研究了利用摩擦空穴注入层3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩:聚苯乙烯磺酸(PEDOT:PSS)作为定向层实现聚芴(PFO)薄膜的偏振电致发光,蓝光的色坐标为(0.20,0.21).从聚合物薄膜的紫外可见吸收和光致发光偏振特性,研究了不同定向层摩擦强度、退火温度以及退火时间下PFO薄膜的二向色性,并证明退火温度是决定器件偏振性能的关键因素.当摩擦强度为25 mm退火温度和时间分别为200℃和30 min时,得到较好的偏振性能,器件的电致发光偏振率约为3.

Powders of three hexagonal metal-hydrides or -deuterides are found to align in 4.4–8.3 T magnetic fields used for NMR. The field-alignment is unexpected, since all three systems have very small susceptibilities, as demonstrated by sharp NMR lines. The extent of alignment runs from nearly complete to barely detectable in ZrBe2(H,D)x, LuD3, and YD3, respectively. The preferred alignment direction in ZrBe2(H,D)x is with the crystallites’ c-axis perpendicular to B, while the c-axis and B tend to be parallel in LuD3 and YD3. The susceptibilities χ|| and χ are determined from bulk magnetization measurements in aligned ZrBe2H1.4 powder. The alignment must be considered for proper analysis of NMR spectra in these and related materials. 相似文献

Thermal stability of thin Pt/Cr/Co multilayers and the subsequent changes in their structural, magnetic, and magneto-optical properties are reported. We observe CoCrPt ternary alloy phase formation due to annealing at temperatures about 773 K, which is accompanied by enhancement in the coercivity value. The studied ferronematic is a nematic liquid crystal (ZLI1695) of low negative anisotropy of the diamagnetic susceptibility (χa<0) doped with the magnetic particles Fe3O4. Structural instabilities are interpreted within Burylov and Raikher's theory. The high magnetic fields were oriented perpendicular (Freedericksz transition) or parallel to the initial director. Using capacitance measurements the Freedericksz threshold magnetic field of the ferronematic BFN, and the critical magnetic field Bmax, at which the initial parallel orientation between the director and the magnetic moment of magnetic particles breaks down, have been determined. The values of these quantities have been used to estimate the surface density of the anchoring energy W of liquid crystal molecules on the surface of the magnetic particles. The obtained values indicate a soft anchoring of the liquid crystal on the magnetic particles with a preferred parallel orientation of the magnetic moment of magnetic particles and the director. 相似文献

Ultrasound technology was used to treat rice bran protein (RBP), and the structural and functional properties of ultrasonically treated RBP (URBP) and its chlorogenic acid (CA) complex were studied. When ultrasonic power of 200 W was applied for 10 min, the maximum emission peak λmax of the URBP-CA complex in the fluorescence spectrum was red-shifted by 3.6 nm compared to that of the untreated complex. The atomic force microscope (AFM) analysis indicated that the surface roughness of the complex was minimized (3.89 nm) at the ultrasonic power of 200 W and treatment time of 10 min. Under these conditions, the surface hydrophobicity (H0) was 1730, the contents of the α-helix and β-sheet in the complex were 2.97% and 6.17% lower than those in the untreated sample, respectively, the particle size decreased from 106 nm to 18.2 nm, and the absolute value of the zeta-potential increased by 11.0 mV. Therefore, ultrasonic treatment and the addition of CA changed the structural and functional properties of RBP. Moreover, when ultrasonic power of 200 W was applied for 10 min, the solubility, emulsifying activity index (EAI), and emulsion stability index (ESI) were 68%, 126 m2/g, and 37 min, respectively. 相似文献
