Single crystal structure determinations prove the two pyridine substituents in di(2-pyridyl)ketone (H4C4NC)2C=O to be twisted out of the carbonyl skeleton plane by torsion angles (OCCN) of 41° and –163°, in contrast to their planar arrangement in azo-di(2-pyridine) H4C4NC)-N=N-(CNC4H4). In order to rationalize the surprising difference between the two isoelectronic molecules, approximate PM3 enthalpy of formation hypersurfaces have been calculated for each of the two ring torsions, which are assumed to be the dominant ones among the 3N – 6 = 60 degrees of freedom. For both the ketone and the azo derivative, global minima are calculated, the torsion angles of which deviate from the crystal structure results, and, therefore, support the assumption that both the experimentally determined twisting of di(2-pyridyl)ketone as well as the flattening of azo-di(2-pyridine) might be affected by the crystal packing. 相似文献

Tetrabutylammonium fluoride induces the decomposition of 1-tert-butyl-4,4-dimethyl-5-(3-siloxyphenyl)-2,6,7-trioxabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane (4a) in DMSO to form an oxyanion of aromatic ketone (14a) as an emitter with high singlet-chemiexcitation yield comparable with that for a chemically initiated electron exchange luminescence (CIEEL) active dioxetane producing an oxyanion of aromatic ester as an emitter. A 7-siloxynaphthalen-2-yl analog (4b) was found on similar treatment to emit light with the maximum wavelength the longest among CIEEL-active dioxetanes hitherto known. 相似文献

The catalytic system composed of CuCl2 and 2,2′-biquinoline-4,4′-dicarboxylic acid dipotassium salt (BQC) was found to be highly efficient for the selective α-oxidation of internal alkynes to the corresponding α,β-acetylenic ketones, with aqueous tert-butyl hydroperoxide under mild conditions. For the first time, full conversions of alkynes were reached with excellent selectivities, and propargylic tert-butylperoxy ethers were observed and suggested as the reaction intermediates. We herein report on solution structural studies of Ru^Ⅱ catalysts (3a, 9) composed of achiral bisphosphine ligands (4, 8) and the enantiopure 1,2-diphenylethylenediamine (DPEN). Complete chiral induction from enantiopure (R,R)-DPEN to achiral bisphosphine ligand 3a was observed in solution, with the complex adopting a single, stable and non-fluxional (even at 70 ℃) configuration. The coordination of the C=O moiety in 4 to the cationic Run center is considered to be of key importance in providing the higher thermodynamic and kinetic rotation barrier for the flexible bisphosphine ligand in the complex. The obtained enantioselectivity (91% enantiomeric excess) and sense of chiral induction in the hydrogenation of acetophenone were found to be solely dependent on the chirality of the 1,2-diamine. Consistent with the hydrogenation product, the (R,R)-DPEN induces a M-conformation (fight-handed) chirality for flexible phosphine ligand 4 in the complex, resulting in a 2,2-configuration about the Ru^Ⅱ center. 相似文献

The synthesis and properties of a novel type of bis(heteroazulen-3-yl)methyl cations, bis(2-oxo-2H-cyclohepta[b]furan-3-yl)methyl cation salt and nitrogen analogues, (9a-c·PF6−) and (9a-c·BF4−), as well as bis(heteroazulen-3-yl)ketones (12a-d) are studied. The synthetic method was based on a TFA-catalyzed electrophilic aromatic substitution on the heteroazulenes (6a-d) with paraformaldehyde to afford the corresponding disubstituted methane derivatives 7a-d, followed by oxidative hydrogen abstraction with DDQ, and subsequent exchange of the counter-anion by using aq. HPF6 or aq. HBF4. In addition, the reaction of 7a-d with 2.2 equiv. amounts of DDQ afforded carbonyl compounds 12a-d. The delocalization of the positive charge of 9a-c was evaluated by the 1H and 13C NMR spectral data. The thermodynamic stability of cations 9a-c was evaluated to be in the order 9a<9b<9c on the basis of their reduction potentials measured by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and pKR+ values (2.6-10.3) obtained spectrophotometrically. The reduction waves of cations 9a-c were irreversible, suggesting the dimerization of the radical species generated by one-electron reduction. This was demonstrated by the reduction of 9a·BF4− with Zn powder to give dimerized product 14a. In addition, the quenching of 9a·BF4− with MeOH/NaHCO3 gives ether derivative 15a, which is proposed for the precursor for synthesizing tris(heteroazulene)-substituted methyl cations bearing two different heteroazulene-units. 相似文献

