Shen‐Shuai‐Ning (SSN) granule, a traditional Chinese medicine formula, is widely used in clinical practice for treating chronic renal failure. However, its detailed chemical profile is unknown. Here, HPLC‐ESI‐QTOF‐MS was employed for the systematic chemical analysis of SSN. A total of 52 compounds were identified and the characteristic ions of the compounds were described. Furthermore, chemical consistency between the combined decoction and the separated decoction of SSN was evaluated using HPLC‐DAD. A chemical comparison between two preparations of SSN granule (combined decoction and separated decoction of Coptides Rhizoma) indicated a significant difference in the content of many compounds, including salvianolic acid A, salvianolic acid B, berberine, palmatine and epiberberine. As a result, separated decoction of Coptides Rhizoma would lead to a significantly decrease in depsides in Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and an increase in alkaloids in Coptidis Rhizoma.  相似文献

Zhiqiao Gancao (ZQGC) decoction is widely used in China due to its therapeutic effect on lumbar disc herniation (LDH). In this study, we compared the clinical therapeutic effects among oral ZQGC decoction treatment, bed rest, and oral anti-inflammatory drug celecoxib treatment using visual analog scale, Oswestry Disability Index, and MacNab scores. The results showed that ZQGC decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with LDH. A selective, sensitive, and rapid ultra-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for the determination of eight bioactive components in rat plasma. The plasma samples were extracted by simple protein precipitation with methanol. The protonated analytes were quantitated simultaneously in positive and negative ion modes by multiple reaction monitoring with a mass spectrometer. The calibration curve of eight components in plasma showed good linearity (r > .996) and the extraction recovery was 81.19% ± 2.15% − 100.39 ± 3.36 (relative standard deviation: 1.21%–10.70%). The accuracy of all the lower limit of quantitation values was quantified within 80%–120%, and the precision was less than 15%. This validated method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetics study in rat plasma after ZQGC decoction oral treatment. Our research can provide experimental basis for the rational clinical application of ZQGC decoction in the treatment of LDH.  相似文献

A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with an electrospray mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) method was developed for the determination of six bioactive compounds in a Buyang Huanwu decoction (BYHWD), which was composed of seven spices of Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCMs). The separations were performed on a Shim-pack (VP-ODS) C18 analytical column (5 μm, 250 × 4.6 mm ID, Shimadzu, Kyoto, Japan) with the column temperature maintained at 30°C. A linear gradient elution of A (0.1% formic acid solution) and B (100% acetonitrile) was used at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The six compounds in BYHWD were identified by an Agilent-1100 HPLC system with a photodiode array detector coupled with an LC/MSD Trap SL electrospray ion mass spectrometer, and the contents of these compounds were determined by a Shimadzu 20A HPLC system coupled with a LCMS-2010EV quadrupole mass spectrometer. The standard calibration curves were linear with regression coefficient r2 > 0.99. The intra-day and inter-day precisions of this method were evaluated with the relative standard deviation values (less than 2.06% and 2.88%, respectively). The recoveries of the six investigated compounds exceeded 96%. This method was successfully used to determine the six target compounds in BYHWD.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to simultaneously investigate the pharmacokinetics of five bioactive compounds in rat plasma after oral administration of Buyang Huanwu decoction (BYHWD) using high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (HPLC‐MS). The separations were performed on a Thermo Hypersil Gold C18 analytical column (50 × 2.1 mm, 3 µm) with the column temperature kept at 30°C. The quantitative analysis was performed using a quadrupole mass spectrometer detector operated under selected ion monitoring mode. A linear gradient elution of A (0.1% formic acid solution) and B (100% acetonitrile) was used at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min. The method was validated within the concentration ranges 1.8–450, 6.0–1500, 2.0–500, 1.2–300 and 1.2–150 ng/mL for paeoniflorin, calycosin‐7‐O‐β‐d ‐glucoside, ononin, calycosin and formononetin, respectively. The calibration curves were linear with correlation coefficients > 0.99. The lower limits of quantitations were < 6.0 ng/mL. 大孔树脂脱除中药水煎液中铅、镉和铜的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为探讨D001、D113和D7513种大孔树脂对葛根、毛冬青、乌药和苦参4种中药水煎液中模拟超标的铅、铜和镉离子的脱除效果,将中药水提取液经浓硝酸消化后,采用原子吸收光谱法测定了中药水煎液经大孔树脂处理前后铅、铜和镉的质量浓度变化。结果表明,4种中药水煎液经3种大孔树脂处理后,铅、铜和镉含量都普遍降低。可认为D001、D113与D751都能够显著脱除4种中药水提取液中的铅、铜和镉,尤其对镉的脱除效果最好,对铜的脱除效果相对较差,但脱除率都在58.9%以上;大孔螯合树脂D751的脱除效果最好。  相似文献

为了探讨中药方剂酸枣仁汤中多种金属元素的测定方法,采用湿法HNO3-H2O2对试样进行消解,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法同时测定酸枣仁汤的中药方剂(酸枣仁、茯苓、甘草、知母、川芎)中钙、铬、铝、铁、钾、镁、锰、锌等元素的含量,各元素回收率在95.5%~106.8%之间,变异系数为1.7%~3.9%。应用本方法测定实际样品,结果令人满意。  相似文献

Da-Huang-Xiao-Shi decoction (DHXSD) is a traditional Chinese medicine formula and is used to treat cholestasis. In this study, we developed a reliable and comprehensive HPLC coupled with a linear ion trap–Orbitrap mass spectrometry method for the separation and determination of 21 components including six alkaloids, five anthraquinones, three tannins, three terpenes, two iridoid glycosides, one organic acid and one flavonoid in DHXSD. A C18 column was eluted using a gradient mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. Detection was operated with an electrospray ionization source in positive and negative ion modes using selective ion monitoring. The calibration curves for all analytes showed good linearity (r > 0.9901), and the inter- and intra-day precision did not exceed 4.98%. The recovery, repeatability and stability were also within the acceptable limits. The method was successfully applied to determine multiple active constituents in DHXSD and its constituent herbs. Compared with Da Huang, the total contents of the five anthraquinones were significantly higher in DHXSD. However, the changes in the components from Zhi Zi/Huang Bo were complicated in DHXSD. The study could serve as a fundamental reference for establishing comprehensive DHXSD quality control measures and be helpful to understand some compatibility laws of DHXSD.  相似文献
