The role of Nordtest in testing and quality assurance

 This article describes on the idea behind Nordtest, the results of its activities and how Nordtest has influenced testing and quality assurance. By financing projects in the field of technical testing Nordtest has been able to utilise the best available Nordic knowledge and resources to respond to Nordic needs and has gained acceptance in all Nordic countries. During Nordtest's 25 years of operation its projects have resulted in over 500 test methods and over 350 technical reports that are widely used both within and outside the Nordic countries. Examples of some project results are given. Important issues in testing and quality assurance are expressed in Nordtest position papers. Nordtest's active participation in the European and global co-operation in testing and quality assurance is also described.     

The effects of nonnormality on asymptotic distributions of some likelihood ratio criteria for testing covariance structures under normal assumption

This paper examines asymptotic distributions of the likelihood ratio criteria, which are proposed under normality, for several hypotheses on covariance matrices when the true distribution of a population is a certain nonnormal distribution. It is well known that asymptotic distributions of test statistics depend on the fourth moments of the true population's distribution. We study the effects of nonnormality on the asymptotic distributions of the null and nonnull distributions of likelihood ratio criteria for covariance structures.     

基于LXI的机载制导弹药并行测试方法研究

针对目前弹药测试保障系统测试资源利用率低,测试保障效率无法满足现代化战争需求的的问题,提出一种基于LXI总线的弹药并行测试系统设计思路。该系统应用LXI总线测试系统的分布式测试,集中调度管理的特点;将测试任务分散化,测试能力本地化处理实现了弹药并行测试,有效解决了测试资源闲置以及测试系统保障效率低下的问题。通过并行测试系统设计思路、方案以及关键技术分析为弹药并行测试系统设计提供一种参考思路。     

讨论式教学模式在《高分子化学》课程中的应用和思考

《高分子化学》是材料学专业特别是高分子材料专业重要的基础课程,其课程内容既包含理论科学又涉及实际应用。作为一门相对年轻的学科,有些概念和理论仍处在不断完善及发展中。从以学生为"主角"的角度出发,探讨了《高分子化学》讨论式教学的内容和形式,实现理论与实验教学的无缝连接并确立了相应的评价体系。通过将"讨论式"教学模式切实有效地融入到《高分子化学》课程当中,极大地调动学生的积极性,提高学生的综合素养,为后续专业课程打下坚实的基础。     

Where Is a Singer''s Voice if It Is Placed “Forward”?

Singing teachers sometimes characterize voice quality in terms of "forward" and "backward" placement. In view of our traditional knowledge about voice production it is hard to explain any possible acoustic or articulatory differences between the voices so "placed." The analysis of the teachers' expert opinions demonstrates that, in general, a voice placed "forward" indicates a desirable quality that students should attain by the end of their studies. Productions that were perceived as "forward" and "backward" were selected from the listening test. The acoustic analysis of those productions reveals that the voice quality in the case of "forward" placement correlates with higher frequencies of the second (F2) and third (F3) formants, as well as with a more salient "singer's formant" in the voice. The five basic vowels were included in the investigation.     

氢氧化镍正极材料的X射线衍射峰强比与其电化学性能关系研究

利用“管道式合成”方法合成了5种成分相同、结构不同的Ni(OH)2样品.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜表征材料的微观结构及参数.测试了材料的电化学性能,考察了I101/I001比值与Ni(OH)2材料电化学性能的关系.研究结果表明,随I101/I001比值的增大,样品的电化学性能呈下降的趋势.说明XRD峰强比...     

声波测井存储模块的快速检测系统和补偿方法*

筛选高温下稳定的存储器并设计有效的温度补偿算法是实现井下声波测井数据存储的关键。为了快速测试不同存储器在高温下的故障情况以及错误校验纠错算法的温度补偿效果,该文设计了基于通用测试座的硬件系统,编写了基于MSComm控件的上位机控制软件,开发了模拟实际测井温度环境的测试策略,并对几种存储器进行了高温老化实验。结果表明,存储器在高温下(175℃)会出现彻底损坏、比特位翻转等故障,错误校验纠错算法可以提高存储器的使用温度。该设计不仅可以对符合开放NAND闪存接口协议的同类存储器进行快速的高温老化与筛选,而且对井下存储系统的设计有重要的参考意义。     

冷绝缘超导电缆绝缘材料测试综述

绝缘材料在液氮中的各种性能将直接影响到冷绝缘高温超导(HTS)超导电缆的质量。对四种绝缘材料:电缆纸、聚丙烯层压纸、聚酰亚胺薄膜和低密度聚乙烯薄膜在常温和低温下的电阻率、介电常数、介质损耗角正切、低温介电强度和局部放电进行实验研究和对比,得到了有价值的数据。     

中国聚变工程实验堆启动氚投料量与氚平衡分析

根据中国聚变工程实验堆(CFETR)堆芯设计参数及燃料系统流程模型,采用平均停留时间方法,建立燃料循环子系统的氚转移模型用来描述氚在各子系统之间的输运、滞留等过程。采用该模型,分析了不同聚变功率水平、运行因子以及燃烧率对中国聚变工程实验堆的氚平衡以及启动氚投料量的影响。
