药用植物追风箭的红外光谱分析

本文首次采用傅里叶红外光谱法对追风箭的根、茎、叶和花进行了对比分析。分析表明同株追风箭的四个部位图谱吸收峰的峰形大体相同,但由于它们所属的部位不同,导致它们的化学成分和相对含量的差异,所以体现了它们各自的特征。文章还分析了追风箭的IR图谱和可能的药物活性之间的关系。实验结果表明,追风箭四者的图谱中在1373 cm-1和1252 cm-1附近均有峰,表明它们均具有活血化瘀的功能,这为其"跌打损伤"的主治药效在分子水平上提供了依据经过整体分析,追风箭含有三萜类化合物、生物碱、芳香族化合物和醇等。本文对民医用药和IR图谱的联系作出了首次初步探索。     

Structure elucidation and NMR assignment of two new eudesmane derivatives from Merremia yunnanensis

Two new eudesmane derivatives, 1α,6β,9β-trihydroxy-eudesm-3-ene-1-O-β-d -glucopyranoside ( 1 ) and 1α,6β,9β-trihydroxy-eudesm-3-ene-1-(6-cinnamoyl)-O-β-d -glucopyranoside ( 2 ) were discovered from Merremia yunnanensis. The structures were elucidated by analysis of their spectroscopic data including HR-ESI-MS, 1D, and 2D NMR. It should be noted that this is the first report about structure elucidation and NMR assignment of compounds from M. yunnanensis.

云南松松塔中两种新木脂素圆二色谱的密度泛函研究

采用梯度校正的密度泛函理论方法,计算了云南松松塔中分离的2种新木脂素的绝对结构为7S,8R的手性结构、电子吸收光谱、电子圆二色谱、红外振动光谱和振动圆二色谱,计算值与实验值相符. 分子轨道和振动模式分析,两种新木质素具有相似的手性光谱. 电荷密度转移对电子圆二色谱具有主要贡献;而振动圆二色谱主要源于分子骨架运动.     

Stellarins F and G, two new cyclopeptides from Stellaria yunnanensis

In the previous papers,we reported the structural elucidation of stellarins A-E,fivenew cyclopeptides from the fresh roots of Stellaria yunnanensis Franch.Further chemical study on this plant led to the isolation of two other new cyclopeptides named stellarins F(l) and G(2).By a combination of 2D-NMR,enzymatic degradation and FABMS,their structures were established to be cyclo(Gly-Ala-Gly-Ser-Pro-Trp-Phe-Pro) and cyclo(Gly-Ala-Tyr-Leu-Ala),respectively.     

从中药繁缕中几个黄酮碳苷成分的分离和分析看LC-MS-MS技术的优势与不足

繁缕[Stellariamedia(L.)Cyr.]为石竹科植物繁缕的茎、叶,具有活血、去瘀、下乳、催生作用,主要含皂苷、黄酮、酚酸、氨基酸等成分。贵州民间作为降血脂药物应用,效果很好。文献调研表明,其活性成分可能为黄酮苷类化合物。我们采用大孔吸附树脂技术,得到了其主要活性部位,并采用液相色谱-质谱技术,初步分析了其中的主要成分。它们主要是黄酮碳苷类化合物,其中3个成分的相对分子质量均为594,分别以不同方式与两个六碳糖相连接;另外3个成分的相对分子质量为564,分别也以不同方式与1个六碳糖和1个五碳糖相连接。本文报道对相对分子质量为594的主要成分的分离和LC-MS-MS分析,结果显示了该技术在中药分离和分析中的巨大优势,同时也显露出它在分析异构体时的局限性。我们采用1D-HOHAHA技术分析出了该成分两个异构体的结构特征。     

A New Taxane Diterpenoid from the Seeds of Taxus yunnanensis

Plant from the genus of Taxus are a rich source of biologically active diterpennodsbelonging to the unique structural family of taxoids'. Complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR data of three new dihydrophenanthrofurans from Pleione yunnanensis

Three new dihydrophenanthrofurans, pleionesins A–C (1–3), together with two known dihydrophenanthrenes (4–5) were isolated from the tubers of Pleione yunnanensis (Rolfe). The complete ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectra assignments of these compounds were carried out using 1D and 2D NMR experiments (¹H, ¹³C, selective 1D NOE, HSQC and HMBC). Four New Taxoids from the Barks of Taxus yunnanensis

The ongoing study of our previous work1-4 led to the isolation of four new taxoids from the barks of Taxus yunnanensis. One of them belonged to a paclitaxel analogue named 7-xylosyl-taxol D, the others were 11(15?1)-abeotaxoids with an opened D-ring system, named taxuyunnanines P-R respectively.
