The simultaneous determination of levodopa (LD) and propranolol (PRO) using fluorescence spectrometric technique is described. The method involves measuring the natural fluorescence of these drugs in the micellar media of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) using principal component analysis-feed-forward neural networks (PC-FFNNs). Experimental conditions such as effect of pH and SDS concentration were optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the linear determination ranges of LD and PRO are 2.0 × 10−8 to 1.0 × 10−5 mol L−1 and 3.6 × 10−9 to 1.8 × 10−6 mol L−1, respectively. A set of synthetic binary mixtures of LD and PRO was prepared and their concentrations were predicted by the proposed method. Satisfactory results were obtained by the combination of fluorescence technique with chemometrics methods. The method was successfully applied to the determination of LD and PRO in tap water and in urine samples.  相似文献

A highly sensitive spectrofluorimetric method was developed for the first time, for the analysis of three fluoroquinolones (FQ) antibacterials, namely enrofloxacin (ENR), levofloxacin (LEV) and ofloxacin (OFL) in pharmaceutical preparations through charge transfer (CT) complex formation with 2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-p-benzoquinone (chloranil,CLA). At the optimum reaction conditions, the FQ–CLA complexes showed excitation maxima ranging from 359 to 363 nm and emission maxima ranging from 442 to 488 nm.Rectilinear calibration graphs were obtained in the concentration range of 50–1000, 50–1000 and 25–500 ng mL−1 for ENR, LEV and OFL, respectively.The detection limit was found to be 17 ng mL−1 for ENR, 17 ng mL−1 for LEV, 8 ng mL−1 for OFL, respectively. Excipients used as additive in commercial formulations did not interfere in the analysis. The method was validated according to the ICH guidelines with respect to specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision and robustness. The proposed method was successfully applied to the analysis of pharmaceutical preparations. The results obtained were in good agreement with those obtained using the official method; no significant difference in the accuracy and precision as revealed by the accepted values of t- and F-tests, respectively.  相似文献

Abstract

1, 8-Dihydroxyanthraquinone (1, 8-DHAn) shows a fluorescent reaction with Ca(II) ion in ethanol-water mixtures and ammoniacal medium.

In the present work the 1, 8-DHAn-Ca(II) complex has been studied spectrofluorimetrically. The complex shows two excitation maxima at 485 nm and 495 nm and its emission maximum is centered at 615 nm. A 2:1 (R:C) stoichiometry and a log Kest of 7.38±0.22 for the overall equilibrium have been found for the complex.

A new method for the spectrofluorimetric determination of Ca(II) between 50 and 550 ngml?1 has been proposed. The interference level of foreign ions has been established.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Spectrophotometric and spectrofluorimetric methods were adopted for the analysis of Famotidine and Ranitidine depending on their reaction with 1,4 Benzoquinone reagent at pH 5.2 and 5.6, respectively. The absorbances of the resulting condensation products were measured at 502 and 508 nm for Famotidine and Ranitidine, respectively. Concentrations adhering to Beer's law were from 40-160 μg.ml? for Famotidine and from 20-100 μg.ml? for Ranitidine.

Furthermore the resulting condensation products exhibited fluorescence at 665 nm when excited at 290 nm and the calibration graphs were rectilinear from 0.4-1.4 μg.ml? for Famotidine and from 0.21 μg.ml? for Ranitidine.

Different parameters affecting these reactions were thoroughly studied. Also these methods were applied to the pharmaceutical preparations and the results were satisfactory. The validities of the methods were ascertained by the standard addition technique revealing fine results in consideration to the mean recovery percent and standard deviation.

The spectrofluorimetric method was a hundred times more sensitive then the spectrophotometric method. The proposed methods were sensitive, accurate, and precise as statistically compared with the official methods of analysis of Famotidine and Ranitidine.  相似文献

A rapid, selective, sensitive and simple fluorescence method was developed for the direct determination of celecoxib in capsules. The capsules were emptied, pulverized and dissolved in either ethanol or acetonitrile, sonicated and filtered. Direct fluorescence emission was measured at 355±5 nm (exciting at 272 nm). The method was fully validated and the recoveries were excellent, even in presence of excipients.  相似文献

 A simple and direct spectrofluorimetric method has been developed for the determination of aluminum using alizarin red PS (1,2,4-trihydroxy 9,10-anthraquinone-3-sulfonic acid). The method is based on the strong fluorescence (480/564 nm) of Al3+ and alizarin red. Experimental parameters such as pH, concentration of the ligand, ionic strength of the solution, reaction time and temperature were optimized in order to maximize the analytical signal. Interferences of several ions (anions and cations) were studied and evaluated. The linear range of the method extends from 3 to 100 μg L−1. Limit of detection (3sb) was 0.9 μg L−1. The method was tested with a silicate certified reference material. Interferences were eliminated by a liquid extraction with cupferron. Author for correspondence. 沉积物中的叶绿素及其衍生物不易变化,是生产力的敏感指标。因此,根据其含量和种类可探查陆地生态系统的初级生产力。讨论了沉积物中叶绿素的提取及同步荧光测定叶绿素的方法,并应用于西双版纳热带雨林沉积物中叶绿素的测定,并对其环境意义进行了初步研究。研究发现,在最佳实验条件下,叶绿素a、b的浓度在0.5~200μg/L范围内与荧光信号呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9994、0.9999;其检出限分别为1.410和0.376μg/L。本方法适合批量测定,为沉积物中低含量叶绿素的测定提供了一种简单而快速的测定方法。  相似文献

根据苯甲酸与水杨酸在酸性条件下荧光光谱出现的差异,用同步荧光法同时测定其混合物中二组份。苯甲酸及水杨酸的检测限分别为0.24μg/mL和0.25μg/mL相对标准偏差分别为1.3%和1.2%。方法用于商品杀菌腐剂中苯甲酸与水杨酸的同时测定,结果满意。  相似文献
