A new surfactin isomer (1) was isolated from a mangrove bacteria strain 'Bacillus sp'. Its structure was identified, and full assignments of (1)H and (13)C NMR spectral data were achieved for the first time by a combination of mass spectrometry and 1D and 2D NMR experiments including DEPT, (1)H-(1)H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, TOCSY, ROESY, and HSQC-TOCSY. Auration of o-trimethylsilyl arylphosphines leads to the formation of gold and gold–silver clusters with ortho-metalated phosphines displaying 3c–2e Au−C−M bonds (M=Au/Ag). Hexagold clusters [Au6L4](X)2 are obtained by reaction of (L−TMS)AuCl with AgX, whereas reaction with AgX and Ag2O leads to gold–silver clusters [Au4Ag2L4](X)2. Oxo-trigold(I) species [Au3O]+ were identified as the intermediates in the formation of the silver-doped clusters. Other [Au5], [Au4Ag], and [Au12Ag4] clusters were also obtained. Clusters containing PAu−Au−AuP structural motif display good catalytic activity in the activation of alkynes under homogeneous conditions. 相似文献

PdII‐catalyzed intermolecular amination of unactivated C(sp3)?H bonds has been successfully developed for the first time. This method provides a new way to achieve the challenging intermolecular amination of unactivated C(sp3)?H bonds, producing a variety of unnatural β2‐amino carboxylic acid analogues. This C(sp3)?H amination protocol is demonstrated with a broad substrate scope, good functional‐group tolerance, and chemoselectivity. A general approach to construct hybrid orbitals based on the projection of both the subspace of atomic orbitals and the subspace of hybrid orbitals is presented. It is shown that the projection must be associated with a chain of groups to ensure the independence of the method with respect to the selected coordinate system. The eigenfunction method to obtain symmetry projected functions turns out to be the natural projection technique to establish the present approach. The proposed method allows construction of hybrid orbitals in a systematic and general way, even in the hypothetical case where irreducible representations are contained more than once in the reduction of the space of hybrid orbitals. Two-dimensional thin-layer chromatographic systems on cyano-bonded polar stationary phases were used for the separation of some phenolic compounds extracted from two species of Polygonum: Polygonum hydropiper L. and Polygonum cuspidatum L. Non-aqueous solvents were used in the first direction and aqueous solvents were used in the second direction on CN silica TLC plates. For the separation of phenolics' standards optimal chromatographic systems were chosen from the retention data collected in one-dimensional TLC experiments by plotting graphs of R(F) vs. R(F) dependencies. A suspension of bacterial magnetosomes was investigated with respect to structural and magnetic properties and hyperthermic measurements. The mean particle diameter of about 35 nm was confirmed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray and magnetic analysis. The X-ray powder diffraction peaks of magnetosomes fit very well with standard Fe3O4 reflections. The found value for specific absorption rate (SAR) of 171 W/g at 5 kA/m and 750 kHz means that magnetosomes may be considered as good materials for the biomedical applications in hyperthermia treatments. Within the Cactaceae family, Opuntia comprises the most widespread species, with a recognized importance in human life, including feeding, domestic use as home natural barriers, and as a traditional remedy for diverse diseases and conditions such asthma, edema, and burns. Indeed, scientific reports have stated that these health benefits may be due to various active compounds, particularly polyphenols, which are ubiquitously found in plants and have proven their pharmacological efficiency by displaying antimicrobial, anti-cancer, and anti-inflammatory activities, among others. Opuntia species contain different classes of phenolic compounds that are recognized for their anti-inflammatory potential. Among them, quercetin, isorhamnetin, and kaempferol derivates were reported to greatly contribute to modulate cells’ infiltration and secretion of soluble inflammatory mediators, with key implications in the inflammatory process. In this review, we make a summary of the different classes of phenolic compounds reported in Opuntia species so far and explore their implications in the inflammatory process, reported by in vitro and in vivo bioassays, supporting the use of cactus in folk medicine and valorizing them from the socio-economic point of view. 相似文献
