The anti-inflammatory activity of tea polyphenols(TPs) in RAW264.7 macrophages stimulated by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) was investigated in this paper. RAW264.7 macrophages were treated with different concentrations of TP(0, 12.5, 25, 50, 100, and 200 μg/mL) and then stimulated by LPS. Another blank control group was set up. The expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines associated with the nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB) signaling pathway was investigated before and after TP treatment. Pretreatment of RAW264.7 cells with TP decreased the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin 1 beta(IL-1β) pro-inflammatory cytokines. In addition, TP inhibited the phosphorylation of p65 and IκB by blocking the phosphorylation and the degradation of NF-κB inhibitor protein. In conclusion, TP exerts anti-inflammatory effects by regulating the release of inflammatory mediators via the NF-κB signaling pathway. 相似文献

An efficient pressurized capillary electrochromatography (pCEC) method has been successfully developed for the determination of six catechins in tea. The separation was performed on a reversed-phase EP-100-20/45-3-C18 capillary column (total length of 45?cm, effective length of 20?cm, diameter of 100?μm, ODS packing inside for 3?μm). The mobile phase ratio of organic phase, the concentration of phosphate buffer and sodium heptanesulfonate, separation voltage, and other experimental conditions were investigated and optimized. The mobile phase was 15?mM NaH2PO4 and 12?mM sodium heptanesulfonate (pH 3.0)/methanol (64:36) at a flow rate of 0.04?mL/min. Under optimal conditions including applied voltage of ?4?kV and a UV detection wavelength of 230?nm, the six catechins in the tea were well separated. The calibration curves for the analytes had good linearity in the range of 8.02?μg/mL–202.13?μg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.9928–0.9997. The limits of detection (LOD) for the six catechins were 4.62?μg/mL–11.63?μg/mL (S/N?=?3). The recoveries of the six catechins were 96.2%–108.4% with a relative standard deviation (RSD) between 0.78% and 4.51%. The method has been used for the determination of six catechins in tea samples with good results. 相似文献

在λex/λem=450/556 nm,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS)存在下,吖啶橙(AO)-罗丹明6G(R6G)间能够发生有效的能量转移,使R6G荧光大大增强。酸性条件下,茶多酚的加入使体系R6G的荧光发生猝灭。利用AO-R6G能量转移荧光猝灭法定量测定茶多酚,提高了测定的灵敏度和选择性。茶多酚含量在0.75~60mg/L范围内与R6G荧光猝灭程度呈良好线性关系,方法检出限为0.35 mg/L。6次平行测定样品相对标准偏差1.36%~2.17%,回收率为93%~107%。该方法用于茶叶样品中茶多酚含量的测定,结果满意。 相似文献

Three dimensional phytic acid-induced graphene coating was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and fabricated on a stainless-steel wire as a solid phase microextraction (SPME) coating. 研究了pH 4.0-5.0的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲介质中,有CTMAB存在下,1,5-二(2-羟基-5-氯苯)-3-氰基甲月替(HCPCF)与铜的显色反应.铜(Ⅱ)与HCPCF形成1∶3稳定的蓝色配合物,λmax=622nm,ε622=3.3×104L*mol-1*cm-1,在0-24μg/25mL铜浓度范围内符合比耳定律,可直接用于茶叶中微量铜的测定,结果令人满意. 相似文献
