This paper describes the application of Snyman's dynamic minimisation method to a fitted potential surface of H3. Comparisons are made with conventional algorithms. A method is described to extend Snyman's method so that it will find only a particular kind of stationary point. It is emphasized that this method enables saddle points to be found without having to resort to approaches based on trial and error.  相似文献

In this work, the electrochemical behavior of ferrocene (Fc) was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs) of 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (EMIBF4) on glass carbon (GC), edge plane pyrolytic graphite (EPPG) and multi‐walled carbon nanotube (MWCNTs)‐modified EPPG electrodes, respectively. The results demonstrated that on GC electrode, pairs of well‐defined reversible peaks were observed, while for the electrode of EPPG, the peak potential separation (ΔEp) is obviously larger than the theoretical value of 59 mV, hinting that the electrode of EPPG is distinguished from the commonly used electrode, consistent with the previous proposition that EPPG has many “defects”. To obtain an improved electrochemical response, multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were modified on the electrode of EPPG; the increased peak current and promoted peak potential separation not only proved the existence of “defects” in MWCNTs, but also supported that “creating active points” on an electrode is the main contribution of MWCNTs. Initiating the electrochemical research of Fc on the MWCNTs‐modified EPPG electrode in RTILs and verifying the presence of “defects” on both EPPG and MWCNTs using cyclic voltammograms (CVs) of Fc obtained in RTILs of EMIBF4, is the main contribution of this preliminary work.  相似文献

应用扫描电化学显微镜研究了室温离子液体(Omim·Tf2N)与1,2-二氯乙烷(DCE)混合溶液/水界面上的电子转移反应. 在保持共同离子(Tf2N-)的浓度比恒定及异相电子转移反应由界面电势差所决定的条件下, 研究了离子液体和DCE混合溶液中二茂铁(Fc)与水相中亚铁氰化钾[K4Fe(CN)6]之间异相电子转移反应. 探讨了混合溶液中离子液体的体积分数(xRTIL)的变化对混合溶液/水界面上电子转移反应的影响. 结果表明, 随着xRTIL的减小(从1减小到0.1), Fc在混合溶液中的扩散系数单调递增(从2.730×10-7 cm2·s-1增加到9.131×10-6 cm2·s-1); 而异相电子转移反应速率常数(k)则先逐渐减小(从8.0 mol-1·cm·s-1减小到0.32 mol-1·cm·s-1), 之后又略有增大(从0.32 mol-1·cm·s-1增大到0.48 mol-1·cm·s-1). 对这种现象可能的原因进行了较详细探讨.  相似文献

The crystallization process of a simple liquid upon slow cooling has been modeled by the Monte-Carlo method. The model contains 10,000 Lennard-Jones atoms in the model box with periodic boundary conditions. The model structure is investigated at different stages of crystallization using Delaunay simplices. The simplex belonging to one or another particular crystal structure was determined by the shape of the given simplex taking into account the shape of its neighboring simplices. Simplices typical of the fcc and hcp crystal structures, as well as of polytetrahedral aggregates, not typical of crystals, were studied. The analysis has shown that the “precursors” of a hcp structure are strongly dominating over the “precursors” of a fcc structure in liquid phase before the beginning of crystallization. When crystallization starts, small embryos of the fcc structure are observed; the simplices peculiar to hcp are present at that in great amount, but they are distributed over the sample more uniformly. As crystallization proceeds, the portion of the fcc phase grows faster than hcp. However, no unified crystal appears in our case of slow cooling of the model. A complex polycrystalline structure containing crystalline regions with multiple twinning, pentagonal prisms and elements of icosahedral structures arises instead.  相似文献

Summary Packings and stationary phases applied to high resolution separations of proteins, enzymes, and nucleic acids must satisfy a series of distinct criteria that are different from those usually required by HPLC of low molecular weight non-biologically active analytes. These requirements have been met through substantial improvements in classical gel media together with novel developments in silica supports, and have led to a family of products with tailor-made and reproducible properties. Supports consisting of cross-linked organic gels, and inorganic materials (mostly silicas) are now available with graduated particle sizes, pore sizes, porosities and surface areas as well as non-porous beads. A whole range of stationary phases, such as reversed phase, hydrophobic interaction, ion exchanger and affinity packings, were designed for application as chemical sensors for biopolymer recognition in adsorptive chromatography. The phase systems are operated in the gradient mode, giving high resolution and high peak capacities. In addition, aqueous liquid-liquid partitioning systems have been developed for the fractionation of proteins and nucleic acids. Size exclusion media complete the set of HPLC variants enabling a discrimination of proteins according to their size and shape in an isocratic elution mode. Basically, protein purification and isolation is a multistage process where-by the HPLC variants are combined in a logistic sequence, utilizing the different selectivities of the phase systems and thus maximising resolution, speed and throughput.  相似文献

An efficient and green approach was developed to prepare 6-aryl-2,4-diamino-1,3,5-triazines from corresponding arylnitriles and dicyanodiamide in ionic liquid [bmim][PF6] under computer-controlled microwave irradiation. Lipase-catalyzed enantioselective acylation of 1-phenylethylamine and 2-phenyl-1-propylamine was performed by reacting the amines with carboxylic acids in a non-solvent system or in ionic liquids as reaction media.
