A method for spectral curve deconvolution is described, evaluated and applied to micellar systems. The technique is based on combination of H-point curve isolation method (HPCIM) and H-point standard addition method (HPSAM). HPCIM is used for extracting the spectrum of solute in micellar pseudophase and HPSAM is used for calculation of equilibrium concentrations of solute in aqueous phase for each sample. The outputs of procedure are spectrum of dye molecules in micellar pseudophase free from contribution of the dye in the aqueous phase, and partition coefficients of considered solutes between micelle and water phase. The effects of noise and extent of solute partitioning on the reliability of the method are evaluated using model data. The applications of the method to the study of interaction of two different solutes, m-cresol purple (m-CP) and Azure C with Brij-35 and 2-amino-cyclopentene-1-dithiocarboxylic acid (ACDA) with cetyltrimethylamonium bromide (CTAB) micellar systems are presented. 相似文献

Since non-blind image deconvolution is inherently ill-posed, the results of unregularized methods are often contaminated by noise and ringing artifacts. To reach a stable solution, we adopt the natural image gradient prior to regularize the latent image and obtain an improved version of the Richardson–Lucy (RL) algorithm. We use both synthetic and real world blurred images to test the proposed method. 传统的图像复原一般认为点扩散函数(PSF)是空间不变的,实际光学系统由于受到像差等因素的影响,并非严格的线性空间不变系统,基于空间变化PSF的非盲去卷积图像复原法逐渐体现其优越性。空间变化PSF的非盲去卷积图像复原法先准确估计图像空间变化的PSF,再利用非盲去卷积算法对图像进行复原,有利于恢复出高质量图像。本文从算法的角度综述了近几年提出的基于空间变化PSF的非盲去卷积图像复原方法,并对比了基于强边缘预测估计PSF的非盲去卷积法、基于模糊噪声图像对PSF估计非盲去卷积法等算法的优缺点,各算法分别在PSF估计精确度、振铃效应抑制效果、适用范围等方面体现出各自的优劣。空间变化PSF的非盲去卷积图像复原法的研究,有利于推进图像复原技术向更高水平发展,使光学系统往轻小型化方向发展,从而在多个科学领域发挥其重要作用。 相似文献

convergence of solution, due to estimation of supports of the reconstructed images by a deconvolution in the lower layer.

由条码扫描仪获得条码图像的过程可以用理想条码信号与扫描仪光学系统点扩散函数的卷积模型来描述。反卷积是消除由光学系统点扩散带来的模糊现象的最好办法。为克服反卷积的病态问题,研究了反卷积的正则化方法;针对条码信号的特点,构建了适合于条码信号复原的惩罚项,提出了条码信号的正则化复原算法及其适合于计算机运算的迭代算法。通过实验研究了算法在不同情况下的抗干扰能力。实验结果表明,正则化条码信号复原算法在消除系统点扩散函数的影响的同时能够很好地抑制噪声。 相似文献

Abstract The measurement of temperature in a wall‐stabilized thermal plasma is done by optical emission spectroscopy. The absolute intensity line method, relative intensity line method, and plot of the Boltzmann function are used. Another method, based on the measurement of electron density and calculations of concentrations, is also used. The influence of spectral line deconvolution on temperature profiles is studied. The results obtained by the four methods are compared. The influence of others parameters, such as the accuracy of spectroscopic constants, and the influence of the theoritical calculations of concentrations are also discussed. This work presents a Fourier deconvolution (FD) technique for retrieving the instrument lineshape (ILS) function of high-resolution Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometers. The ILS retrieved by FD is compared with the results obtained using the LINEFIT technique of Hase. The effect of a non-ideal ILS function on quantitative analysis of HBr is explored and improvements in the results of quantitative analyses are demonstrated. 相似文献
