Fluorine containing poly(amide-imide)s: synthesis and formation of Langmuir-Blodgett monolayers

Soluble fluorine containing poly(amide-imide)s, PAI(1-4), were synthesized from diimide-dicarboxylic acid, 2,2-bis[N-(4-carboxyphenyl)-phthalimide-1,4-yl]hexafluoropropane with various diamines by direct polycondensation in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) containing CaCl₂ and using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents. The polymers were readily soluble in aprotic polar solvents such as NMP, N,N-dimethylacetamide, dimethyl sulfoxide and tetrahydrofuran. Their Langmuir monolayers were studied at the air/water interface. The monolayers were generally stable at the water surface and could be reproducibly transferred onto solid substrates to build up Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) multilayers. The LB mono- and multilayers were characterized by ultra-violet/visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), surface plasmon resonance, atomic force microscopy.     

配合物Zn(Phe)(NO3)2·H2O(s)的低温热容和标准摩尔生成焓

利用精密自动绝热热量计直接测定了配合物Zn(Phe)(NO3)2·H2O(s) (Phe:苯丙氨酸)在78-370 K温区的摩尔热容. 通过热容曲线的解析得到该配合物的起始脱水温度为, T0=(324.27±0.37) K. 将该温区的摩尔热容实验值用最小二乘法拟合得到摩尔热容(Cp, m)对温度(T)的多项式方程, 并且在此基础上计算出了它的舒平热容值和各种热力学函数值. 依据Hess定律, 通过设计热化学循环, 选择体积为100 mL浓度为2 mol·L-1 的盐酸作为量热溶剂, 利用等温环境溶解-反应热量计分别测定混合物{ZnSO4·7H2O(s)+2NaNO3(s)+L-Phe(s)}和{Zn(Phe)(NO3)2·H2O(s)+Na2SO4(s)}的溶解焓为, ⊿dH0m,1 =(69.42±0.05) kJ·mol-1, ⊿dH0 m,2 =(48.14±0.04) kJ·mol-1, 进而计算出该配合物的标准摩尔生成焓为, ⊿fH0m =-(1363.10±3.52) kJ·mol-1. 另外, 利用紫外-可见(UV-Vis)光谱和折光指数(refractiveindex)的测量结果检验了所设计的热化学循环的可靠性.     

Rapid Mo(CO)6 catalysed one-pot deoxygenation of heterocyclic halo-benzyl alcohols with Lawesson’s reagent

A fast and efficient microwave promoted one-pot method for deoxygenation of heterocyclic halo-benzyl alcohols has been developed. The method does not cause dehalogenation of the substrates and provides the deoxygenated products in high yield after only 30 min.

First isolation of 1,3,2-dithiaphosphetane 2-sulfide

The treatment of tert-alkyl phenyl thioketones with Lawesson’s reagent (LR) gave two diastereomeric 1,3,2-dithiaphosphetane 2-sulfides in high yields. The structure of one of the major diastereomers was determined by X-ray crystallography. The reaction of 2-adamantanethione with LR yielded the corresponding spiro-1,3,2-dithiaphosphetane 2-sulfide derivative in 87% yield.     

New ferrocene-containing structures: Poly(silyl ester)s

Two new polymeric structures containing ferrocene units along the chains, namely poly(silyl ester)s, have been synthesized and characterized: a geminal poly(silyl ester) (g-PSE) and one having a disiloxane spacer between the silyl ester groups (s-PSE). The condensation polymerization of AA/BB monomer systems in solution was used in both cases as preparation method involving a silicon-containing diol, (diphenylsilane diol or 1,3-bis(hydroxy)-tetramethyldisiloxane), and 1,1′-di(chlorocarbonyl)ferrocene. The polymers were investigated by differential pulse voltammetry in order to evaluate the redox behavior. Due to the presence of the silyl ester groups in the chain, these polymers are hydrolytically degradable.     

Laser technology application: Deformation and elastic recovery of semi-crystalline polymers

The elastic deformation-recovery and mechanical properties of semi-crystalline polymers (HDPE, LDPE and their blends) were investigated. An optoelectronic technique based on a laser beam was used to analyze the behavior of the samples under radial stress. The laser technology showed that the recovery process develops in two stages. The first one is governed by the elastic component and the second and slower one is controlled by the inelastic component of the material. At low deformation, the overall recovery is attributed to the development of structural micro-domains generated when shearing the amorphous segments of the polymer. The radial Young modulus was also determined and compared to unidirectional measurements. At low deformation both techniques provide very similar values; nevertheless, the radial Young modulus departs significantly from the unidirectional one when increasing the number of cycles of deformation-recovery.     

Syntheses of Two Potential Ligands for Tc-99m Labeling as Diagnosis Agents of Alzheimer''''s Disease

Two types of ligands-biphenyl and stilbene derivatives, whichcan be labeled with Tc-99m for the diagnosis of Alzheimer'sdisease (AD) have been synthesized successfully. The key stepsin these two syntheses involved Suzuki reaction and Wittig reac-tion respectively. The new discovered debromination reactionmay be expanded to the compounds with double or triple bondadjacent to the carbon atom bearing the bromine atoms. Thesetypes of syntheses provide a route to a series of biphenyl andstilbene derivatives that will benefit the search of new imagingagents for AD.     

含氰基侧基聚芳醚砜的合成与表征

汉２，６－二卤苯甲腈、４，４′－二氯二苯砜、４，４′－二羟基二苯砜、间苯二酚、对苯二酚、酚酞及双酚Ａ为主要原料，合成了含不同结构单元和不同氰基含量的含氰基侧基的聚芳醚砜，并采用ＩＲ、＾１３ＣＮＭＲ等分析手段对其结构进行了表征，同时研究了结构单元和氰基含量对聚芳醚砜性能的影响。
