近年来,微生物腐蚀受到广泛重视。本文根据生物膜的结构特征,以含羧酸官能团的β-D甘露糖醛酸单元等构成的天然高分子多糖凝胶沉积于电极表面,形成模拟生物膜,初步建立起模拟生物膜环境的实验方法,并探讨了模拟海水NaCl溶液中生物膜对10CrMoAl、E2低合金钢和18-8不锈钢腐蚀行为的影响。采用极化曲线法、电偶电流测试及交流阴抗谱等电化学方法研究了上述材料在模拟生物膜环境中的腐蚀电化学行为,得到了一些  相似文献

Abstract

In this article, we investigated the effect of martensite morphology on the mechanical properties and formability of dual phase steels. At first, three heat treatment cycles were subjected to a low-carbon steel to produce ferrite–martensite microstructure with martensite morphology of blocky-shaped, continuous, and fibrous. Tensile tests were then carried out so as to study mechanical properties, particularly the strength and strain hardening behavior of dual phase steels. In order to study the formability of dual phase samples, Forming Limit Diagram was obtained experimentally and numerically. Experimental forming limit diagram was obtained using Nakazima forming test, while Finite Element Method was utilized to numerically predict the forming limit diagram. The results indicated that the dual phase samples with fibrous martensite morphology had the highest tensile properties and strain rate hardening out of the three different microstructures. Blocky-shaped martensite morphology, on the other hand, had the worst mechanical properties. The study of the strain hardening behavior of dual phase sample by Kocks–Mecking-type plots, evinced two stages of strain hardening for all specimens with different microstructures: stages III and IV. The forming limit diagram of dual phase steels also proved that samples with fibrous martensite morphology had the best formability compared to other two microstructures. The simulated forming limit diagram manifested that there is a good agreement between experimental results and those obtained by FEM.  相似文献

不锈钢(AISI 316L)是目前在医药器械中应用最为广泛的商业化材料. 下一代的不锈钢智能材料将特殊功能的生物活性分子(或纳米粒子)修饰在金属表面以模拟组织功能、提高生物/细胞相容性, 这是目前材料科学研究的热点领域之一. 本文研究了具有微纳米多孔表面结构的316L 不锈钢对抗体和生物酶分子的吸附作用,并与这些生物分子在光滑表面以及镀金表面的吸附进行了比较. 研究发现不锈钢可通过简单的电化学腐蚀方法在表面产生微纳米多孔结构. 微纳米孔不锈钢表面可稳定地吸附抗体或辣根过氧化物酶分子, 其吸附量与喷镀金表面相当或更好. 用表面活性剂(10%牛血清白蛋白(BSA)或0.2% Tween-20)洗涤不能除去吸附的蛋白.用5% Tween-20 预处理金属表面, 则可减少一半的抗体吸附量; 但表面活性剂预处理对辣根过氧化物酶的吸附没有影响. 吸附蛋白质后的金属表面湿润度大大增加; 蛋白质修饰的微纳米孔不锈钢表面表现出了很好的亲水性(水接触角小于50°), 指示了很好的生物相容性. 而金属表面的湿润度则主要取决于蛋白质物种, 并与蛋白质的吸附量正相关. 吸附于不锈钢微纳米孔表面的抗体仍保持了良好的生物活性; 用此种方式制备的抗CD34抗体修饰的不锈钢血管支架可以高密度并高选择性地吸附其目标细胞(如KG-1细胞). 本文工作为未来制备新型的无高聚物涂层的不锈钢智能医学生物材料提供了基础.  相似文献

Sintering stainless steel powders was initially used to prepare the inlet frit in fused silica capillaries. The use of such inlet frits and outlet frits sintered by the stationary phase itself in the capillary to retain C18 particles was demonstrated to withstand the long exposure, up to a high pressure of 60 MPa, for packing and the prepare column was stable and robust enough to do the continuous chromatographic operations. Characterization of the inlet and outlet frits by scanning electron micrography showed the fused metal particles formed a porous network in the capillary inlet and the homogenous separation beddings were obtained by slurry packing.  相似文献

