Two new phenylspirodrimanes, stachybotrin H (1) and stachybotrysin H (9) together with eleven known analogues (2–8, 10–13) were isolated from deep-sea derived Stachybotrys sp. MCCC 3A00409. Their structures were determined by extensive NMR data and mass spectroscopic analysis. Compounds 9–12 showed weak cytotoxicity against three human cancer cell lines K562, Hela and HL60 with IC50 in the range of 18.5–52.8 μM.  相似文献

This study was designed to examine the effect of operating conditions on essential oil composition and antioxidant activity of coriander cakes. Twenty-nine components were determined in essential oils, which were mostly alcohol monoterpenes. The highest essential oil yields (0.11%) were obtained by the nozzle diameter of 5 mm. The main components of cake essential oil linalool, γ-terpinene, geranyl acetate, linalyl acetate and camphor showed significant variations with different nozzle diameter.The total phenol contents and condensed flavonoid contents varied between different nozzle diameters; the highest values obtained of small diameters (5 and 6 mm). Significant differences were also found in total tannin contents among different nozzle diameters. The total phenol contents decreased significantly (p < 0.05) when increased the nozzle diameter to 9 mm and reached 9.11 mg GAE/g.The screening of antioxidant activity of the different coriander cakes using the di(phenyl)-(2,4,6-trinitrophenyl) iminoazanium radical (DPPH) assay showed an appreciable reduction of the stable radical DPPH, although small nozzle diameter was the most efficient method with an IC50 reached of 55 μg/ml as compared with bigger diameter (IC50 = 88 μg/ml).All the extracts had lower β-carotene bleaching activity than that of synthetic antioxidant BHA and BHT. Coriander cake extracts presented a very low reducing power ability (EC50 ≈ 700 μg/ml) compared to ascorbic acid (EC50 = 40 μg/ml).  相似文献

The free vibration of axially functionally graded (FG) tapered Timoshenko curved beams is studied with the numerical approach. By using the non-uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) basis functions, the exact geometry and the generalized displacement field are formulated. Variable geometric parameters and material properties, including the curvature, cross-sectional area, area moment of inertia, mass density, and Young’s modulus, are expanded as functions of the coordinate in a parametric domain. Based on Hamilton’s principle, the weak formulation is derived by applying a refined constitutive relation which considers the thickness effect. Natural frequencies and mode shapes are obtained from the eigenvalue equation. Circular, elliptic, and parabolic curved beams are considered in numerical examples. The obtained results are in good agreement with those in the existing studies and those calculated by the finite element software ANSYS. Moreover, the effects of the material gradient, taper ratio, slenderness ratio, and heightspan ratio on vibration behaviors are discussed.  相似文献

In this paper, thermal buckling and free vibration of orthogonally stiffened functionally graded truncated conical shells in thermal environment is investigated. Conical shell has been stiffened by rings and stringers, and the influences of the stiffeners are evaluated by the aid of smearing method. The material properties of the structure are assumed to be changed continuously in the thickness direction. First, the initial thermal stresses are obtained accurately by solving the thermoelastic equilibrium equations. Then, by taking into account the initial thermal stresses, equations of motion as well as boundary conditions are obtained, applying the Hamilton’s principle and the first-order shear deformation theory. The natural frequencies of the system have been achieved, solving these governing equations with considering Differential Quadrature Method (DQM). In addition to Eigen frequency analysis, the critical buckling-temperature of the conical shell has been computed. Moreover, the effects of geometrical parameters, number of stiffeners, thermal environment and various boundary conditions on natural frequency of the system have been investigated. Finally, in order to validate the present work, the results are compared with those of other researches available in literature.  相似文献

The Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons reaction of ferrocenecarboxaldehyde with various phosphonate-stabilized carbanions has been performed under ultrasound irradiation. The reaction time at ambient temperature was considerably shortened (5–15 min) compared to nonsonicated conditions requiring often refluxing for 6–24 h. Control of the reaction time can be achieved by tuning the base strength in different solvents. This method was successfully applied to the preparation of various 2-substituted vinylferrocenes. The as-prepared (E)-2-ferrocenylvinylphosphonic acid was used to modify ITO electrodes to form redox-active functionalized ITO electrodes which have been characterized by means of electrochemical techniques.  相似文献

In the present paper, a refined trigonometric higher-order plate theory is simply derived, which satisfies the free surface conditions. Moreover, the number of unknowns of this theory is the least one comparing with other shear theories. The effects of transverse shear strains as well as the transverse normal strain are taken into account. The number of unknown functions involved in the present theory is only four as against six or more in case of other shear and normal deformation theories. The bending response of FG rectangular plates is presented. A comparison with the corresponding results is made to check the accuracy and efficiency of the present theory. This paper analyzes the nonlocal thermal buckling and postbuckling behaviors of a multi-layered graphene nanoplatelet(GPL) reinforced piezoelectric micro-plate.