Structures of Bis(trifluoromethyl)halogeno and thiocyanato Mercurates, [Hg(CF3)2X]— (X = Br, I, SCN), and a Comparison of the Structural Parameters of the CF3 Groups [(18‐C‐6)K]2[Hg(CF3)2SCN]2 (1) and [P(CH3)(C6H5)3]2[Hg(CF3)2X]2 (X = Br (2) , I (3) ) are prepared and their crystal structures are determined. [(18‐C‐6)K]2[Hg(CF3)2SCN]2 (1) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with Z = 2, [P(CH3)(C6H5)3]2[Hg(CF3)2Br]2 (2) in the monoclinic space group P21/n with Z = 2 and [P(CH3)(C6H5)3]2[Hg(CF3)2I]2 (3) in the triclinic space group P1¯ with Z = 1. In the solid state the three compounds form dimeric anions with planar Hg2X2 rings. The structural parameters of the Hg(CF3)2 units in the till now known bis(trifluoromethyl)halogeno mercurates are compared. In all compounds one nearly symmetric and one distorted CF3 group exist. The largest differences of the C—F bond lengths is found for [(18‐C‐6)K][Hg(CF3)2I]. This can be regarded as the experimental evidence for the properties of trifluoromethyl mercury compounds to act as excellent difluorocarbene sources in the presence of alkali iodides. 相似文献

A new family of bifunctional catalysts (N-oxides-Ti(OiPr)4 (2:1)) containing a Lewis acid and a Lewis base was developed and applied to the catalytic cyanosilylation of ketones. Utilizing rac((1R,2S) and (1S,2R))-1-(2′-pyridylmethyl)-2-diphenylhydroxymethylpyrrolidine N-oxide-titanium (2:1) complex and N-benzyl-diethanolamine N-oxide-titanium (2:1) complex as catalysts, the cyanosilylation products were obtained in 42-97% yield. Based on experimental phenomena and kinetic studies, a catalytic cycle was proposed to explain the remarkable activities of these catalysts. Investigations indicated that rac((1R,2S) and (1S,2R))-1-(2′-pyridylmethyl)-2-diphenylhydroxymethylpyrrolidine N-oxide-titanium (2:1) complex and N-benzyl-diethanolamine N-oxide-titanium (2:1) complex should promote the reaction via a dual activation of the ketone by the titanium and TMSCN by the N-oxide. 相似文献

(S)-ortho-(p-Tolylsulfinyl)benzyl alkyl (and aryl) ketones 1a-e were prepared in good yields by reaction of esters or nitriles with the lithium benzyl carbanion derived from 2-(p-tolylsulfinyl) methylbenzene. α-Methylbenzyl ketones 2 were prepared as ca. 1:1 diastereoisomeric mixtures by methylation of the unsubstituted ketones 1 with NaH/MeI. The use of the ethylbenzene derivative as the starting material afforded complex mixtures. The obtention of pure (S,(S)S)-2 diastereoisomers could be attained in good yields by oxidation with PCC of the alcohols (epimeric mixtures at the hydroxylic carbon) obtained from reactions of aldehydes with the lithium carbanion derived from 2-(p-tolylsulfinyl)ethylbenzene. 相似文献

Trifluoromethyl aldimines reacted with acetylides in toluene at −78 °C to provide propargyl amines in good yields. From a chiral trifluoromethyl aldimine, the propargyl amines were obtained with excellent diastereoselectivities (de >98%).