Polyaniline (PANi), poly(2-iodoaniline) (PIANi), and poly(aniline-co-2-iodoaniline) (co-PIANi) were synthesized using cyclic voltammetry in acetonitrile solution containing tetrabuthylammonium perchlorate (TBAP) and perchloric acid (HClO4) on 304-stainless steel electrodes. Adherent and black polymer films were obtained on the electrodes. The structure and properties of these polymer films were characterized by FTIR and UV-vis spectroscopy and electrochemical method. The corrosion performance of PANi, PIANi, and co-PIANi coated electrodes were investigated in 0.5 M hydrochloric acid (HCl) solutions by potentiodynamic polarization technique, open circuit potential-time curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, EIS. It was found that the PANi film could provide much better protection than PIANi, and co-PIANi and PANi films have barrier property as well as acting as passivator. On the other hand PIANi and co-PIANi films are acting as barrier coatings which were related with the prevention of cathodic reaction taking place at metal\electrolyte interface. EIS measurement shows that every coating gives protection efficiency of greater than 75% after 48 h of immersion time in corrosive test solution.  相似文献

Three different techniques were used to produce thin oxide layers on polished and sputter-cleaned duplex stainless-steel samples. These samples were exposed to 10−5 mbar of pure oxygen inside the vacuum chamber, exposed to ambient conditions for 24 h, and plasma oxidized. The oxide layers thus produced were analysed using XPS depth profiling in order to determine the oxide layers’ compositions with depth. We found that all the techniques produce oxide layers with different traces of metallic components and with the maximum concentration of chromium oxide shifted towards the oxide-layer-bulk-metal interface. A common characteristic of all the oxide layers investigated is a double-oxide stratification, with regions closer to the surface exhibiting higher concentrations of iron oxide and those more in-depth exhibiting higher concentrations of chromium oxide. A simple non-destructive Thickogram procedure was used to corroborate the thickness estimates for the thinnest oxide layers.  相似文献

An austenitic heat resisting steel containing 25% Cr and 19% Ni was internally carbonitrided in an atmosphere of 0.5% C3H6, 9.5% H2 and 90% N2. Immediately below the alloy surface, globular precipitates were observed. At greater depth, two zones of lamellar morphology precipitates were observed to form. M7C3 was found directly beneath the surface and M23C6 was found closer to the reaction front. The lamellar carbide morphology is more typically characteristic of the precipitates formed during nitriding rather than carburising, suggesting that nitrogen plays some role in the precipitation process. A focused ion beam (FIB) miller was used to create thin, electron transparent locations at specific regions in the precipitation zone in order to characterise, via transmission electron microscopy, the crystallography and composition of the phases present. In this study, thin areas were produced in the lamellar region at the transition between the M23C6 and M7C3 regions. The composition, crystal structure, and orientation relationships are reported and compared to those found previously at both the internal precipitation front and the sample surface.  相似文献

基于物理冶金原理建立了微合金钢在热轧过程中流变应力、回复、再结晶和析出模型,模拟了含Nb微合金钢Nb(C,N)析出动力学,并利用Thermo-Calc软件计算了不同条件下析出粒子形核驱动力和元素平衡含量值,同时考虑了回复和再结晶对析出的影响.计算结果表明,该模型对含Nb微合金钢在不同热轧形变条件下模拟结果与实验结果符合较好,因此可以有效预测在不同热轧形变条件下析出粒子体积分数和析出粒子尺寸. 关键词: 微合金钢 位错密度 回复 再结晶  相似文献

 利用强流脉冲离子束(HIPIB)对316L不锈钢进行了表面辐照处理,研究了HIPIB辐照对其在0.5mol/L H2SO4溶液中电化学腐蚀性能的影响。极化曲线测量结果表明,HIPIB辐照能够显著提高316L的抗腐蚀性能,自腐蚀电流对辐照次数的依赖性与自腐蚀电位相比明显较强。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和电子探针(EPMA)分析辐照后试样表面形貌、表面层相结构和元素分布的变化。结果表明:HIPIB辐照使试样表面光滑化,表面层产生择优取向,且发生了杂质元素的选择性烧蚀,是316L不锈钢耐电化学腐蚀性能得以提高的主要原因。  相似文献

High radiation resistant structural materials for fusion and fission nuclear power plants are a key issue for the development of both types of reactors. Selection criteria, elements of metallurgy of the selected materials, and the major issues as they are revealed by the results of the present development programmes, are presented. At low temperature (300 °C) ferritic/martensitic steels are suffering from He-embrittlement, associated with possible hardening due to α/α unmixing. The kinetics of hardening and embrittlement versus dose, especially saturation with dose, are still open key issues, difficult to settle on the basis of a purely experimental programme. Important progress is still to be made in mastering the initial microstructure, inclusion cleanness and joining techniques of oxide dispersion strengthened steels for higher heat resistance. Physics modeling as presented in this issue should promote guidance to the understanding of the mechanisms involved, provide solutions to master the initial microstructure and phase stability, and mitigate the in-service property degradation.
