In the first part of this review, the authors give a survey on the literature of vibrational spectroscopy of phenol, phenol derivatives, and other phenolic componds from the last decade of the last century through today. The classical and modern methods of vibrational spectroscopy are also introduced and a glossary is included to aid comprehension. The second part deals with the literature regarding the importance of vibrational spectroscopy in the investigation and identification of phenolic compounds in natural substances, the application of vibrational spectroscopy in composite and synthetic polymer chemistry, and following of chemical processes and investigating their resulting products. Vibrational spectroscopy is a very good tool for determination of molecular structures and is important in chemical analysis and in the chemical industry.  相似文献

2(8-羟基喹啉)-2(苯酚)合锆薄膜的制备与性能研究   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:5  
设计合成了一种新型的有机电致发光材料2(8-羟基喹啉)-2(苯酚)合锆(Zr(OPh)2q2),制备了Zr(OPh)2q2薄膜,并利用红外光谱、差热-热重谱、扫描电镜、X射线衍射谱、UV吸收谱和荧光光谱等方法研究了其晶态、热稳定性、能带结构以及光致发光机理。结果表明,Zr(OPh)2q2的熔点为381.2 ℃,分解温度为467.1 ℃,具有非常高的热稳定性,利用真空热蒸镀方法很容易在经过净化处理的玻璃基底上形成高质量、无定形纳米级薄膜,在390 nm紫外光的激发下,Zr(OPh)2q2薄膜产生发光峰为525 nm、半峰宽度为107.6 nm的强黄绿色荧光,其粉体产生强黄色荧光,是一种性能优良的电致发光材料。  相似文献

利用长光程比色池 流动注射系统快速测定水样中的微量挥发酚.该方法的检出限为0.232 μg·L-1,相对标准偏差小于0.553%,相对误差小于0.185%,样品加标回收率在91.0%~99.8%,且标准曲线具有良好线性(r =0.999 9).与传统国标方法(《水质挥发酚的测定4-氨基安替比林分光光度法》,HJ503-2009)相比,样品浓度测定偏差为2.59%~8.25%,在分析速率上,传统的国标方法约为5个·h-1,而该方法分析速率达24个·h-1,能满足大批量样品连续准确测定的要求,特别适合事故性的应急监测.  相似文献

In this article, we report a facile approach for the synthesis of an inexpensive catalyst of bimetallic Hg/Pd alloys comprising nanoparticles with various structures using a unique ultrasonic reaction that is conducted without the use of any reducing agent. The nanoparticles of Hg/Pd alloys (HgPd and Hg2Pd5) were achieved for the first time by sonicating an aqueous solution of Palladium (II) nitrate with metallic liquid mercury, as evidenced by XRD. EDS further confirmed the presence of Pd and Hg elements in the alloy. The surface morphology and structure of the nanoparticles have been systematically investigated by HRSEM, HRTEM and SAED pattern. In order to explore the catalytic activity of the as-synthesized nanoalloys, the catalytic reduction of 4-nitrophenol and a few other nitrophenol derivatives were investigated. Excellent catalytic activity was obtained for Hg/Pd (1:1) alloy, and the rate constant for the reduction of 4-NP with Hg/Pd at room temperature was found to be 58.4 × 10−3 s−1, which is possibly the highest ever reported. The catalyst exhibited superior stability and reusability when compared with those reported in the literature for other catalysts based on noble metals.  相似文献

Abstract

A convenient, rapid H2SO4-promoted regioselective monobromination reaction with N-bromosuccinimide was developed. The desired para-monobrominated or ortho-monobrominated products of phenol derivatives were obtained in good to excellent yields with high selectivity. Regioselective chlorination and iodination were also achieved in the presence of H2SO4 using N-chlorosuccinimide and N-iodosuccinimide, respectively.  相似文献

A family of novel efficient non-oxime compounds exhibited promising reactivation efficacy for VX and sarin inhibited human acetylcholinesterase was discovered. It was found that aromatic groups coupled to Mannich phenols and the introduction of imidazole to the ortho position of phenols would dramatically enhance reactivation efficiency. Moreover, the in vivo experiment was conducted, and the results demonstrated that Mannich phenol L10R1 (30 mg/kg, ip) could afford 100% 48 h survival for mice of 2*LD50 sarin exposure, which is promising for the development of non-oxime reactivators with central efficiency.  相似文献

Considering the important damage caused by the reactive oxygen (ROS) and nitrogen (RNS) species in the human organism, the need for new therapeutic agents, with superior efficacy to the known natural and synthetic antioxidants, is crucial. Quinazolin-4-ones are known for their wide range of biological activities, and phenolic compounds display an important antioxidant effect. Linking the two active pharmacophores may lead to an increase of the antioxidant activity. Therefore, we synthesized four series of new hybrid molecules bearing the quinazolin-4-one and phenol scaffolds. Their antioxidant potential was evaluated in vitro, considering different possible mechanisms of action: hydrogen atom transfer, ability to donate electrons and metal ions chelation. Theoretical quantum and thermodynamical calculations were also performed. Some compounds, especially the ortho diphenolic ones, exerted a stronger antioxidant effect than ascorbic acid and Trolox.  相似文献

The protonation of the electrochemically generated (0.1 M solution of tetrabutylammonium perchlorate in DMF) 1,3-dinitrobenzene (1) dianions with phenol, ethanol, tert-butanol, and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium cation was studied by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry at the carbositall working electrode. The rate constants for the protonation (k) of the dianion of compound 1 by phenol, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium cation, ethanol, and tert-butanol were estimated by the comparison of the data of cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry with the digital simulation results, being 100, 50, 1.5, and 0.01 L mol−1 s−1, respectively. The similarly obtained k value for the protonation of the dianion of 1,4-dinitrobenzene (2) with phenol is 13 L mol−1 s−1. According to the quantum chemical calculation results, the protonation of the dianions of compounds 1 and 2 with phenol and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium cation can be classified as orbital-controlled reactions. A recent controversy regarding the proper assignment of two closely spaced bands in the S1 ← S0 electronic transition of trans-p-coumaric acid (pCA) has been addressed by recording their spectra at full rotational resolution. The results show unambiguously that the carrier of these two bands is p-vinylphenol (pVP), a thermal decomposition product of pCA. The two bands belong to two conformers of pVP; trans-pVP at 33,207.3 cm−1 and cis-pVP at 33,211.8 cm−1.  相似文献

An amide-linked 2,6-bis{[(2-hydroxy-5-tert-butylbenzyl)(pyridyl-2-methyl)-amino]-methyl}-4-methylphenol-ruthenium(II) tris(bipyridine) 2PF6 complex, 1, was first used to recognize Co(II) in EtOH/H2O (1:1, v/v) solution, with the ruthenium(II) tris(bipyridine) moiety selected as a fluorophore and the multi-substituted phenol unit chosen as a receptor. The fluorescence quenching of 1 was attributed to the formation of an inclusion complex between multi-substituted phenol unit and Co(II) by 1:1 complex ratio (K = 2.5 × 105), which has been utilized as the basis of the fabrication of the Co(II)-sensitive fluorescent chemosensor. The analytical performance characteristics of the proposed Co(II)-sensitive chemosensor were investigated. The sensor can be applied to the quantification of Co(II) with a linear range covering from 1.0 × 10−7 to 5.0 × 10−5 M and a detection limit of 5 × 10−8 M. The experiment results show that the response behavior of 1 to Co(II) is pH-independent in medium condition (pH 4.5–9.5) and show excellent selectivity for Co(II) over transition metal cations except Cu(II). The chemosensor has been used for determination of Co(II) in water samples.  相似文献
