从耳壳藻中分离得到5种化合物,它们的结构经波谱分析确定为3-十六烷酰氧基-2-(11Z)-二十碳烯酰氧基-丙三醇-1-β-D-半乳糖甙(1)、马尾藻甾醇(2)、岩藻甾醇(3)、α十六烷酸甘油酯(4)、二十一烷酸十八烷酯(5).其中(1)为新化合物.  相似文献

应用同步辐射X射线衍射和差示扫描量热法研究了由不同结构的固醇(胆固醇、脱氢胆固醇、豆固醇、谷固醇、麦角固醇以及固醇核)和二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱(DPPC)二元体系形成的液态有序相. 研究表明, 胆固醇比植物固醇(豆固醇和谷固醇)和真菌固醇(麦角固醇)能更有效地与DPPC形成液态有序相(Lo); 有胆固醇或者脱氢胆固醇参与的液态有序相能够在较宽的温度范围内保持稳定, 而由植物固醇和真菌固醇参与的液态有序相对温度有较强的依赖性, 在DPPC主相变温度附近有明显的热致相变过程, 因此这一液态有序相应该进一步区分为Loβ和Loα相. 研究结果有助于阐明固醇尾链在液态有序相以及脂筏中的作用, 也有助于理解在进化过程中动物细胞膜为何选择胆固醇作为主要固醇.  相似文献

One of the crucial steps in determination of sterol oxidation products (SOPs) in foods is their enrichment and purifications by various preparative methods for further analysis by GC and GC–MS. Among the preparative methods, SPE of various adsorbents and solvent systems, are being used most widely. At present, no single step SPE method is suitable to completely separate the SOPs. In this study, a SPE (1 g silica) method, suitable for both transesterified and cold saponified oil samples, was developed to separate completely SOPs from other lipid components. This method resulted in high recovery from rapeseed oil of added 5β,6β-epoxycholestan-3β-ol (94-96%), cholest-5-en-3β-ol-7-one(94%), cholestane-3β,5α,6β-triol (88–91%), cholest-5-en-3β,7α-diol and 5α,6α-epoxycholestan-3β-ol (88–90%). The method has a high sample capacity of up to 1 g transesterified or cold-saponified oil sample. The method was tested and applied to different vegetable oils and to monitor the effects of refining processes on POPs in hazelnut oil.  相似文献

A known sterol, 5α,6α-epoxy-5α-crgosta-8(14),22E-diene-3β,7α-diol ( 1 ), and two new sterols, 5α,6α-epoxy-3β,8β,14α-trihydroxy-5α-ergost-22E-en-7-one ( 2 ), (3α,5α),(8β,11β)-diepidioxy-ergost-22E-en-12-one ( 3 ), were isolated and characterized from dried fruit bodies of Trametes orientalis. A procedure is proposed for the determination of the total amount of sterols in brown algae Bifurcaria bifurcata, Cladostephus hirsitus, Dictyota dichotoma and Cystoseira sedoides, globally determined as fucosterol, which is the major sterol contained in these algae. The method involves the use of cholesterol as reference standard and a correction factor of 1.259 ± 0.003, which represents the ratio between the slopes of calibration lines obtained from fucosterol and cholesterol. The method provides precise and accurate results for the IR analysis of real samples.  相似文献

Mycobacterium neoaurum is ideal strain for bioconversion of sterol into steroid drugs. 96-well plate high throughput screen was validated to be able to discriminate the mimic mixtures of 4-androstene-3,17-dione (AD), androsta-1,4-diene-3,17-dione (ADD) and bisnoraldehyde (BA) optimized by uniform design, which is more rapid and higher throughput than the HPLC-based method.  相似文献

Sterols are a group of molecules found in plants and animals, which have a number of valuable applications. The deodorization residue, referred to as “deodistillate”, was previously considered as a waste but its economical value nowadays increased due to the presence of high concentrations of sterols, tocopherols and other secondary metabolites attractive for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical or food industry. Sterols can be extracted from vegetable oil deodistillate through a variety of physical and chemical separation processes or their combination. Recently, the use of lipase enzymes has been demonstrated to separate sterols more selectively in higher yields and in milder conditions. This article reviews these lipase-assisted sterol extractions and their main advantages and drawbacks in economic and environmental terms.  相似文献

从中国海南岛三亚附近海域采集的肉芝软珊瑚Sarcophyton sp中,分离得5个结晶化合物。通过化学和波谱方法鉴定出他们的结构分别是:24亚甲基胆甾-1α,3β,5α,6β-四醇(1);24-亚甲基胆甾14-烯-3β,6β-二醇(2);2.十六碳酰胺基-十八-4(E),8(E)-二烯-1,3-二醇(3);(2S,3S,5R)-2-十六碳酰胺基-十八-1,3,5-三醇(4);柳珊瑚甾醇(5)。生理活性试验表明,化合物1对人体鼻咽癌(CNE2)和胃癌(NGC-803)细胞有强抑制活性;化合物2对P-388肿瘤细胞有强抑制活性;柳珊瑚甾醇(5)有明显的抗心律失常和减慢心率等作用。  相似文献
