介绍了以菲咯嗪-醋酸钠-醋酸缓冲溶液为显色体系、用自制的铁含量比色测定仪快速测定工业用水中总铁含量的方法。总铁含量≤05mg/L时,标准偏差≤003mg/L;总铁含量>05mg/L时,相对标准偏差≤5%。单次测定时间(包括样品处理)为10~15min。采用单色光源及微型流动比色池,由蠕动泵和电子线路实现自动进样,直接显示测定结果。  相似文献

Simple two-parameter Hückel and Pitzer equations were used for the calculation of the activity coefficients of aqueous hydrochloric acid at 25°C up to a molality of 2.0 mol-kg–1. The data obtained by Harned and Ehlers(12,13) from galvanic cells without liquid junction were used in the analysis and the parameters obtained were compared to those obtained from all reliable data presented in the literature for HCl at this temperature. A good agreement between the parameters was always observed. The activity coefficients obtained by the new equations were compared to those suggested by Robinson and Stokes,(8) Hamer and Wu,(1) and Pitzer and Mayorga,(9) and good agreement was also found. The data from the most important literature data sets for HCl were also predicted using the new activity coefficient equations, and the magnitude of the resulting errors was close to the precision of the measurements, the errors forming an almost random pattern for all data sets.  相似文献

The results of structural studies of the synthetic analog of the radtkeite mineral Hg3S2Cl1.00I1.00 are analyzed. The crystal structure of the compound has been refined; the unit cell parameters are a m = 16.827(4) , b m = 9.117(1) , c m = 13.165(5) , = 130.17(2)°, V = 1543.3(8) 3, space group C2/m, Z = 8, R = 0.0527. A possible transition a 0 = a m; b 0 = a m + 2c m; c 0 = –b m to the pseudo-orthorhombic F cell previously determined for radtkeite, where one of the angles ( 0 ) is slightly different from 90° (89.55°), has been found. Each sulfur atom in the structure is bonded to three mercury atoms, forming SHg3 umbrellas with distances 2.240(6) –2.474(8) and angles HgSHg 94.7(2)°–102.9(2)°. The SHg3 fragments are linked through Hg vertices to form corrugated [Hg12S8] layers. The halogen atoms lie inside and between the [Hg12S8] layers; the distances are Hg-Cl and Hg-I 2.783(7) , 2.961(7) , and 3.083(4) –3.311(3) , respectively.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2004 by N. 介绍氧弹分解-原子荧光法测定煤中汞含量的研究进展。影响该方法主要因素为称样量、氧气浓度、吸收剂、还原剂、煤种以及灰分含量。分别综述了各个因素对该方法的影响,可为相关标准的制定提供参考。该方法能够简单、经济、快速地测定煤中汞的含量,但是目前学者们对于该方法的相关研究还存在分歧,需要进一步的研究验证;同时,还需要注意以下几个研究方向:吸收剂和还原剂的选择对汞回收率的影响;吸收剂在密闭氧弹中对汞的回收率及吸收时间的研究;氧弹废气中汞含量的测定;煤种和灰分含量对汞含量测定的影响。  相似文献

Ultraviolet irradiation (photolysis) in alkaline medium was applied for pretreatment of seawater samples so as to accurately determine total As by continuous-flow hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. This sample pretreatment is meant to convert non-reducible As forms into inorganic As, which easily forms arsine. The optimised parameters were the treatment time and the pH of the medium. The behaviour of four hydride-reactive As species [As(III), As(V), MMA, DMA], and AsB, i.e. a typical non-hydride-reactive As species, when subjected to UV irradiation was studied. UV irradiation at pH 1 lead to conversion of all species into As(V) with the exception of AsB and DMA. Conversions of DMA and AsB into As(V) at pH 11 in less than 30 min were observed under UV irradiation. The limit of detection of As (measured as As(V)) by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was 0.1 μg/L and the repeatability of the oxidation procedure was about 10%. The method was applied to determination of total and directly reducible As at 11 sampling points of the Galician Coast (Atlantic Ocean, Spain). Total As concentrations were in the range 1.4-4.8 μg/L. A significant As fraction, between 20 and 44%, depending on the sampling point, corresponded to non-reducible As which was converted by UV irradiation into hydride-reactive As. This fraction should represent the sum of DMA, which yields a low sensitivity in the continuous flow-AFS system, and the hidden As fraction.  相似文献

依据JJF1059-1999,对GB/T17136-1997冷原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤中总汞含量进行了不确定度评定。建立了数学模型,对各不确定度分量进行分析和量化。计算出土壤中总汞含量测量结果的相对合成标准不确定度为0.0215,扩展不确定度为0.163mg/kg。在土壤总汞含量测量过程中,求试液中汞含量贡献的不确定度最大。  相似文献

A setup for recording surface tension curves at a mercury drop during potential scanning is designed based on photo-sensitive detection system. Surface tension spectrum at Hg drop can be recorded by voltammetric study. A Yb(III)-NO2- catalytic reduction system was used for characterization. The simple, sensitive technique can be expected to provide fresh information on molecular interactions at electrode surfaces.  相似文献
