6 mol.L-1和8.3×10-6~1.1×10-4 mol.L-1两段范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为4.3×10-8 mol.L-1。修饰电极用于药物中去甲肾上腺素的测定,加标回收率在95.6%~99.4%之间。  相似文献

A novel and simple method for the direct and quantitative determination of L-tryptophan (Trp), L-tyrosine (Tyr) and L-cysteine (Cys) was proposed in this work. Carbon nanofibers (CNFs), made by electrospinning technique, were used to modify carbon paste electrode (CPE) without any treatment to study the electrochemical behaviors of the three amino acids using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and constant potential amperometric method. The results demonstrated that the CNFs modified carbon paste electrode (CNF-CPE) exhibited high electrocatalytic activity and good analytical performance towards the oxidation of the three amino acids. The linear ranges of Trp, Tyr and Cys were 0.1-119, 0.2-107 and 0.15-64 μM with correlation coefficients of 0.9994, 0.9985 and 0.9996, respectively. All the detection limits of the analytes were 0.1 μM (S/N = 3). In addition, the CNF-CPE displayed good reproducibility, high sensitivity and good selectivity towards the determination of the amino acids, making it suitable for the determination of Trp, Tyr and Cys in clinical and medicine.  相似文献

Determination of cysteamine and tryptophan is described by electrochemical methods using p‐aminophenol‐multiwall carbon nanotubes paste electrode. Cysteamine and tryptophan in mixture can each be measured independently from each other with a potential difference of 600 mV. The results showed that the electrocatalytic currents increased linearly with cysteamine and tryptophan concentrations over the ranges 0.5–300 µmol L?1 and 10.0–650 µmol L?1, respectively. The detection limits for cysteamine and tryptophan are found to be 0.14 and 5.9 µmol L?1, respectively. The proposed method is successfully employed for the determination of cysteamine in both capsule and urine samples.  相似文献

色氨酸是人类一种必需氨基酸,也是稻米中一种重要的限制性氨基酸。从4年份1256份材料中选择出272份有代表性的样品,采用碱水解-分光光度法测定了其色氨酸含量。比较不同定标方法的预测结果发现,运用改良的偏最小二乘法(modified partial least square,MPLS)的全局(Global)定标方法和局部(Lo-cal)飞速定标方法的预测效果较佳,基于精米粉光谱建立的方程的预测标准误差均为0.007%,外部验证决定系数分别为87.1%和87.4%,可用于定量分析;而基于糙米光谱建立的定标方程的预测效果略差,但仍具有良好的预测能力。研究结果表明,近红外光谱技术可作为水稻育种中间材料的快速筛选和食品工业中稻米原料的品质监控手段。  相似文献

An effective chiral stationary phase (CSP) for enantioseparation of amino acids was established previously by bonding (18-crown-6)-2, 3, 11, 12-tetracarboxylic acid to silica gel. This CSP has recently been commercialized under the name of Chirosil-SCA. As a first step for developing a Chirosil-SCA simulated moving bed chromatographic process for separation of tryptophan enantiomers, the adsorption isotherm and mass-transfer parameters of each tryptophan enantiomer on the Chirosil-SCA CSP were determined in this study while using only water as a mobile phase. For this task, inverse method (IM) was applied on the basis of the initial guesses estimated from elution by characteristic point (ECP) method, which was found to be more advantageous in the aspects of both accuracy and computational efficiency than the case of utilizing individually only IM or ECP method. The results revealed that the adsorption behavior of each tryptophan enantiomer on the Chirosil-SCA could be well described by the Langmuir-Freundlich isotherm. The model predictions based on the determined parameter values were in close agreement with the experimental chromatograms from a series of single-component or mixture pulse tests that were performed under various feed concentrations and flow rates. It was also found that the Langmuir-Freundlich isotherm parameters of each enantiomer were largely affected by temperature. Such a marked dependence of the parameters on temperature was investigated quantitatively. The results of such an investigation indicated that as the temperature decreases, the adsorption affinities of both enantiomers become higher and the heterogeneity of the Chirosil-SCA becomes more pronounced.  相似文献

We describe the synthesis, crystal structure, and various microscopic studies of the palindromic tripeptide WPW derived from antimicrobial peptide indolicidin. The present study reveals that tripeptide 1 and 2 undergo self-assembly to form vesicular structures after prolonged incubation, thus giving an interesting insight into the contribution of l-proline and flanking tryptophan residues in the self-assembly process. These vesicles were also amenable to simple focused ion beam (FIB)-aided bisection and thus possible to mill these vesicles to create different shapes. The circular dichroism (CD) analysis indicates that incubation promotes and stabilizes the more favorable secondary structures for 1 and 2. Preliminary result shows that tripeptide 1 exhibits appreciable interaction with Tb3+ as determined by quenching in tryptophan fluorescence.  相似文献
