 采用化学气相沉积技术,利用旋转涂膜法制备催化剂基底材料,通过对涂膜过程中的角速度、旋转时间以及基底还原过程中温度的控制改变催化剂颗粒的分布状态,获得了粒径均匀分布的催化剂基底,该基底上催化剂颗粒集中分布在47~62 nm区间,再利用该基底生长出定向碳纳米管阵列。运用扫描电镜、透射电镜、拉曼光谱仪对样品进行了表征。结果表明旋转涂膜法制备的基底平整性好于普通的滴膜法,且较其它基底制备方法具有简单易控、可使催化剂均匀分散等特点。利用该基底制备的碳纳米管阵列定向性良好。  相似文献

金属中自旋翻转散射长度远长于电子平均自由程,近来关于自旋翻转散射效应的研究主要集中于扩散区域.文章作者提出了一种使用双势垒磁性隧道结来研究纳米尺度结构中弹道区域的自旋翻转散射效应的新方法.这种方法可以从磁电输运性质的测量,得出中间隔离层中的自旋翻转散射效应的温度和偏压关系,进一步可以得出诸如电子平均自由程和自旋翻转散射长度等自旋散射信息,以及中间层的态密度和量子阱信息.  相似文献

We observe the negative shift of the magnetic hysteresis loop at 5 K, while the sample is cooled in external magnetic field in case of 30% of Fe substitution in LaMnO3. The negative shift and training effect of the hysteresis loops indicate the phenomenon of exchange bias. The cooling field dependence of the negative shift increases with the cooling field below 7.0 kOe and then, decreases with further increase of cooling field. The temperature dependence of the negative shift of the hysteresis loops exhibits that the negative shift decreases sharply with increasing temperature and vanishes above 20 K. Temperature dependence of dc magnetization and ac susceptibility measurements show a sharp peak (Tp) at 51 K and a shoulder (Tf) around 20 K. The relaxation of magnetization shows the ferromagnetic and glassy magnetic components in the relaxation process, which is in consistent with the cluster-glass compound.  相似文献

Low-lying two-quasiparticle bandhead energies for the Z = 99 odd-odd nucleus 254Es are evaluated using a simple phenomenological model with the inclusion of the residual p-n interaction. Configurations of the intrinsic levels directly fed in 254Es from the parent 258Md are discussed in the light of this model. Our analysis predicts the occurrence of ten K≤5 bandheads in 254Es with excitation energies E x≤300keV. Structures of these as yet unidentified low-lying intrinsic levels and their expected locations are discussed in the light of available experimental information.  相似文献

Excitations of the polaron types are investigated in the spin-1/2 quantum chain with XY exchange and Dzyaloshinsky-Moriya interaction, both coupled to acoustic vibrations of the substrate lattice. The study is carried out via Jordan-Wigner transformation with the help of which the spin chain is mapped onto a chain of spinless fermions. From the resulting effective fermion-lattice Hamiltonian, the discrete equations of motion are derived. These equations are solved in the continuum limit for self-trapped states near the bottom of the fermion spectrum interacting with long-wavelength acoustic lattice modes. The associate polaron solution, which has a pulse shape, is shown to propagate bound to the induced lattice kink distortion by translation along the chain at a constant velocity v. The pair can also experience an additional acceleration ϑ0 when the free fermion charge is excited above its groundstate. The polaron binding energy is strongly reduced, depending quadratically on the ratio D/J of the Dzyaloshinsky-Moriya interaction strength D to the isotropic XY exchange interaction J. It is also found that polaron parameters depend only on the XY spin-lattice coupling but not on the Dzyaloshinsky-Moriya contribution.  相似文献

Isomeric states in 214Th and 213Th were identified by means of γ -rays measured in delayed coincidence with the implanted evaporation residues. These were produced in irradiations of 164Dy with 54Cr projectiles and separated in-flight by the velocity filter SHIP. An isomeric state of I π = 8+ with a half-life of (1.24±0.12) μs was identified in 214Th . The configuration π[1h 9/2 ⊗ 2f 7/2] was assigned to this state. An isomeric state with a half-life of (1.4±0.4) μs was observed in 213Th . Tentatively it was assigned to an I π = 13/2+ state.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to investigate the effects of external optical injection taking account of polarization and electron spin properties in vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs). Using external polarized injection we seek the locked phases and amplitudes of specific polarized fields in terms of injection level and frequency detuning, taking account of two kinds of distinguishable carrier density (spin-up and spin-down). For the conventional form of optical injection without taking account of spin-polarized fields there are three fundamental equations describing the carrier density, field amplitude and phase. However, by using the spin flip model (SFM), the combined effect of polarized fields along two perpendicular crystal axes and electron spin properties results in six equations. We analyse the conditions for stable locking and also the influence of birefringence effects on the stability map of detuning versus optical injection for both cases of injection polarized parallel and perpendicular to the lasing mode of the solitary VCSEL. For given values of pumping and spin relaxation rate there is a minimum birefringence rate for orthogonal injection. Above this value three regions of elliptical polarization are found in the stability map, namely “quasi-stability” (QS), “coupled limit cycle” (CLC) and “coupled chaos” (CC). The three regions of linear polarization, namely chaos, limit cycle and stability, are reduced in area compared to the case of parallel injection. For orthogonal injection it is found that increased birefringence or reduced spin relaxation rate causes the stable locking region to begin at higher injected power and frequency detuning.  相似文献

Global optimization is one of the key challenges in computational physics as several problems, e.g. protein structure prediction, the low-energy landscape of atomic clusters, detection of community structures in networks, or model-parameter fitting can be formulated as global optimization problems. Extremal optimization (EO) has become in recent years one particular, successful approach to the global optimization problem. As with almost all other global optimization approaches, EO is driven by an internal dynamics that depends crucially on one or more parameters. Recently, the existence of an optimal scheme for this internal parameter of EO was proven, so as to maximize the performance of the algorithm. However, this proof was not constructive, that is, one cannot use it to deduce the optimal parameter itself a priori. In this study we analyze the dynamics of EO for a test problem (spin glasses). Based on the results we propose an online measure of the performance of EO and a way to use this insight to reformulate the EO algorithm in order to construct optimal values of the internal parameter online without any input by the user. This approach will ultimately allow us to make EO parameter free and thus its application in general global optimization problems much more efficient.  相似文献

Mixed needlets     
The construction of needlet-type wavelets on sections of the spin line bundles over the sphere has been recently addressed in Geller and Marinucci (2008) [14], and Geller et al. (2008, 2009) [12] and [13]. Here we focus on an alternative proposal for needlets on this spin line bundle, in which needlet coefficients arise from the usual, rather than the spin, spherical harmonics, as in the previous constructions. We label this system mixed needlets and investigate in full their properties, including localization, the exact tight frame characterization, reconstruction formula, decomposition of functional spaces, and asymptotic uncorrelation in the stochastic case. Integrable systems underlying the Seiberg-Witten solutions for the N = 2 SQCD with gauge groups SO(n) and Sp(n) are proposed. They are described by the inhomogeneous XXX spin chain with specific boundary conditions given by reflection matrices. We attribute reflection matrices to orientifold planes in the brane construction and briefly discuss its possible deformations.  相似文献
