The wetting of an attractive planar wall by liquid at liquid-gas coexistence is investigated from a microscopic point of view. A model for interface detachment due to thermal fluctuations is first worked out. An empirical framework for distinguishing between first-order and continuous wetting transitions is then set up, and quantified by the introduction of the van der Waals mean field model. This is solved for strong, short-range and weak, long-range forces. The role of fluctuations is reconsidered, and the nature of the required corrections examined, both for wall-fluid and fluid-fluid interfaces.This paper was presented at the conference on the Statistical Mechanics of Phase Transitions-Mathematical and Physical Aspects, Tebo, Czechoslovakia, September 1–6, 1986.  相似文献

We developed capillary zone electrophoresis with transient isotachophoresis (ITP) as an on-line concentration procedure for simultaneous determination of iodide and iodate in seawater. The effective mobility of iodide was decreased by addition of 20 mM cetyltrimethylammonium chloride to an artificial seawater background electrolyte so that transient ITP functioned for both iodide and iodate. Limits of detection for iodide and iodate were 4.0 and 5.0 microg/l (as iodine) at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. Values of the relative standard deviation of peak area, peak height, and migration times for iodide and iodate were 2.9, 1.3, 1.0 and 2.3, 2.1, 1.0%, respectively. The proposed method was applied to simultaneous determination of iodide and iodate in seawater collected at a pond at our university.  相似文献

 采用毛细管气相法 ,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标 ,对乙草胺、乙氧氟草醚的混剂进行定量分析。条件为 60m× 0 53mmi d ,膜厚 1 5μm(SE 30固定液 )熔融石英毛细管柱 ,柱温为 2 30℃ ,检测器、汽化室温度为2 50℃ ,载气 (N2 )的流速为 1 5mL/min。该方法检测乙草胺和乙氧氟草醚含量 (质量分数 )的标准偏差分别为0 44%和 0 47% ,平均相对标准偏差 (RSD) (n =1 0 )分别为 0 79%和 0 88% ,平均回收率 (n =1 0 )分别为 99 3 %和 1 0 0 1 %。该方法能分开乙氧氟草醚的两个同分异构体 ,操作简便 ,定量准确。  相似文献

用5%Ph-Me-Silicone毛细管色谱柱,FID,二阶程序升温,以正十六烷作为内标物测定速效伤风胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因、马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。浓度线性范围:对乙酰氨基酚4~20g/L,咖啡因0.084~0.42g/L,马来酸氯苯那敏0.15~0.75g/L。平均回收率(n=5):对乙酰氨基酚99.62%(RSD=0.44%)咖啡因96.46%(RSD=1.32%),马来酸氯苯那敏98.55%(RSD=0.65%)。  相似文献

探讨了温度、加热时间、花生油的量对胆固溶氧化的影响情况。用毛细管气相色谱法检出6种胆固溶氧化物。在一定范围内,氧化产物的组成和含量随加热温度升高和加热时间延长明显增加,而随着花生油量增加有明显减小的趋势。  相似文献

A simple, single-step derivatization technique is presented for capillary GC-FID and GC-MS separation and identification of common protein and non-protein constituents of natural peptides as their tert-butyldimethylsilyl (TBDMS) derivatives. The tert-butyldimethyl-silylation of more than sixty compounds was accomplished with high yields and a single peak observed for each component. The TBDMS derivatives of both the protein and non-protein substances, moreover, exhibit excellent separation on apolar capillary columns and can be resolved completely using a polydimethylsiloxane or 5 % phenyl polydimethylsiloxane column and, complementarily, a 50 % phenyl polydimethylsiloxane column. Retention data and molar responses of the TBDMS derivatives on the polydimethylsiloxane column are compiled. Direct coupling of the 5 % phenyl polydimethylsiloxane column to an ion trap mass spectrometer enabled fast separation and identification of the investigated components, at nanomole to picomole levels, on the basis of retention and mass spectral data. The general usefulness of the method is demonstrated by research into new biologically active peptides isolated from entomopathogenic fungi.  相似文献

Separation of mutant from nonmutant DNA sequences of 100 bp may be accomplished by using defined denaturing conditions of chemical denaturant and/or elevated temperature during electrophoresis on either polyacrylamide slab gels (denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis, DGGE) or capillary gels (constant denaturant capillary electrophoresis, CDCE). In analysis of mutant directly from a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) product mixture, both have detection sensitivities of approximately 1%. CDCE that facilitates an intermediate mutant enrichment step permits detection of mutants at fractions as low as 2 x 10(-6). Here we report the successful application of both approaches to scan for mutations of the human beta-globin gene (HBB) in two human population samples of approximately 5000 persons in the HBB. Using DGGE, the coding region and flanking intronic splice sites of HBB were scanned in a population of 4949 Han Chinese individuals in pool sizes of 48 individual DNA samples. Four point mutations ranging in mutant frequency from 0.5 to 0.0002 were identified. Using CDCE with a mutant enrichment step, these same sequences were scanned in a population of 5028, predominantly African-American juveniles (<9 years) as a single pooled DNA sample. Three point mutations were identified ranging in mutant frequency from 0.13 to 0.0005. This study shows that both the DGGE/small pool and the CDCE/large pool approaches offer the means to define the fine structure map of genetic variation in large population samples, and with appropriately engineered facilities to provide high throughput, should be useful in pangenomic scans to discover genes carrying casual mutations for common diseases.  相似文献
